    Julian and Brian are absolutely wonderful. The work they have done is most EXCELLENT. They demonstrate stellar professionalism and knowledge. Having done a lot of work for us before, we knew what to expect. They have never failed us. Weve had fuse box surge protectors installed, recessed lighting installation, fan installation, rewiring, smoke detector installation, and other things done to name a few of the things they did for us.     William was meticulous in testing out units and in prescribing and installing a new capacitor. He was so informative and detailed in his explanation of everything he examined and the metrics for assessment of the functioning of all the electrical and mechanical units.     After calling 8 companies to fix my leaking furnace/humidifier on Christmas Eve, I went with GAC services because of their friendly, helpful, courteous customer service for starters. I made an appointment with them and Travis S. came to the rescue. Travis did an awesome job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. Very respectful, courteous and proactive attitude towards his work. He even had the part needed in his truck so no waiting around for the part to come in. Travis restored my peace of mind now that everything is nicely fixed and clean for the start of the New Year.     Between the time I requested an appointment with a GAC technician and Kaja’s arrival ( just 24 hours later), we had a couple new plumbing issues arise. Kaja handled all the issues-known and new- with aplomb. He reviewed the issues, fixed some immediately, went out to get parts for the new issues and started and finished on the same afternoon. He was calm, polite and exceedingly efficient.

    I asked GAC for an estimate on replacing a water heater and addressing a leak from my master shower drain. The shower leak is over our furnace and will require removal of duct work. Richie spent an hour with me to diagnose multiple issues, including a leak from my GAC installed/serviced furnace. He provided sound advice, guiding me on which issues I should address first and which issues can wait. Richie also corrected code guidance provided by other plumbers that would have cost us additional money if implemented. He will coordinate with the GAC HVAC team to provide a comprehensive quote for duct work removal and plumbing, as well as requesting that GAC contact me to address the water leak in my furnace. We have been a customer of GAC for 30+ years, but this was my first experience with their plumbing team. It was a very positive experience, and what I have come to expect from GAC.

    Our heat pump stopped running resulting in very high electricity bill. We called GAC and Daeon came out the next day. He was competent, professional, very nice and friendly, and clicked with our scottie right away. He was able to diagnose that the outdoor temperature sensor was shorted, and got the heat pump running in override mode until the replacement part came in the following week. The repair fee was very reasonable compared to a couple other HVAC companies wed checked. GAC has good competent repair technicians who give us assurance and peace of mind to keep us warm during the cold winter.

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris and Mario for the installation of smoke alarms in my home, and I couldnt be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Not only did they arrive on time, but they quickly assessed the situation and tackled even the toughest spots—especially the 15 foot hallway ceiling smoke alarm that had me concerned. They worked efficiently, ensuring that everything was securely installed and tested. Throughout the process, both Chris and Mario were courteous, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and the high quality of their work. Its clear they take pride in what they do, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of skilled electricians! I will most certainly use their services again in the future!

    GAC came on a Saturday to fix a plumbing problem. Phillip Torreyson did a great job figuring out a problem that could have had several causes, deciding what was wrong and fixing it. Mr. Torreyson was great from start to finish - smart, knowledgable, able to explain the problem and adept at fixing it. I would recommend him and GAC to anyone with a plumbing problem.

    Brandon McKillop from GAC is a great plumber who was direct and honest with his opinion based on his experience. We had water heater crap out on us. He gave us 3 options, repair, replace, or replace with a tankless system. Because of the age of the unit repair wasnt really an option. After doing some research we decided to go with a tankless system. The tankless system didnt work out of the box. Brandon was going to return the next business day with a new tankless setup. Brnadon was going to show up and finish the prep work and someone from GAC was going to deliver the new system. GAC wasnt able to get the system in but Brandon, thinking this might happened arrived with a traditional tank system and installed it. Brandons forethought meant we had hot water for our tenant. While we still wanted a tankless system, Brandon told us he didnt have confidence in the electric tankless systems. Gas yes, electric seems iffy. He would install whatever system we want but didnt recommend going with an electric tankless system. Brandon gave us his experienced opinion and told us what he would do if it was him. So we stayed with the traditional tank.

He answered all of my questions and told me about the prime membership for electric and plumbing. I appreciate that and signed up for peace of mind.     No complaints. Heat pump repair. Icalled GAC and they sent out a technician that afternoon. Diagnosed issue which required ordering a new part. As soon as it came in, got a call to schedule repair. Did so the next day. Technician came as scheduled. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

    The work took longer, or the waiting time was longer because they ordered the wrong or incomplete part to start the process and that delayed the work to repair the HVAC unit. The technician came and went a few times and eventually discovered that the part was in the warehouse the entire time.Samuel was extremely professional and transparent during the entire process and completed the work timely once the correct part was ordered and delivered promptly.

Jay was fantastic and extremely thorough - he spent almost 2 hours reviewing my HVAC unit - both inside and outside - ensuring he properly diagnosed the issue we were having with our heat. He was able to thoroughly explain the problem and provide additional tips and tricks to get the most efficiency out of our HVAC unit.
