    This is my second time using Plumb Pro and I am very pleased with Jonathan. He was very knowledgeable & communicates very well. I am 72 and understood everything he was explaining to me so I really appreciate that! When I made my appointment originally I did not include sink instillation, but when he got there I asked him if he had time to do it and he was super nice about it, made sure he had time to do it and installed it for me. This was an overall great experience and I will continue to call them if needed. Thank you Jonathan!!

    Mathew was wonderful. He solved our gas fireplace issue in an instant and did a great job cleaning everything to make it work. He also let us know that he wouldn’t have suggested this had he not been aware of the consequences, and also let us know that we could be eligible for a discount on the services if things didn’t work out. Much appreciated, but everything worked out fine!

    They have done 2 services for us. Both times they came within one day of request. Today Justin was thorough and friendly. He explained options and gave us a reasonable proposal for proactive work with our polybutelene plumbing. He was in and out and neat.

    Kyle arrived earlier than scheduled and presented in a very professional and friendly manner. We discussed my service request and he proceeded to replace an old ice maker valve with a new quarter-turn ball valve recommended by Lowe’s. Made sure all faucets were bled well and not clogged once he turned the main water feed back on. He was very pleasant during the entire install and cleaned up after job completion.     I was so impressed with Kenny and Anthony from Plumb Pro. They called me when they were on their way, were very professional and within a few hours I had a new hot water heater. Their prices are very competitive and their service is exemplary. They got me a new hot water heater, installed it, towed away the old one and made sure everything was clean and tidy when they left. I have already told them that I will be having them back when I am ready for a new HVAC system. Thank you again for a great job.

    Absolutely fantastic experience with Plumb Pro. On Saturday, our first day of service, Matthew, our tech went above and beyond the call of duty to not only diagnosis the problem but took extra time to explain our options from replacing a hot water tank to changing to a tankless solution. The second day of our emergency hot water challenge, Matthew and Joe spent many long hours making the changeout for us. They did a spectacular installation and a detailed explanation of the work that was completed.I wholeheartedly recommend Plump Pro and Matthew for your plumbing needs.

    We’ve had to call PlumbPro+ twice (2 different issues) and they were quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and extremely easy to work with. In both situations they took the time to listen to our problem and answered all of our questions calmly and respectfully and boy did we have a lot!     Jordan arrived at the time of my appointment, introduced himself and got to work on diagnosing the problem. He was professional, proficient and confident. It did not take long for him to figure out what was wrong. He explained everything to me and came up with a plan to fix it. We agreed and he got right to work to resolve the problem. It didnt take long for him to complete the job. Everything turned out well. He also cleaned up everything when he was done. Jordan is a number 1 employee of the company.

    This is my second time using Plumb Pro & they & their technicians are absolutely amazing!My Water Heater started leaking from the top where the hoses are & I needed a tech at my house ASAP! When I called their dispatcher at 1300 they informed me they would get someone out to my place between 1300-1700, once I hung up with them I got a call from their technician Joseph within 10 mins telling me he was on his way to my address, I informed him I was about 30 min away & he was fine waiting for me as he was only 15 mins away himself. Once I got there the tech immediately greeted me very kindly & introduced himself, I told him I would open my garage & let him check the WH himself, once opened he immediately went to work & noticed where the WH was leaking from the top in multiple places. After some testing he informed me the whole unit was bad. I asked for a quote for them to supply & install one & for me to supply one & them install it, after 10 minutes he came back with the quote & after talking options he informed me that the WH I currently have should be under warranty & he would call the company & see if he could get a replacement for me & save me $$$. After he hung up with Rheem he told me where to go to get a new one under warranty & that he would wait for me to get back & do the install for cheaper then the previous 2 options. Fast forward roughly an hour & I pulled up to my house with the new one in the back of my truck & the tech helped me unload it & got me back up & running within another hr. He was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions & overall this was a great experience on a Friday afternoon before the weekend started. Thank you Joseph & Plumb Pro for being there when I needed them & also for being so helpful when needed!

    We had an emergency water leak in our guest bathroom toilet . My neighbor recommended Plumb Pro as she had used them for a problem she had last year. She also recommended that we request technician ‘Kieth Halcomb’. I am so glad that I did! Kieth was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. He had our problem corrected in no time.     Had a leak under my sink and Justin was working at a house nearby. I approached him and he and I worked it out for him to come by my house next. He not only fixed the leak but addressed several other minor problems (major to me). Great young man, great sevice.     Had a major plumbing backup and called three companies before PlumbPro, two of which could resolve the issue, although one gave a hefty quote to replace my entire sewer line, and one of which couldn’t provide an estimate of when they would actually arrive. PlumbPro had the right equipment to fully and correctly identify the blockage and made repairs promptly, providing ample explanation and information (including watching the snake camera with them) along the way. The even identified an issue in the city sewer line close to mine that would cause continued problems without quick action and provided camera footage for me to show the city utility, who agreed to come asap. Very professional, kind, and responsive. Plumbing fixes of this nature are never cheap, but I do feel the price paid was fair, especially when compared to the first company’s estimate. Already scheduling with PlumbPro for an HVAC service, since they do that, too, and I am comfortable with their work. William came out for the HVAC, gave a reasonable quote for several much-needed repairs (that I requested, not bc he tried to upsell), and I have peace of mind moving forward with PlumbPro+.

    Another great experience with the folks at Plumb Pro. Matthew A. was the service tech for my semi-annual whole home check. I must say he is easily the most thorough, knowledgeable, and detail oriented technician I have worked with yet. He is meticulous in his processes, and was very patient with all of my stupid questions. Matthew went above and beyond during this check-up, even inspecting my well house and the external faucets; something no other tech has done. His efforts were instrumental in identifying system deficiencies and problems that, up to this point, existed without my knowledge. The repairs that are now getting made is helping me avoid an unforeseen catastrophe, and saving me thousands of dollars in after-the-fact repairs. I can’t be happier with the service I have received over the past couple of years. It is why I will continue to use Plumb Pro for all my plumbing needs. Thanks!

    PlumPro are the best. They came out very quickly when my gas had to be cut off due to a leak in one of the appliance connector to the gas line. Then came out and changed out the 30 year old pipes and connector to make my home safe. The men who came out were great and fast

    Excellent! We heard water rushing in our walls at midnight on a Sunday. We do not have a shut off valve in the house and could not locate the valve at the road so we called several supposed 24/7 plumbers for emergency help. Plumb Pro was the ONLY one that called us back and sent a technician out within 30 min. Kyle was awesome! He showed true concern and a sense of urgency that gave me confidence that we were in good hands. Once he found the water shut off at the street Kyle was able to repair the problem quickly! He was very knowledgeable and explained the situation with our failing copper pipes very well. I will definitely recommend Plumb Pro to anyone who needs service. If all their technicians are as good as Kyle then I am confident this is an extraordinary company.

    I had a hose bib break off that was spraying water all over both inside and outside my home. I called Plumb Pro at about 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday and before 5pm that day Wayne had it fixed. The job involved cutting into the drywall from the inside. While the contract didn’t cover repair for the drywall, I thought Wayne did a good job putting back up the drywall he cut out making it easy enough for me to put the finishing touches on it. I can’t speak too much on the price since it was an emergency job, but considering the whole process from CALLING to repairing took less than three hours I’m satisfied.

    I called Plumb Pro, emergently, because I found water dripping from the first floor kitchen ceiling onto a center island/cabinet. They were very responsive.Justin and Kenny arrived and completed a very thorough investigation of the leak from 2 possible bathrooms situated upstairs, above the kitchen. They were able to locate the origin of the leak very quickly. Both men were personable, professional and articulate. They were mindful of my property and personal belongings. They worked quickly and efficiently. Before leaving, they cleaned their workspace, including my kitchen island and kitchen floor.I would highly recommend Plumb Pro to anyone needing repairs or replacements. This company has provided services for me multiple times over the course of the last 3 years. I have found them to be honest and completely transparent in their plan for any work required.     Technician William showed up on time and went right to work. He was able to get our AC unit back working temporarily. We decided to go ahead with replacing the unit because of it age.The crew leader Mike and his team did a fast and clean job installing the new AC unit while dealing with 90 plus degree tempatures. Kenny the supervisor was great to work with and was on site most of the time. I know they are expensive but they are worth it. I would give Plumb Pro + an A+.

    My experience with this company has been wonderful from the very beginning (speaking with someone in the office) to the completion of my plumbing repair. Every single person I have come in contact with this company has been very informative, polite, and seems to care about their customers. Jordan came out to give me a quote on a tub faucet/valve repair and he was GREAT! Not only was he professional and polite, he took the time to answer all my questions and actually explained the issue at hand in great detail. He followed up a couple of days later since I was not able to commit to the repair at the time and again, very professional and helpful over the phone. I was informed I had a gas leak in my attic and quickly called Dominion for them to confirm, which they did, so I called plumb pros and spoke with Ansley; she let me know Wayne would be here between 12-5 and he promptly showed up at 12 informing me of costs and repairs along the way while he did his diagnostics. He found the problem at 2 different spots and fixed them in no time. He even showed me pictures and videos of the issues.     So, my company has a very old school style septic setup. Its a leach field etc. and is VERY finicky!!!     I would like to share my very 5 star positive experience using Plumb Pro to solve the plumbing services I required. I called the main office, explained the main issue & asked about other issues that might need attention. My situation was not an emergency but they said they could schedule me for the next day from noon till 4 pm. I was impressed that they could accommodate me so rapidly. They said the technician would call before noon arrival to confirm the correct place & time which he did. He arrived just before noon. After putting on shoe covering, we did a tour of all the plumbing stations, and I listened to his recommendations for not just what I thought was the problem which was the toilet. We discussed all the issues, how they might be resolved, what cost of replacement might be as opposed to repair of 15 year old hardware, time allotted for entire project and total cost. After agreeing to his proposal, he ordered all the parts he needed, began deconstruction of several stations, & was ready within minutes of delivery time to install all new parts for all stations. His organization allowed him to finish within the 4 hr allotted time slot. Everything functioned perfectly. I was extremely satisfied with the new slightly higher toilet as I was with a new shower head & sink faucets. I would call Plumb Pro back for any other issues I might encounter. I had an excellent technician, Justin, but if he is representative of all the other technicians you shouldn’t have to be concerned about quality of workmanship. All parts & service work are warranted for a reasonable time period. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

    Stephen and Jordan were great: friendly, helpful and patient. They resolved the immediate refrigerator water access problem, fixed our master water shutoff (which we did not realize was broken), and even did a whole house water review (toilets, hot water heater, etc.) The review lead to replacing our leaking water heater overflow tank! Full service all the way around. Very personable and they explained everything. Thanks for helping us avoid a potential flooding in the house. I highly recommend Plumb Pro.     We are having foundation work done and we were referred to Plumb Pro to assist with moving water/sewer lines. The technician that came out to assess could not have been more helpful to work with. The work we need completed is more complex than we originally thought. Our technician explained what needed to be completed thoroughly in layman’s terms (which I appreciate). If you are fortunate enough to work with Aubrey McJunkin - you’re going to be very happy!!!We also need HVAC work completed. Had the opportunity to work with William and Michael. Super nice guys and very helpful. Explained the work we need to have completed and were able to provide a very good estimate. We havent had the work completed yet, but Im certain it will be completed above and beyond what were hoping for!!!

    We installed a new garbage disposal and then had a problem with the dishwasher draining. Kyle took a look at the disposal and knew exactly what to do. It took him about 15 minutes to fix the problem. He was extremely pleasant and professional.

    No they just came to do the yearly check on my hot water heater and make sure all the connections are still good and drain it. Just did the preventive maintenance on it. I bought their lifetime service package because I know this will help extend the life Of the hot water heater.     Plumb Pro did a complete re-plumbing of my home as well as installing a hot water tank, dishwasher and new toilets. They did an excellent job. Very professional and supportive during the process. They also had excellent follow up on the work done. I would recommend them for plumbing work to be done. The only thing I found was that I thought they were a little pricey.

    Justin came out this morning to check a bathroom toilet leak. We had Plumb Pro out in Sept for a leak and the toilet was reseated. All seemed well. New leak started. Thought it might be same issue but turned out to be an underneath tank leak. Justin graciously offered to fix at no charge. Now that’s not something you see these days. We have used Plumb Pro for several big jobs and this encounter is just another reason why we keep calling back.     I called Plumb Pro this afternoon 6/3/24 at 3:24pm and explained to the office representative the issue that was having with my AC unit. She immediately found me a same day appointment.     Kenneth and DJ were at our house to replace our old water heater. They were very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed during the entire process. They even went above and beyond keeping the house clean, during and after installation. A different tank had to be used than the original one ordered, they got it done and made use of the down time to get things done. They even added shutoff valves to both hot and cold water lines so that future tank issues won’t require water shut off to the entire house. Great Job guys you’re definitely an asset to the company.     Very nice experience with these folks. My external AC unit had begun making some concerning noises, and when I called with questions they were able to send a technician the next day.
