The team did a fantastic job installing a new whole home generator. It was a big job, but they stayed until they had tested the new set up and confirmed that it worked perfectly. They also did a great job cleaning everything up and working around our schedule. Empire Electrical Service was half the price of our other quotes, I would definitely recommend them for value and very professional service. Thank you! -

Jimmy was extremely responsive, I contacted him on a Saturday and he was very accommodating in trying to assist us with our electrical emergency. When he came out he was puntual and he didnt try to over charge me for his service. I would recommend Empire Electrical Service for anyone that is looking for a great electrician especially in an emergency type situation. -

Justin is very knowledgeable from how to fix things to how to explain things to customers. He is prompt in his help too - always open to squeezing me in. In these regards, he is superior to the other companies I have called on. -

Pleased is an understatement. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived on time and looked thoroughly through all areas of the project. Provided a complete estimate for future work to be done and changed a couple of switches while here. Very pleased with Mike and Jose. The electrician was polite, respectful, methodical and quick in his work. Within just a few minutes, he effectively diagnosed the problem and replaced a number of things that had not been working. Most importantly, the wife was thrilled with the fixes. We couldnt be more pleased and will certainly be calling Empire Electrical Service next time we need service. -

Iβve used Empire Electrical Service for electrical issues and my house and my office. I highly recommend them. They actually show up when they say they are going to and if for some reason they canβt, you do get a phone call letting you know when they will be there..no just sitting at home and praying that electrician shows up. -

Empire Electrical Service pros. Even though it was late notice for a pretty small job they showed up ahead of schedule, got right to work and knocked it out in no time. They were very respectful, wiped their feet before they came in the house, explained the whole process in simple terms, did seamless clean work and charged a very reasonable price for what I wanted. Superb!!! -
