    Our improperly installed non freeze water connector failed in the middle of the night while we had houseguests.. Within an hour of calling Powder River the next day Kyle showed up with Justin and rigged a temporary line above grade and set up a repair date. That day came and they did a super job digging the 100 ft or so trench and properly and professionally installing the new connector. Its now one less thing to worry about and we have better water pressure to boot! Great company.

    I am beyond thrilled by the service I received! It took one phone call to Cathleen to get the ball rolling. She understood my dilemma and empathized with my wife’s POV. Thank you Cathleen. Next (within the hour) I got a call from Cameron and Kylan eager to help me out. They were even flexible enough to give me 10 minutes to pick up my kid. On top of all that Cameron and Kylan were excited to see my “old sword burner” type furnace. Great energy, fantastic attitude. I don’t know how you could go wrong with Powder River. Thank you guys so much for helping me out…and I’m sorry if I spelled anybody’s name wrong.

    The pricing was comparable to others in the area if not a bit better, and they were the utmost in professionalism and the two workers that installed our heating and AC unit, were Jose and Karam and they were extremely professionalI had a hole in one of my vents in one of the bedrooms and when he was under our home he even °took a video and pictures to show me what the problem was......which is not only convenient but very handy and very professional EVERY aspect of dealing with them was top-notch, very high quality products and top-notch professionalism, I absolutely without any reservation .....would recommend them to anyone, needing work, or HVAC replacement, ETC I couldnt be more pleased.

    Justin was awesome - I was going to have a garbage disposal removed because I thought the electric outlet was bad and would have to be rewired which would have required taking out a cabinet and would have been more expensive than just e getting rid of the disposal. Justin did some trouble shooting and found that there was a different spot to plug in the disposal and it worked fine. Instead of removing the disposal, he called and let me know it was working and check if I wanted to just leave it in - which I did!

    The tech that came to the house was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable tech who diagnosed the problem and had our ac up and running in less than an hour. Great people working at powder river!

    After making the “wrong decision”, (“we’ll save money doing it ourselves” 🙄), PRH still showed up!!! Over and over again! Chris not only continued to help with the “wrong decision”, but after it was apparent that it was useless situation, he also installed a temporary water heater until the new one arrives.He also helped me with important decisions and many little details. Not to mention a lot of very heavy lifting and even helped me return my “wrong decision”. Absolutely amazing customer service.

    I use Powder River Heating for all my heating and airconditionig and plumbing needs and maintenance, If I can get him I prefer Alan to come for my heating and air conditioning. I have formed a very good relationship with him and he will take the time to explain anything I might need to know about my equipment. Powder River has always been quick to come and help fix the problem. That is very important to me. Efficient and quick. When equipment breaks it can be stressful and the quicker someone can fix it the less stress I experience. We have a ranch house and one in town we keep the ranch house heated and up to date maintenance wiseAppreciate the service.

    I recently had PRH repair a boiler that had been troublesome since installation some 6 years prior. The technician found the problem and made a temporary repair so I could use the boiler. He then contacted the factory and got the defective part replaced on warranty even though the boiler is a brand they don’t sell. PRH went above and beyond taking care of my problem. I highly recommend them.

    I had the pleasure and honor of working with Cathleen at Powder River heating and A/C on a client customer basis. While she works in the office vs the field, the impact she made on me as I was figuring out invoices etc was enough to make me stop and write her a review.I run multiple companies and understand the value of people like Cathleen being the interface between the field and the public. She is worth her weight in Bitcoin.Cathleen was kind and relatable but my favorite part was how resourceful she was. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even followed up with sending me hard copies in the mail with a nice hand written personal note.When calling in to pay an invoice people may not always be in the highest state when calling in, but after talking with Cathleen you cant not be.Anyways, I just had to say something.Thank you again for the laughs that day Cathleen!Sheri Hollenback

    Last year they came out to look at my furnace, found a bad modulator. They also noticed the furnace flame plume had a small crack in it and it needed to be replaced. Well the furnace was over 30 years old and I was surprised thats all they found.This spring I decided to replace the furnace and add central air. Called a couple of places for quotes, Powder River were the only ones that contacted me the same day. Matt came out gave me a quote I was happy with, and scheduled the installation 4 days later. It only took them 6 hours to install a new furnace with central ac.Every aspect of the job was done professionally. Highly recommend this company. I would give this a 10 star rating

    The tech showed up on time for a quote, returned a quote quickly, and then when he did the work, he was spot on. Only advice I would have, is to have a little wiggle room in the techs schedules for emergency calls. I understand scheduling them as effeceintly as possible, but there seems to always be a little something that comes up day to day.

    I called several companies about installation of a mini split for ac. The only one to respond was Powder River. Matt was very professional, very responsive, and very helpful in providing information that allowed me to make decisions about the best unit for my home. The workers who did the installation arrived exactly on time, were very professional, informed me of everything they were doing, and made sure I was happy with the end result! I am very happy with all my dealings with this company and would absolutely recommend them.

    I had an amazing experience with them! Tim took care of all my needs! He even made sure I felt comfortable and at ease with my dogs being here while I was not here! (I don’t trust anyone with my pets)! He is such a awesome nice guy! Very professional! I feel like the situation would have felt a lot worse without him taking care of it! He made sure I was 100% taken care of! Defiantly a 5 star rating! If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Overall great experience!
