    Coleman Roofing was very responsive - through the estimate process all the way through completion of the repair. A very large branch punctured my patio roof during a storm. They did great work and stayed in contact with me throughout, making sure I was happy with the job. Ive attached two before and two after pics of my patio. I highly recommend them!

    My Project Manager Josh Troutt exceeded our expectations, he really took care of everything we needed in a more than timely matter, made the job painless for us, and treated us like family. Outstanding young man, hang on to him Coleman, he’s a real keeper!!!!     Customer service was far beyond todays average...Mr.Josh was 120% on point thru the entire project and his crew left the outside of our house cleaner than before they started!!! If we get a nail in our tire , it will be from the wanna-be roofers pulling trash trailers thru our neighborhood , not Coleman!!!

    Great team. Coleman did an eight hundred sq ft shop at my home years ago and did a great job, great craftsmanship. Also recently had them place metal awnings around pool house and they look great. Recently they also provided a roof inspection as well as replaced one of our commercial office roofs. Process was seamless. From the claims process to the finished product. All went great and would recommend to anyone. The salesman Shane Ortego was very helpful, knowledgeable throughout process also. If you have a roof requirement or complex/even simple repair they can help!

    I had two leaks on our clinic where vent pipes went through the roof. I called Coleman Roofing and got a prompt response for an estimate. Their price was fair and no more leaks. There was a mix up in scheduling but they quickly resolved it. I would recommend Coleman Roofing for work. Addendum - After the work at our clinic we had a vent leak at our home. Shane took care of us. You cannot even tell a repair was made and no leak. Another good job by this company.

    Were quick with estimate for leaky roof repair and were able to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Were able to do the interior drywall repair as well which was a plus for us. Just wish they would have called the day before to let us know they were coming to do the work. But other than that they did a very good job and their pricing was fair. Would definitely consider using them again.

    I called Coleman the morning after a storm exposed a roof leak. They responded to my call quickly and professionally and had my leak repaired in no time. A pleasant experience for me during an unpleasant situation. Coleman will definitely be my first call for any future roofing needs!

    Coleman replaced all my roof shingles about a year ago. Shane Ortega was my sales manager. They did a great job on my big roof, and installed a rain diverter to prevent roof rain from dropping on to two gas lanterns either side of my double front door. The diverter really didnt work very well and the gas lamps still needed to be regularly re-lit. So after a year I asked Shane by e-mail if the rain diverter could be extended to move the roof water even further away from the gas lanterns. His immediate response was Ill have a guy out there on Monday morning (the first business day after my e-mail) to switch it out for a longer diverter. It was done on that morning (no charge), and today we had our first Louisiana cloudburst rain storm since installation. My gaslights are still on! Wonderful follow-up service after one year! Hire them!

    First of all, Shane Ortega may be the most patient roofer on earth. I dithered all over the place, for months, before finally deciding on what l initially wanted--a galvalume roof.The installation went very well, and I had no qualms about leaving over Christmas with the roofers still working away. When I returned to my beautiful new roof, my neighbors remarked on how hard Shanes crew worked.Finally, I had a problem with one area on the finished roof. In a difficult-to- cover area at the front of the house, one of the panels had a crinkly edge. Now, Im not sure that most owners would have even noticed, but Shane was right on it, and had one of his workers smooth it out.I got estimates from three other companies in Baton Rouge. I chose Shane largely because Colemans specializes in metal roofs. Im glad I did.Coleman Roofing is an honest company that really cares about owner satisfaction. Five+ stars!

    Called several places for a quote on a leak I had during this heavy rain storm. Coleman roofing was the first ones available and Chris Odell showed up on time and was very prompt. I showed him where the leak was and he went out to inspect the roof and within a few minutes he notifies me that its all done. He explained in detail what happened and what he did to fix it and he didnt even charge me for his time. I was blown away because you always hear about companies trying to get more money out the customer and here was the exact opposite. If theres ever anything I need for roofing or construction Im absolutely going with Coleman! Chris Odell was very thorough and professional throughout the entire process definitely recommended him!!
