    Luxury Home Improvement did an amazing job with our home renovation. Our kitchen was completely redone with a new layout that included new cabinets, appliances, quartz counters/backslash and tile backslash. They refinished hardwood floors on our entire first floor and staircases. They also put in a hardwood floor for my office and seamlessly matched the hallway hardwood as if it was always there. They painted the whole house and replaced carpets in the bedrooms. Would highly recommend them for their quality work and fair pricing.

    Serge and the crew at LHI are quite simply the best. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness are truly top notch.Recently, our newly purchased home unfortunately suffered major water damage only days after closing. Relying on reviews like this one I asked Serge to come give us an estimate to rebuild the majority of the interior of our home, and Iā€™m so glad I did.From start to finish everyone we interacted with was great. Wether they know it or not they all made a really difficult situation for our family the best it could possibly be and Iā€™m very grateful to them for that. While that alone would be enough to recommend them, the quality of the work was also fantastic.The pictures donā€™t do the work justice as Iā€™m not much of a photographer, but I canā€™t recommend LHI strongly enough.

    I was seeking flooring for my home in Trappe after it was destroyed by fire. I previously had carpet, hardwood and laminate flooring. After much research, I decided to go with luxury vinyl plank. The particular type of flooring I wanted was available at LHI.I took a ride to the store with some friends and we were greeted warmly. With so many choices, I finally selected the floors in these pictures. They are beautiful! It took a lot longer for my reconstruction than expected, but Greg at LHI kept in touch with me the entire time. They held my flooring order for almost 9 months.I just moved back home on 3/29/24. The first comment I hear from visitors is ā€œlove these floors.ā€ The quality of the flooring, modern aesthetics and the warmth of the color make my home shine.     When we had our new house built in 2022 we needed to accomplish a lot to finish our home.     I highly recommend Serge and his team from Luxury Home Improvements. We could not be more pleased with the work LHI provided. We had our fireplace remodeled, kitchen backsplash installed, undermount hood install in our kitchen, tray ceiling added in living room, whole house painting, new lighting installed, etc. The quality of work is outstanding.     My wife and I have worked with Serge and his team at LHI on multiple remodeling projects for our recently purchased home in Media. Projects weve had done with LHI over the last year include exterior/interior painting, front door installation, hardwood floor installation, tile installation, vinyl floor installation, and interior drywall repair. LHI has _continuously_ hit it out of the park. Their craftsmanship is superb, they are ultra responsive, they are punctual, and they are honest. We will happily be calling upon them again for a few projects in the Spring.I should also add that my wife and I have worked with a number of contractors.     We were looking for a carpenter service to install a new staircase railing for our entry way staircase. We werent sure exactly what we wanted to do to give a modern look but also fit with the style of our older home. LHI came in with a great suggestion and it turned out beautiful.     We highly recommend Serge and Ianā€™s team at Luxury Home Improvements. Every one of the workers that did work in our home is considered our hero. Ian was our first contact person. We went over what we wanted to be done in our home. At first, we were only going to have LHI do the first floor because we were looking for other contractors to redo our bathrooms due to the messed up job the previous contractor did; but, when LHI workers came, the first day we were so impressive, we decided to have LHI do the bathrooms also; and I thank God that we did. LHI changed our home from the era of 1954 to 2022. Sergeā€™s design suggestions were great. Everyone that visited our home, complimented us on the workmanship that was done to our home. The bathrooms and kitchen are stunning. I also want to thank Serge and Ian for them insisting that I put in a dispute claim with my credit card companies for the work that was not done but money was paid with a supporting letter written by Serge.Very satisfied customer!!!

    From beginning to end, the customer service at LHI was excellent. Greg and Serge listened to my ideas and made suggestions. Greg was the point person organizing technicians and installers and problem solving when necessary.Though ours was a smaller project, they gave it their full attention. Everyone that worked on the kitchen was courteous and skilled. I was delighted with the end result.

    LHI did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom and part of our master bedroom. They installed new large format porcelain tile, mosaic tile, vanities & faucets, lighting, mirrors, freestanding tub & faucet, and shower, as well as refinish our bedroom fireplace in ledger stone. We didnt change anything structurally in the bathroom, but they did remove our old space hogging jacuzzi tub. Serge managed the project, but Yuri was the real hero of the project, making sure that all of the tile was laid exactly to our liking. Yuri did an amazing job of turning our dream into reality.

    Luxury Home Improvements completed a big project, for me. They replaced flooring, painted rooms (kitchen, living room, etc.). They took down a portion of my stairs, put up dry wall, installed new doors, and did woodwork (including extended existing wood paneling).They are PROFESSIONALS and you wonā€™t go wrong hiring them. The QUALITY of their work is EXCEPTIONAL and worth every penny.As an example, the gentleman who was doing all the sanding and painting left my walls looking brand new (no paint splatters and the edges are crisp). The carpenters took a red light to my pocket doors to ensure they were 100% level. Just overall phenomenal craftsmanship.In addition, the project was completed within budget. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for quality professional work.

    Honestly I have to say LHI is the best remodeling company!!I just moved to my new house couple years ago and recently wanted to do few updates and changes. My friend recommended LHI and I must say Iā€™m so lucky to meet Serge. He and his team installed recessed light, replaced couple new light fixtures and also replaced my vanity went faucets in my bathroom. They made my house look much elevated now for sure!They are very responsible and professional and gave me the honest and best ideas!     We recently bought a home that was very close-concept so we wanted to open a wall between the living room and dining room to make the space more functional for our family. We hired LHI for the full job to take down the wall, patch the hard-wood floor where the wall used to be, refinish the floors to match the rest of the home, and paint the walls/trim. We ran into trouble when what we thought was a non-loadbearing wall was in fact loadbearing AND had HVAC Ducts running throughout one side. Jay and his team quickly figured out a solution where the wall would be properly supports and still allow us to open up over 80% of the space. Even with the hiccup, the crew stayed on schedule and finished the project in one week as promised.

    I am so happy that I chose LHI for my electrical project (home remodel). Bob and his co worker (forgot his name) were professional, friendly and arrived each day as scheduled. Hiba (office contact) was always prompt in returning my messages and was always checking in to make sure things were completed on time and up to my expectations. I had them replace the entire electrical panel, outide.electrical line, rewire all indoor light fixtures, added outlets to the basement for freezers, garage LED lights and wired kitchen for garbage disposal, induction cooktop, wall oven and microwave. They will be back for the kitchen pendants once the house is ready. Overall, they have been working on my home for approximately 2 months (off and on). Highly recommend them. Reasonable prices for quality work.

    I called LHI for 1 project (wainscoting) in our powder room and dining room, and they were so great to work with that I ended up using them for 2 other projects (wallpaper and vinyl hardwood floor install) in our house! Even after all the projects were wrapped up, my wife and I noticed a few spots that could have been sanded a little better, so I let Serge know. Sure enough and no questions asked, Serge had his team come out right away to fix it!Everything looks great and we couldnt be happier with the work and the overall LHI process from start to finish.Also note that Serge and his teams work quick! Most contractors are slow to get back to you, slow to provide you a quote, slow to get you on the calendar. Not the case here. Serge came out to our house within 3 business days, provided me an electronically executable quote no less than 30 minutes after leaving my house, and the project was scheduled to be completed within 2 weeks. Couldnt have been an easier process.10/10 we will use LHI again!

    My wife and I used Luxury Homes to remodel our master bathroom and kitchen. We brought a home with an old kitchen and bathroom. Serge who owns Luxury homes worked with us at every step. He picked out the cabinets, countertops, appliances, tiles, and sinks. We told him what style we were looking for and the colors we wanted. He helped us a great deal. When we got stuck he would pick out a couple of options that would work that we could choose from. The workers were incredible. They showed up every day and cleaned up. They did great work. In the kitchen, he replaced all of the countertops, floor, cabinets, and appliances. In the bathroom he enlarged our shower, tiled the floor, put in a whirlpool tub and a bidet.     2/2023- We signed a contract with Luxury Home Improvements for interior painting of our 2.5 story foyer, ceiling, crown moulding, skylight and hall. Serge, the owner of LHI is very responsive and communicates well with his customers and staff. This company states in the contract that the painters do not smoke or play loud music which was very impressive. The painters, Ian, John and Fabian, were respectful and so professional. They took care to cover all of the floors and railings. After extensive spackling for uneven walls and nail holes, the painting began. They used Sherwin Williams and applied 2 coats of paint which was included in the estimate. The job took 2 full days.Serge even reached out once the job was complete to see how we like the completed job. We are so happy with the outcome of this project and would highly recommend LHI.

    LHI did a really great job on our master bathroom renovation in Exton!This was a full bathroom renovation project: full demolition and removal of anything and everything in the master bathroom (including huge jacuzzi tub and old shower), prepping walls and floors after the demolition, installing tile on the floors, walls and in the shower - including beautiful accent wall; all plumbing, electrical and painting work, then installing new vanities, free-standing tub, tub filler, shower fixtures and toilet; and finishing up with mirrors and vanity lights. Everything was completed to our full satisfaction and on-time; We absolutely love the results and highly recommend LHI for all your home remodeling needs!

The amount of time spent on prep and priming made it clear they were conscientious about final quality.     I am so glad I found LHI for our exterior house re-painting of our stucco and shutter replacement. They were extremely professional and very responsive.     Jay and the LHI painting team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would 100% book LHI again for a painting project.The scope of our project was painting our master bathroom, master bedroom, and powder room. Jay was timely in arriving for the quote. In fact, out of the three painters I contacted for quotes, he the ONLY one who arrived on time, and that includes two well-reviewed painting services in the West Chester area!     Serge and the LHI team do incredible work - efficient, professional and helpful with any project throughout. Weve now had LHI paint several rooms including the kitchen and two-story family room, install new hardwood to match existing floors, paint cabinets and install new backsplash, add trim and wainscoting in multiple rooms as well as a new french door to create a dedicated office space. Serge was also able to recommend a design consultant to help throughout. Its challenging to find solid contract help during a pandemic but LHI has exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend and have multiple additional projects lined up.

    The LHI team, and specifically Bryan did a great job painting the very fussy trim on our 100 year old tudor home. We selected LHI for their price and their assurance that their painters know what they are doing. My grandfather was a sign painter and taught me how to paint which means I have no patience for painters who cant draw a straight line. The LHI team did a fantastic job on the house. It is also worth pointing out that Bryan is a very pleasant person to work with, and that matters when you have someone around your house for days on end. They were professional, responsive, and produced a high quality outcome. I recommend LHI fully to any and all.

    Got my flooring supplies from this place. Great range of wood flooring products and even carpeting. The pricing was very competitive but the selection of the products and the fact that they were much better than the stuff from your local hardware store sealed the deal for me.     LHI was hired to paint our huge sanctuary for my church. Ceiling and walls are 30 high with pews in the way just to make it more challenging. The goal was to have the job completed before the following Sunday. So that gave LHI Painting crew 6 days to complete the job. They not only finished before the deadline they also were very professional, pleasant, clean and thorough. I just hired them to paint the exterior of my house.     Our entire experience with LHI was extremely pleasant! Serge made time to come out and give us a quote the same day I called for an estimate, which I really appreciated because we wanted to start the painting as soon as possible. Bryan painted the trim and shutters of our old (almost 300 year old) Chester county farmhouse we recently purchased and did a full-house pressure wash. We are very pleased with the work! Bryan did a great job and even stayed until 7 working one night because rain was in the forecast for later in the week. He was also just a pleasant, nice guy to have around the house. He would always say hello or smile when my curious 2 year old be interested in seeing what was going on. We already plan to use LHI again for future projects!     A+ company. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with them, from the day the estimator came to our house to give us a quote to the last day of work. We wanted to fully remodel our house and were looking for painters that are very good at what they do and most importantly painters that work clean.     The painting of two bedrooms and laundry room was excellent. Two painters repaired, sanded, primed, and painted the walls in three days. The result was beautiful. I would hire them again to paint the rest of my house in the future.The remodeling of the main bathroom took four weeks instead of three weeks as projected. The delay was mostly because we were uninformed about selecting the right tiles within our budgets. Once we picked the tiles from Wayfair, two types disappeared during transit. We ended up getting the replacement at Lowes and got next-day delivery. Eddie did a good job from demolition, drywall installation, carpentry, tilework, to mirror and shower installation. The contracted dumpster, plumbers, electricians, granite counter installers, and shower glass installers are all very professional. Except the glass that took 3 weeks as prevalent in the industry, we are happy that our project was completed almost in time as promised considering the labor shortage nowadays. And we are very happy with the new bathroom.We do wish we had been more informed about the workers daily schedules so the process was less stressful.

Several of these items I added after the original estimate. Serge was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating. His workers were nice guys and they worked hard.     We recently engaged LHI to refinish our hardwood flooring. If youā€™ve read our previous reviews in the past youā€™ll see we used LHI several times over the past 5 years. Totally satisfied repeat customer.They did a fantastic job; itā€™s like having beautiful new hardwood installed. Importantly, they used a vacuum system that left minimal dust; terrific. Project leader Ian helped us choose the stain we wanted mixing different colors resulting in a custom finish. Topped with Bona HD, our floor will last for years. All furniture was removed and replaced exactly where it was.Refinishing the floor required that we update the stairway to the second floor; bannisters, posts and newells that had the color of the old flooring color. Here too an excellent team led by John did a superlative job.Great crews, great work. I think the 5 star rating should be obvious because we are very satisfied repeat customers. Jay Abramov and his crews are highly qualified, neat, clean and personable. On the first job we were amazed when after prepping the walls there was not one bit of dust anywhere. LHI uses Festool a device that keeps customers happy because it keeps the house neat and clean. Unless the work is satisfactory to Jay, its not done. More than once, he would look at something and point out a blemish I did not see and then he would do it over again.     Completely satisfied. We hired them to paint the entire interior of our house, about 2,00 sq ft. Not just walls and trim, it included the ceilings and closets, some floors, cabinets and some doors also. It came out immaculate. They did everything just how we asked. When my young son messed up part of a floorboard, they touched it up. Very hard workers. They came around 8a and left around 6p every day, and only took a lunch.     I had the pleasure of using LHI for our kitchen remodel. We elected to completely gut the existing kitchen for our newly purchased home. They removed the existing cabinets, floors, the popcorn ceiling, and parts of the wall where there was peel and stick fake drywall. They also helped us add an inside window between two rooms for a future counter space/bench area and to give more light to the dining room. They were very thorough and careful with their work. If they came across any areas that needed additional steps or attention that were not previously anticipated, they consulted us. They were incredibly respectful of the house and us, which was especially meaningful to me as their primary contact instead of my husband. They were also even respectful of my nosy cats, which I found heartwarming and amusing šŸ˜ƒ. To top it off, they did everything in their power to finish the work before my due date for our new baby. I wound up being induced, but they still managed to finish that very day (which to be fair was before my actual due date) Everything came out beautifully and I honestly want to spend all of my time in our new kitchen.     The LHI crew did an outstanding job with a project in our new home. Throughout the process we were impressed with every aspect of the work. The team collaborated to build a new catwalk above our living room within our open floor plan and also capped old wooden beams that ran throughout the main level ceiling, all hanging at significant heights. This work was tricky and non-traditional from a remodeling perspective. It was amazing to see them design, plan, and troubleshoot the project.     LHI did a drywall patching job for me as well as hanging 12 sheets on a property I own. They did a great job, had 2 guys on site to start since the work was in a few different rooms. I had many holes as I had to run new wiring in the old property and they patched all the holes so well, I never new there was a hole. Keep in mind my place is older, and the guys had a challenge, but the work was great. They were on time, clean, friendly, cleaned up, and always had great communication. They worked on Sat for me and the job had additions that I had them do, and they even worked on Sunday. They did not have to work Sunday, but they wanted to get it done and showed up on Sunday as they said. I would not expect anyone to work Sunday, but these guys are the best. Luxury Home Improvements in Media is someone that I would surely use again for sure. From drywall to painting and even plastering that the one person said he can do, I would trust them again and I highly recommend them.

    We found LHI on Angies List and hiring them last spring was one of the best decisions we ever made. We started with having them paint a few rooms on the first floor. Those rooms looked so outstanding we have had them return 4 times to clean, repair and stain our deck, paint upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, repair and paint our front door, and Jay did amazing job refinishing an old farmhouse table. Their work ethic and attention to detail is phenomenal. We will be bringing them back this spring to complete the rest of the house and some outside projects. We highly recommend them to anyone that is interested in working with an extremely professional and talented team.

    Luxury Home Improvements completed a paint job and installation of wood beams for my Home. I scheduled a free estimate during which the scope of the work was discussed as well as Time frame for completion. They were very professional and were organized. Though they werenā€™t the cheapest, they were Fair and Iā€™m very pleased with the work the was completedā€¦.exactly as I imagined and was discussed. I could see myself using them again if I go forward with other projects!
