    I just purchased a house back in Feb 2022 and waved inspections. The house was built in the 70’s and needed some updating. With that being said, I ran into some issues (not much). I needed a new electrical box for the circuit breakers as it had no main shut off switch. I also needed a new meter box as the one I had was rusted through to the point you can see exposed wires (not good!).Like most people nowadays, I googled electricians and got 3 quotes for the upgrades I needed. From the beginning to the end, Mark was very responsive which is a big deal for me. Good communication can make a break a business. Mark reassured me with confidence that he can handle the job and be able to upgrade my panel from a 150 volts to 200 volts which is pretty standard nowadays from what I hear. He also installed a surge protector for the panel which was pretty nice.He was very thorough with his inspections and recommendations compared to the other electricians that had visited. I did not feel like he was trying to take advantage or recommend things I did not need. I did my own research regarding his recommendations on the quote he provided and came to the conclusion he was a straight shooter (honest). I also like how confident he was during his inspection. He was able to explain the purpose for each recommendation and why it was important.Overall, Mark definitely knows his stuff. He also was very reasonable with his pricing and flexible with scheduling all of which I appreciated very much.In conclusion, I am very happy with his work. I will definitely be using him again for future projects. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a quality electrician who tells it to you straight and doesn’t beat around the bush.Additional Work Included:1.)     Electric installation on brand new outdoor hot tub. Mark answered the phone very professional we discussed the job. He said be there Saturday to look at the job.     We had Mark (and Rick) out to install a bunch of recessed lighting wafers in our 1980s home, they didnt believe in overhead lights back then, and he did an amazing job. He is a professional, he confirmed and verified all the work to be done and made sure I was happy with it before moving on. He was also happy to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it that way, which I always find super interesting. I will definitely call Mark for anything I need done in the future.

    Mark is very professional and cares about his work and my satisfaction with it. He put in eight recessed lights in my office ceiling along with 4 outlets along my walls and a floor outlet for my work desk. Very happy with the work and all of it being done in one day.     Mark installed whole home surge protection, a new sub panel, generator interlock, and an EV charger for me. He installed a chandelier (a very tricky one), replaced two bathroom fans (including adding an outside vent for one, something the original home builder should have done), installed timers for the bathroom fans, and fixed/replaced several switches.     We panicked when we moved into our house and suddenly we were blowing fuses and not sure where the shortage was and then of course our dishwasher wasn’t working! We reached out to Mark and thankfully he was at our house the next day to figure it out for us. He was super responsive and receptive listening to our concerns. He got to the route of our voltage and wiring issues and explained what to do/what could be done to improve the way things were wired.     We contacted Mark after struggling to find an electrician willing to take on the not so fun job of investigating and remediating old knob and tube in an over 120 year old house, as well as helping to upgrade our current electrical set up (bringing rooms up to code with new switches and outlets.) Mark not only took on the job but offered to do so at a fair price. He worked with us for a week, tacking each section of the house one by one, methodically helping update, remove and rewire rooms for switches and ceiling fans/lights.Mark is friendly, clean and knowledgeable. He communicated his timing clearly and he did all he could to minimize impact to the house when having to create holes in the plaster to run new wires. My job to clean up will be easier based on how we did his work. He pointed out a few other items we need to work on and look forward to having him back to help address future needs like new breakers, a generator and recessed lighting in the future.I hope to continue to work with Mark for years to come.
