My experience with Beacon Generators;Beginning with Steve Solomon, who was very knowledgeable about the product and every phase of the installation. He was able to explain everything in terms I could understand. He answered all of my questions or found the answer and got back to me, and there was never any pressure to buy. When he gave me the complete itemized, estimate of the cost, I needed time to go over my finances, but life intervened and it was several weeks before I could tell him I was ready to go forward with the purchase. He was very patient and understanding through it all. Once the installation began he was here, over seeing every step and keeping me informed. Kari in the main office and all the workers on the different stages were very polite, helpful and efficient!In summary; I could not be more pleased with my experience with Beacon Generators!

I work with contractors on a daily basis, and the level of communication and work to problem solve shown by Steve is unmatched. The maintenance was completed on my generator. The technician kept the area clean as if it was a new generator. There was no oil residue left from changing the oil in the generator. The battery was changed as a precautionary measure because the battery is only an 18 month battery and has been in service for 3 years.
