    After some recent storms we had a branch go through our roof. Rob Mooney from Cypress was able to come out the next morning and temporarily patch the hole until the crew came out about 4 days later. They replaced decking and used some of the original packs of shingles I had in my shop. The repair is almost unnoticeable and the clean up and care for our home was great. Would 100% recommend Cypress Roofing, their integrity, communication, and timeliness was extremely professional.

    I had a great experience working with Cypress Roofing. From the transferring of money to new roof day was very timely. And the roof was done in one day and we have a good-sized roof! I found the price to be very fair for the size as well. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Mooney who was a great to work with. The roof was beautifully replaced, communication about the incidentals during the repair was great, and the clean-up job was impeccable. I highly recommend them. So far the new roof is holding up!

    I can’t say enough great things about our interactions and service with this company! From the moment we began, everyone and everything was handled professionally. Each step of the insurance claim process was explained throughly and a Cypress representative worked well with our adjuster.We never felt pressured to make any selections. We had all our questions answered. The materials were delivered on time and the delivery driver was extra careful to place bundles to cause the least disruption to our normal routine.The work crew was amazing! They were careful with all our landscaping and cleaned the work area each day. When they completed their work- there was not a speck of material left behind- not even one nail!The roof itself is beautiful. We went with the high impact grade 4 shingles as our insurance company gives a yearly insurance discount! We went with the High Profile ridges and boy are we pleased with how that looks on our home.Cypress Roofing has been a joy to work with and both myself and my husband would highly recommend them to anyone.Thanks Dane, Sam, Al, and the whole gang!

    Working with Josh Gonzales from Cypress Roofing was great. He examined my roof and discovered I had hail damage. He was here when the adjusted came, helped me choose a roof color and was here when the roofers came to make sure all was done correctly. A shout out to the roofers. They came took the old roofing off and put the new roof on in 4 hours. Josh answered all questions I had and followed back up with me a few weeks later.     Best experience with Cypress roofing. A big shout out to Kaleb. He was very helpful in discussing the roofing issues, filing a claim with home insurance and then meeting the inspector on site and making the claim get approved. Kaleb and his team replaced the entire roof in a day and cleaned up the exterior. The team came back after few days to make sure everything was properly repaired and cleaned. Highly recommend them.

    I called this company and Eric Richard came to my house on his scheduled time. The company was the forth company that I called and when he came to checked out the roof and he asked the right questions. He told me that they handle claims for you right from the start, but I already did the claim part. He looked at the insurance claims papers and saw what need to be done and explained how his company works with the insurance company.Right then I signed the paperwork to start the process. The other companies failed me in one way or another, by just giving me an estimate where I was going to have to come out of pocket other than my deductible, or never gave me an estimate all. I want to let you know I love my roof and I am so pleased with this company! They are and will be my future roofing company hands down!Eric is a great guy, he drove up to my house to check out the work that was done on my roof and he offered to helping my daughters move furniture in my house. I was facetiming with my oldest at the time and got to thank him right there and then. Eric goes over and beyond for you!!!!

    Ty deserves my appreciation for his hard work during the process of getting our roof done, especially regarding dealing with my insurance. Although it was a hassle, the job was completed!     Just got a beautiful Fortified-Roof installed by Cypress Roofing Gonzales, Louisiana. Recognizing that getting a new roof can be very stressful and complicated (especially when getting a new roof per the recently introduced Fortified-Roof Certification qualification)...and that we live in a hurricane prone area/state, WE WOULD INVITE THEM BACK AGAIN if we lost our brand new roof in a future storm. Their entire crew (roof team + gutters/facia team + office staff) and biz owners were dependable, helpful, very hard working, and kind/receptive to our interests throughout our entire project. Admittedly we were also tough customers that had a high bar for quality installation techniques, building standards, and materials used.

    I was referred to Dane Carmouche of Cypress Roofing by a very pleased family member who had their roof installed by Cypress. I cannot say enough good about Dane or Cypress Roofing. From the first phone call with Dane I knew this would be a good experience. This is a company that has the highest standards and old fashion work ethics. Dane handled everything, including the insurance company, from start to finish with complete professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. He was on time for every single appointment as well as the roofers. The roofers seem to work in stealth mode and were considerate of neighbors cleaning up as they went and checking for stray nails. I am very pleased with the quality of the roof as well as the installation and cleanup. I have worked with quite a few contractors over the years for various work I had done on multiple homes but I have never been as impressed as I am with Dane and Cypress Roofing.     It is not very often that I am so impressed with service that I have to stop and write a review but last week I had an experience that warranted this 5 star review. I called Cypress because I had water damage on my floor and we couldn’t find the source. After checking numerous things one contractor thought it could have come from a leak in the roof. Cypress installed my roof a few years ago so I called them. Alex took my call call right away, assuring me that if it was the roof they will get it fixed right away. Within hours my project manager Michael Glaze and his team were at my home thoroughly inspecting everything. It was evident as soon as they water tested it that it wasn’t leaking; however they continued to work with us trying to find the source. Michael even went so far as to make calls to get referrals for the real issue. Throughout the whole time everyone I interacted with at Cypress could not have been any nicer, more professional, or more helpful. Awesome job!!!! Thanks so much.

    Josh inspected our roof and found damage worthy of repair that we didnt know we had. The entire new roof was approved after he contacted our insurance company. We were ecstatic to find out we would get a new roof for our out of pocket expense to be only the deductible! They offered a quality product with plenty of choices. The product was delivered to our house a couple of days ahead of the installation date, which meant that they could start ASAP on the morning of the installation. They had an excellent crew who were diligent and got the entire job before 1:30 pm the same day! Amazing! Josh came and did an inspection and took pictures after the completion. He even sent a Thank You note after. We highly recommend Cypress Roofing!

    I called on Thursday and Ty was able to inspect my roof Friday morning. As hurricane season is upon us, I got nervous that my roof might be compromised from Ida. Ty inspected it thoroughly and said to be in fairly good condition but offered a recommendation that I didnt know existed. We could see some mildew buildup in areas and said a soft wash would remove that and possibly extend the life a few years of my roof. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honest. I am happy with the results and will recommend Cypress Roofing to anyone.

    Cypress Roofing was so good to us. We got damage from a tornado and the hurricane in 2021. We were ripped off by another roofing company and we were dealing with an insurance company that didnt want to pay for anything. We finally broke down and contacted Cypress Roofing. They are honest and thorough and when they say they will fight for you, believe that they will. They gave me a complete run down of how everything would go and kept me informed the whole way. Everything they said they would do, they did and more. They handled my love of claim while I was 10 hours away and 7 months pregnant. What should have been a stressful thing, they literally made so simple and uncomplicated for me.     Cypress Roofing in Gonzales did an outstanding job for our house and those of our friends and neighbors after hurricane Ida. St James Parish was hit pretty hard and a large percentage of the roofs in our small community were completely totaled. Without a local roofing company, friends and neighbors relied on who they knew that could respond with emergency tarps, roof knowledge and insurance experience. The entire group at Cypress worked tirelessly to meet the demand. Were there delays? Of course! The challenges of supply, demand, transportation, and adjustors were abundant but the staff at Cypress kept us updated snd the quality of their product and services were outstanding!!

    This was my first dealing with Cypress Roofing, and everyones representation of the company exceeded expectations.PROJECT:I am very happy with the craftmanship of the repair. I have not had any noticeable defects or issues at this point in time.TEAM:Ace & Ansel were professional, on time, communicated very well, and very helpful and cooperative the entire project. I want to thank them their meticulous attention to detail and solution driven mindset.• They noticed that the Vent holes in the soffit provided by the vendor did not match existing soffit Vent hole width. Ace and Ansel notified me immediately, presented me with potential solutions, and requested a path forward. I opted with their solution to go back out and find a match, and I am very pleased that I did.• While repairing the facia board at the corner of the roof, they noticed that the new paint on the front face of the facia section in that immediate area would stand out from the existing paint. Without hesitation, Ansel went above and beyond to put a coat of the new paint on the rest of that particular section of facia board. You cannot even tell there was a repair!• I was not at home during some of the repair. When I returned, I noticed Ace and Ansel going above and beyond once again. While Waiting for the first coat of paint to dry on the repair, they went around and applied caulking to multiple locations on my house’s facia board seams that showed minor separation over time. Rather than sitting around, they chose to be productive and go the extra mile.• The team communicated prior to coming over, updated me at stopping points during the repairs, sent pictures of completion progress, and provided thorough status updates before they left for the day each time they were here.Ty was very professional from day one. He maintained an open line of communication and helped coordinate the process from start through completion. He was very open and transparent each time we spoke.
