    Sorry Im not sure who came to my house, even though he told me his name. I woke up this morning to my unit working inside, but not outside. The guy that usually works on my unit (my neighbor) has been sick, so I called Goose Creek Heating and Air. The lady Jessica I spoke to was very nice and she had her tech at my house within a couple hours! Goose Creek Heating and Air I can not say enough good things about the guy you sent here! He was very kind and it didnt take but a second for him to realize that a wire had been severed from the cover last time it was put on. Thank God he saw it before touching anything, because he could have been shocked! So he fixed the wire, checked a few other things and had me up and running in no time. Also, let me add that their prices (even on a Sunday) are cheaper than my neighbor and the company I called before them. The company (Coastal) I called before Goose Creek Heating and Air, quoted me $40 more on their service call then Goose Creek Heating and Air did and Coastal called me back one hour after getting on the book for today, to tell me their tech wont come today, because Im sick! But Goose Creek Heating and Air tech never blinked an eye that I was sick, he was very understanding, and jumped right on it! Again, let me just say how wonderful it is to have a good company with great people working for them, in our community! I know Ill be using them again in the future!

    I was very pleased with the installation crew and the work they completed at my home. They were professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions promptly and with confidence. The installation was a big success for me. However, I receive a promotional email prior to the installation last week for 10 years of free service if I signed with your organization prior to the end of December 2024. Obviously a sales tactic however I had already decided to go with you the email said to simply reply with my interest last week. I got no response. I sled the install team if they had any knowledge and they did not. So I called the office while the installation was in progress and spoke with Heather. She said that she did not think that would apply to a mini split system which is what I was purchasing but she would check and get right back to me. I said k but thought to myself, 1, if the promotion wouldnā€™t apply to me why would you send it to me, and 2 the promotion clearly stated ā€˜Allā€™ systems and that your company would be happy to work with anyone to make that happen. So I continued to wait for Heather to get back to me for another three and a half hours and was getting concerned because the installation was nearing completion and I didnā€™t want to pay the installers without resolution. So I called back and was told Heather had left for the day. I did not receive any callback or information regarding my concern and asked too speak to someone who could help me. Mark spoke with me and I explained both incidents of not being contacted back regarding this and he was able to assure in writing that the promotion would be applied to my system and he apologized for the two previous counts of poor customer service. After that happened I was satisfied and thanked him for his help in resolving the situation. To summarize the installation staff were nothing short of stellar, however some of the customer service staff obviously leave room for improvement from my perspective.had the customer service team acted more professionally and been more responsive I would have had no problem in providing 5 stars.Ray Quaranta

    Thank you to Goose Creek Heating and Air! I had severe water drainage coming from a pipe on the side of my house that turned my yard into a mudpile! It was horrible and I tried to fix it by putting buckets out to capture the water - to no avail. I called over 7 plumbers and got quotes for a tankless heater from $3200 to $6800. It was my hot water heater that was dying out! I was ready to get a tankless. GCHVAC was the only one that offered an easy fix and I did not need to replace the water heater or take out a loan to repair!!! They were great, professional and efficient!! If you need work done. - give them a call first! Thank you so much!

    Just love this company! We have been with them not quite a year and they have solved problems they have plagued us with our AC unit for the last 10 years. They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable which is rare these days. I really appreciate them and my relationship with the company.     Goose Creek HVAC has done satisfactory to outstanding work. Although Ive only had them for three services now, maintenance issues with my system have been brought to the owner and closed out the work order. I did request the service technician at my last Maintenance Cleaning to change the filters which were in the hands of Mrs Allen that I never got a response back as to whether that was accomplished or not. Thank you for a good job and lets hope that our relationship and customer service. Whoever reads this please get a message to I think its Brittany or Shannon or your scheduler to give Mr Allen a call at about the last service request.

    Heater went out and I chose Goose Creek Heating and Air based on their many 5 star reviews. They sent a very knowledgeable technician, Travis. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Travis was very professional, helpful and is surely the reason for many of the great reviews given to this company. Highly recommend.

    5 months ago we had our entire HVAC system replaced by Goose Creek Heating and Air. Our new system is far superior to our old system. We elected a semi-annual maintenance contract to ensure that we meet the requirements for the system warranty. Soon after installation I set an appointment for the maintenance. The appointment was for 8:00-9:00 am yesterday. Levi and Nick showed up ON TIME to complete the maintenance. (Kudos #1)The technicians introduced themselves and got to work. My immediate impression was that they were polite, neat, clean and friendly. They spent well over an hour and a half going over the system, not a quick check and outta here! (Kudos #2)All components were inspected and checked for proper operation and efficiency. No repairs were needed. Along with the invoice and receipt, a detailed report with pictures was emailed to me, which provides a good maintenance history for me. (Kudos #3)Overall, I have been very pleased with Goose Creek Heating and Air, and I would recommend their services HIGHLY to anyone looking for A/C work.Thanks GCH&Air for a great experience and customer service.

    My tech was very nice and explain everything to me. Only thing was,I was scheduled for my appointment between 1 and 4 didnt get here till like 4:45 but Im ok with that because his other job ran over. It happens. Had to have new pump which totalled with everything, over $450.00, but at lease my a/c is fixed. Then to my daughters to check hers out. Thank you Evan for getting me scheduled so quick.

    Our AC quit working after midnight, left a message on after hours voicemail. Received a call early in the morning, and was given an afternoon appointment for 4pm, was told I would be notified when the service truck was on its way, and received a message by text around around 3:30 PM that the service truck was on its way. The service tech Travis was very courteous, knowledgeable, and make make quick work of what needed to be done to get us back working. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend Goose Creek heating and air to anyone.

    Great experience dealing with this company. We not only needed to replace our 20-year-old heat pump, but we wanted to get rid of the nasty duct board trunk line and all of the other ductwork. We had requirements and concerns, but they were all handled professionally. They sent an army to do the job, and the entire crew worked in concert completing the change out in 1.5 days even though they estimated 2 full days. It was an expensive investment because of the quality of the unit and materials, but the price was competitive and fair. We now have high quality system that we feel confident will last years. That baby hums, too!

    Cannot say enough good things about Goose Creek Heating and Air. They have been taking care of my AC system for roughly 2 years and it is always a pleasure dealing with them. From the initial conversation to book service to dealing with the techs. I have never had a bad tech. I dont know how they do it but every tech that has come to our home is always extremely polite, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure everything is in perfect shape. Additionally, they dont try to nickel and dime you or sell you things you dont need. Extremely honest with their service. Couldnt recommend them enough. You wont regret it.

    Great communication, timely, and very thorough. The tech went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and give us a second opinion on needing a new zoning board.     I called Goose Creek H&A for my nieceā€™s house and they came on the same day and the time stated. Tommie was very thoughtful and explained in detail why the ac was not working. Sadly we have to replace the unit but we kinda expected to since it is 19 years old. Thatā€™s where Evan came in to give us an estimate the next day, he was also thoughtful and made sure I understood all that needed to be done. This is something my husband normally handles but couldnā€™t at this time. They both made me feel comfortable with the decisions needing to be made.

    Sam was great!! She came all the way to West Ashley to complete our routine maintenance, went over our smart-thermostat routines to make sure we were getting optimal use out of our systems, and did a deep cleaning of both of our AC & furnace. She was super friendly & professional, as was each person I spoke to on the phone leading up to our appointment. I think I spoke with Lauren to schedule everything, who was also super nice.     Our a/c went out and we called another company. First they said our freon was only a 1/2 pound low and replaced the capacitor. 24 hours later it is out again. They came back and it is the evaporator coil and said it was on back order for 2 months. I called Goose Creek Heating & Air and I have never had customer service like this, EVER! The young lady (I think her name is Darlene) spent hours to locate it. Our tech Daniel that came out just wonderful. So they are DRIVING up to Greenville to get our part!! Who does this?! If you go anywhere else, just throw your wallet in the trash! I will tell everyone I can to use them!

While another company strongly recommended replacing my HVAC unit, GCH&A recommended repairing it for a couple hundred dollars instead of purchasing a new unit for thousands of dollars. Our A/C went out yesterday unexpectedly and I didnā€™t find out until our house was 85 degrees at 4:00 PM. I called and they said even though there schedule was full, they would fit me in. A wonderful technician, Sam Gilliland, arrived at our house around 6:30 PM and worked tirelessly until around 8 PM until our A/C was fixed and we could be comfortable in our home.     Wow! This company is amazing! Our unit was tripping breaker when it rained. Previous company said nothing wrong. Miguel from Goose Creek Heating and Air came ahead of schedule, found the frayed wires in disconnect box as well as the worn Romex connector and fixed everything efficiently and for less than I expected.     In this, the hottest week of the year so far, my AC was struggling to keep my home less than 80. I believed I had a Freon leak or was low on Freon and was dreading the potential repairs/cost. Called these guys and they were here within 4 hours of my call with a very busy schedule. The technician showed me that my problem was insulation inside the air handler that had fallen down on my coils, severely restricting airflow over the coils. This is what caused icing on the piping to my outdoor unit, causing me to misdiagnose low Freon. Knowing little about HVAC, they couldā€™ve told me anything and gouged me for unwarranted repairs or Freon charging, but their integrity and honesty is above reproach. Again, I canā€™t be more appreciative of their honesty and they have made themselves another lifetime customer. Pricing was very fair. Special thank you and shout out to Travis, our technician.     My AC went out. I know how to check for the standard things and fix things that dont involve refrigerant. My suspicion was that my unit had a leak and I was low on refrigerant. I used GC Heating and Air website on a Saturday to request and appointment. Within an hour I had a confirmed appointment for Monday.I didnt have any paperwork on my HVAC system so I did not know the warranty status. GC Heating and Air did all the legwork and let me know my part(condenser coil) was under warranty so I would just need to pay for labor and refrigerant.Their tech worked in pouring rain for 3-4 hours to replace the coil.Really happy with them and I know who I can trust moving forward

    Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We lost heat on a Sunday and he was here within an hour. Had it fixed within an hour and cost was more than acceptable. Will definately call them next time I have another problem.

    Called them on a Saturday morning for what I assumed was a clogged drain line. They sent someone right out. They were upfront with their pricing which was very fair. They snaked the line, gave me information to help reduce the risk of this happening again and were very professional and personable. Honestly, I am always leery when having to call a business like this whether it is a plumber or electrician etc. I am afraid of getting taken advantage of because I am at their mercy. I can honestly say I did not feel this way at all after this experience with Goose Creek Heating and Air. I will happily and confidently use them for future needs.

    Quick to respond to my service call, diagnosed my issue correctly, and ordered the part without a deposit and no restock fee if I cancelled the follow-up (I had several mayday calls out and went with first come so I asked about deposit/restock with each). They charged slightly more than other services for the fix, but they have very competent folks from office to field, and are very professional. Id use them again even at a higher cost.

    Goose Creek Heating & Air...really were on there game. They were honest , efficient, Fast, stayed in contact every step of the way . Explaining and showing me, what was broken in my unit . Even calling me to tell me the part was ordered ,when it will arrive and when they will be back out to fix it. They even offered a couple window units ,in the meantime. I felt totally comfortable ,with there maintenance and there old fashion dedication to making sure there customer was 100% satisfied . I would highly recommend this company . I will not use anyone in the future, but them. I have had a few bad experiences and feel I finally found a good honest company. I Give them the highest rating possible.

    Called and requested service for 2 ton package unit not working. The technician arrived with in 2 hours and I received a call from the office when he was on the way. Very professional and the technician was extremely knowledgeable. After diagnosing the the unit, it had several issues. Due to its age and the technicianā€™s recommendation we opted to replace it. Scheduled an Estimate appointment and will update afterwards.

    I cannot say enough great things about GC Heating and Air!!! We have been using them for a few years now at home and they have been fantastic! This past Saturday, my drain pan overflowed. ( Iā€™m a dumb dumb for not serving my lines at the start of summer). The guy showed up maybe 20 minutes after I called and was absolutely amazing. Had the issue fixed and running again within about 30-45 minutes. Absolutely First Class Service!!!! I Highly Recommend this company! You will not be disappointed.

    I have used this company for several years both for twice yearly maintenance check and for minor repairs. I might have used them for purchasing the unit. They never try to sell me anything when they are doing the maintenance checks. They just make sure I know of anything that might come up in the future. The servicemen are always polite and professional. I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a company for their heating/air conditioning needs.

I will definitely call them for future maintenance or service.Update: Sam came out for the maintenance appointment and I was very impressed. She was thorough and was able to explain and show me why the water outlet drain was clogging frequently. She knows her stuff. Very satisfied..
