We’ve had the pleasure of hiring Opal for electrical work in our home over the past several years and were always satisfied. Eddie was punctual, communicative, and explained everything clearly. The quality of work was excellent, and he cleaned up afterward. He handled unexpected issues with ease and provided effective solutions. Recently I had an unexpected issue with an outlet. I had seen Ed Wood card on Facebook. I called and he called me back in an hour. He scheduled me for the following day. Ed repaired the outlet, quality work at what I thought was a reasonable cost. In addition to the quality work Ed was a very personable and interesting to talk with. I highly recommend him and bring him back to my home without hesitation.

Ed Wood from Opal Electric has provided great service to us on several occasions since we moved to Amblebrook. He has hung multiple fans, dimmer switches, lights and installed an Ethernet cable for my office. Friendly, professional, reliable with competitive prices. Highly recommended!!

Ed responded quickly and very professionally moved our dining room chandelier box and installed our light fixture. He also elevated an above cabinet receptacle and ran a jump line for our wine cooler. Certified electrician. Many in PA are not. Highly recommend!

Recently met Ed Wood in Amblebrook - Gettysburg. He has relocated his electrical business from New Jersey. Ed has done several jobs for us. He is professional, efficient, provides good solid recommendations and has reasonable prices. I highly recommend Ed Wood and Opal Electric. We have more work we are discussing that is a bit more involved.
