Tim, owner of Prime, sent Garrett, Jake, and Eric out to replace my sewer and water lines - over 100 feet! They did an incredible job. Arrived shortly after the sun rose and did not leave until the job was done (about an hour after the sun set). Their professionalism and care were evident throughout the day. Not to mention that it snowed almost all damned day! They did as little digging to my yard as possible, working hard to sleeve a 4 PVC into the 6 clay that was over 50 years old and breaking apart. They skillfully navigated their earth mover around my sloped yard and carefully around my deck. Not only did they do no damage, but they wiped down my deck banister, and put the dirt back with such care that its graded better now than it was before! They brought my inside pipe up to code with 1 copper, including a back flow preventer, pressure relief valve, and new overflow tank on the water heater. They laid grass seed and straw in the dark. I cant thank these guys enough for the incredible hard work they did and the obvious pride they take in their work.

The most professional and honest service out there in MD. We went through 3 of the big names all demonstrated severe dishonesty to get the highest profits. None were concerned the home owner was just diagnosed with Acute Luekemia 9 days ago and needs to begin Chemo therapy Monday.It was only Prime Plumbing that truly followed through through there honest words and did so with kindness. I recently moved into a house that has septic, so I wanted to have it pumped and look at to ensure it was in good working order. I was able to set up an appointment the next day and they were very professional and polite. They put a camera in the pipes between the house and septic and the distribution box. The one pipe between the septic tank and distribution box was in rough shape but working so they gave me the info and my options to leave it for another time or replace now. I opted to replace. They showed me how the septic tank and distribution box all appear to be in good working order and were thorough in answering any of my questions. They did a very nice job filling the digging back in, placing my sod back on and making it look undisturbed. They were polite and professional and their pricing was fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs septic work done.

I called Prime Plumbing for a faucet repair and they sent Ron the next day. Ron attempted to repair the faucet but it was too worn and corroded. He then installed new faucet that we had (just in case) and it works and looks great. Ron cleaned up everything and even provided me with loose change he found in the pedestal base. Ron was very professional and helpful. If you have a plumbing problem, Prime is the company to call. Definitely ask for Ron.

Nothing I dread more than having to find and hire a repairman for a job. Today I finally posted my repair needs on HomeAdvisory and within minutes received a text from Prime Plumbing. The tech Brandon that came out to look at the job and give me an estimate was courteous, knowledgeable, and gave me several different options on repairing each problem. After he priced the job (full disclosure) I gave him the go ahead to proceed. He immediately went to his truck, gathered his tools and supplies and completed the jobs skillfully and quickly. I was satisfied beyond my expectations in every aspect of the job. I will definitely choose Prime Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We’ve had Prime Plumbing come to our house twice now. Once for a water heater replacement, water treatment system installation, and tub drain replacement, and once for our tub spout leak. Highly recommend Jeff and Grace! They both worked together to tackle a two day project, and explained what they were doing from start to finish. Grace did a great job running me through the ins and outs to our new water heater. Jeff was very clear about how to manage our new water treatment system as well. The second time we had Prime Plumbing come out I wasn’t home, but my husband was and he was very pleased with how quick and efficient Sam and Jeremy were. Always call Prime Plumbing first and ask for Jeremy. Len the Plumber and Michael and Son Plumbing charge an estimate fee even if you choose not to have the work done. Called on Saturday and Jeff was here on sunday about noon. Under my kitchen sink was a disaster and leaking. He was here for about an hour and redesigned my pipes and cleaned up his mess. They initially were attempting trench-less; however, they had to pivot due to unforseen circumstances, and they did such an amazing job. They definitely went above and beyond.Upon completion, they backfilled the holes/trenches and placed grass seed down and hay. We had a foul smell in our basement only to find that our waste pipes were starting to leak. On top of that, our sump pump was not working properly. The first plumber we called didnt want to tackle this job so we called Prime Plumbing and they sent out Sam to evaluate on a Sunday (no extra charge).He showed us that our copper waste pipes were tilted in the wrong direction and deteriorated. The pipes and fittings leading up to the copper pipes were PVC. He suggested replacing all the copper and steel pipes with PVC and putting in a new sump pump. He gave us an estimate that we thought was fair.Sam and his apprentice, Gracie, began work two days later. We knew that the amount of labor would be extensive just for the cast iron Y that feeds into the main line to our septic system. When the Y was free from the wall they discovered a crack in the outside pipe which meant digging out the cracked pipe. Whoever installed this rats nest was obviously unprofessional.This was all done during the recent storm. In fact the power went out late in the day but that did not deter them. They kept on working. It took them 2 days, but all the copper/iron piping and joints were replaced and a new sump pump put in. And they cleaned up after themselves. Its great to deal with professionals who take pride in their work and do not take short cuts.Thank you, Sam. Thank you, Gracie. Thank you, Prime. Its no wonder that you have such a high rating.

One of the few plumbing places that picks up the phone when called during business hours! I called them up to help replace a broken exterior water faucet due to the recent snow last month. The technician was very thorough and polite! They came back a second time to help replace a 4.5 foot corroded pipe. Both times the technician was very professional, and got right to work! Their prices/estimates are very fair: not so cheap where you question their skills and not so expensive where you feel like youre getting schmazed.

Jordan was the plumber sent from Prime Plumbing to fix a plumbing back up problem in my shower downstairs. Before he came in he put on his shoe covers, which is not always done by other technicians without requesting they put them on. He assessed the problem, figured out what needed to be done and went to work to resolve my back up. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Because my home was built in 1954 he suggested that I would benefit from having a camera inspection of my sewer line to get ahead of any future problems due to it’s age. He helped me get an appointment to have the camera inspection done next week. He also gave me options and information on other services provided by Prime Plumbing that would enhance the upkeep of my plumbing and water heater. I will definitely look into securing the added benefit of the plans offered by Prime Plumbing, especially the servicing and maintenance of my water heater. You will not go wrong with this company as they are, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all customer oriented.

I used Prime Plumbing twice for plumbing projects we had done. Both times we had Will as our plumber and I cannot say enough good things about him and Prime Plumbing. Prime Plumbing is very responsive and I was able to get scheduled in the same day for one project and just a few days later for the other. They are quick and efficient, and all the customer service reps on the phones are very kind and easy to work with. Will did such a good job on our first project which included moving some water lines and installing new ones. He showed up on time, was professional, and left the space clean after. He did a really clean and effective job, and he was very kind and friendly to work with. I was thrilled to see him come back the second time for a new toilet and sink install. He was very upfront and helpful with some comments we had about the install and he is obviously a very knowledgeable plumber with years of experience. My wife was home alone when he came by and was nervous to answer any related questions from him, but he quickly reassured her by being professional, courteous, and kind. I really do appreciate the way he treated her while I wasnt there. He is an outstanding plumber and a great representative of a great company. Last year, Prime installed a new water heater for us and the work speed and price were far better than any other plumber could offer.Recently, we had a problem with water leaking into our home. Tim Rooney from Prime was able to diagnose the source of the problem where several other contractors (including two waterproofing companies) were unable to. Had Prime come out to figure out why my basement shower and toilet would barely drain, and then occasionally water would run out. They promptly came out, did some preliminary checks, and recommended scoping it.After scoping it, he found a root had grown in a section of old pipe. He made a whole large enough for water to go down but not solid waste, and then presented me with a couple of options. I went with the less expensive option because neither of us saw the benefit of the more expensive option.A week later they were out and in 4 1/2 hours, the whole job was completed and all the issues Ive had are solved.Throughout the whole process, Prime was nothing but professional. From Rob the first technician to the group that came out to do the work, A+ guys all around. It was pricey but good work does cost money. The only small ding Id give them is my scoping appointment was supposed to be scheduled and the day came and went, so I had to do that myself.

The technician called me 5-10 minutes before arrival. Will, the technician was super professional and thoughtful about the space. He wore the disposable shoe protectors as to not bring the outdoors inside. He was mindful not to use machinery that would harm my home. He also answered my questions with a friendly and pleasant demeanor. The problem was fixed and I was so happy. 5 stars!
