Luke was amazing! We are a home builder, and the City of Cresson shut my customers water off because they said she had a leak at the meter. Any other City normally they take care of the meter but for whatever reason this wasnt the case today and my customers needed their water back on. Luke came out the same day, and they are back up and running. I will definitely use Justic Plumbing when we have other homes within their service area. We called Justice Plumbing because we had 4 separate items that needed to be repaired. Justice sends out a text message with the name and picture of the technician that will be arriving at your home, which I thought was very nice. Our first technician, Bruce called saying what time he would be arriving. Once there I showed him all of the items that needed to be repaired. He presented each issue and the different levels of service that could be done to repair the problem as well as the cost. Bruce arrived at 11:30 and stayed until 6:45! He was able to completely repair 3 of the issues. Bruce stated that he or another technician would arrive the next morning to complete the final issue. Brad, a different technician arrived and completed the final repair. Both young men were on time, very competent, efficient and polite.I would not hesitate to call on Justice Plumbing or recommend them to friends and family.

Our garbage disposal quit working and our kitchen sink was leaking underneath and clogged up. It is Saturday and we were hoping we could get a technician out asap. The lady who answered the phone assured me she would send a technician asap.Luke called and said he would arrive sooner than the time I was told. He installed a new garbage disposal, unclogged our kitchen sink pipes and got everything cleaned up and our sink and new garbage disposal are running again!Luke is a very nice, mannerly, professional young man! Justice Plumbing is the BEST! I have had them come out multiple times in the last month for different things during a full kitchen remodel. They converted my electric water heater to a new gas/propane tankless water heater, set me up for gas/propane stove, moved my water softener, and a few other small things in between. They will be coming back again before it’s all finished. I have dealt with multiple different employees and ALL of them have been so GREAT! Justice plumbing did a phenomenal job. When we started having issues with our plumbing, we thought we had a clogged pipe. Within ten minutes Skylar and Zachary discovered we had a lift station, which was not disclosed to us when we bought our house a year ago. He quickly predicted the pump was out and started digging to access the lift station. What he found was a lift station not properly installed with a burned up pump. Skylar explained what my options were, pros and cons of both options (replace the pump versus install a new lift station that is correctly installed), and correctly estimated how much each would cost before he got an official estimate. We decided to install a new lift station to avoid any future pumps burning out. The official estimate ended up being the low end of Skylars estimate and they put the cost of the initial diagnosis towards the cost of the installation, saving us $500. They were able to get a team out within 48 hours and had the lift station installed in 8 hours.However, all of that is not what gives them five stars. This company and their technicians are amazing. Skylar and Zachary went out of their way to make sure we would be able to use our water until they could come back. They pumped the old lift system for us so we would have a few days before our sewage was useless. Skylar also went and got plywood, covering the old lift station up so rain would not fill the hole and make us unable to flush toilets or take showers. During the installation of the lift system, they saved my rose bush that had to be dug up and even put it in a pot so that it wouldnt die before we had time to replant it. They offered to come back once the mud dried up from the heavy rain and clear more of the mud off the property, but my husband said he could use the mud elsewhere in the yard. They also managed to not destroy any of our bricks that line the flower bed they had to dig in. Finally, they cut the vent pipe and spray painted it black so that it isnt as noticeable in my front yard.Skylar and Zachary are phenomenal and know how to treat a customer right!

Our technician, Joe, helped us out of a jam on a Saturday. While trying to replace the valve cartridge in our shower, the cartridge outer shell broke and was stuck hard in the rough in valve. We were without water to the whole house until this could be fixed. Joe arrived promptly on time and within about an hour, he had us up and running again. He was very professional, careful not to create any additional damage, and he cleaned the area upon completion. I will call Justice Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Friendly & efficient! Great job by Brendan Bell. Re do installation of a Lowe’s mess regarding a whole house water filter system. Lowe’s contract plumber (besides the less than stellar plumbing job) got the PCV pipe backwards…ie., inbound and outbound water flow was reversed. Outside exposed pipes were covered with the gray insulation material and it weathered poorly. Brendan Bell redid all that in PEX. Of course Lowe’s said it was all on their contractor and assumed no responsibility. According to a Lowe’s employee, their contractor had been previously fired. Anyhow, many thanks to a great job by Brendan Bell and Justice Plumbing. Justice Plumbing and Brad had previously discovered the reverse plumbing mess last summer. All is now straightened out. Thanks to Brenden Bell and Justice Plumbing.

The problem with our Rinnai tankless hot water system was a little unusual. We appreciated the patient troubleshooting that Joe did in finding some unexpected shipping tape in the inlet pipe that was causing the problem.
