The sewer pipes under my house were never attached correctly and would come apart when the temperature dropped below zero. I battled it last winter and a competitor came out, once, but only band-aided the problem because he was cold (lol). The pipes continued to come apart in the cold. This time I called Longs on a holiday evening with temperatures below zero, and they came out the same day despite having numerous calls that night. They crawled underneath with new pipe and a SawZall and actually fixed the problem for good! I was so relieved. They were heroes, and cheerful, too. Highly recommend.

We would highly recommend Long’s plumbing. We had an extremely stubborn plumbing issue and the guys from Long’s were wonderful. It took a few visits to take care of the problem and each time the guys were so so nice even when the underneath of our house was a nightmare to work in. I believe their pricing is very fair and they were quick and always were able to come with in a day of calling. Great company!

I called about no hot water ,and someone actually answered and I didn’t have to leave a message. They sent someone out, I can’t remember his name, but very nice, informed us of the problem went and got parts, fixed it and cleaned up. I do appreciate this done in such a timely manner and so efficiently. Thank you.
