    Max did a great job in creating stair noses for my stair case having to do a job the home depot contractor could not do! He was even able to make room in the schedule to replace 2 old silver bathroom light fixtures which were previously put in wrong laying on the mirror. I called upon him a second time to also fix my basement stairs onto their stringer as after removing carpet we find they were out of place. I will definitely call upon them when in need in the future.

    Max did a great job for us in helping complete our bathroom. Installed drywall, patched drywall, installed flooring, and permanently installed the vanity and mirror. He did an awesome job problem solving and installing the flooring. We used this company a second time, to install a new light fixture in our kitchen.     Exceptional and timely service from the start (cost estimate) to finish, and all at a decent price (better than 3 other bidders). Many thanks to Doug, Tanner, PJ and Dave for their excellent planning and workmanship that has transformed our old, eyesore of a front porch into fresh, inviting, and relaxing porch to hang out on. The Ace Handyman Service crew is prompt, friendly, organized and take care of and clean up the work site/project area as if its their own. Weve received many compliments from neighbors (including one who works in construction) and have passed on several referrals for Ace. They also recently replaced our old 2-story garage ladder type stairs and constructed a nice full size walk-up stairs that has made a huge difference in usability and storage. Ace has become our go to service to handle the to-do list of projects that are either beyond our ability and/or we just dont have time to do ourselves.

The project was removing a door and balcony from my 2nd floor, removing the old screen door and door & frame & flashing, framing/plywood to cover, and siding over the resulting opening using a limited amount of new-old-stock pieces of Aluminum siding left over in my garage from the previous owners some 30 years ago to match the existing. It wasnt your run of the mill job and required some thought. Pricing was very reasonable and they finished in 1 day instead of 2. Would absolutely hire these guys again.

Unfortunately, our bathroom sink fixture was scratched in a few places and our kitchen sink had some orange sediment that stained the ceramic tub.     The best customer service experience! I called with an emergency RV roof repair and my handyman arrived in 45 minutes. Despite the cold and 30 mph winds, the fix was done in 45 minutes. I called the office to see if an electrician could come out & luckily he had electrical experience & was able to fix the outlets.
