Magnolia Plumbing promptly sent someone out to give me estimates on replacing a leaking electric hot water tank. Colby gave me prompt pricing of 3 different options, each that was reasonable and comparable to other quotes I had received. After making a decision, they came the next day to install my gas tankless water heater and did a phenomenal job. They arrived when they said they would, kept me posted during the installation, reviewed the features of my new unit, and cleaned up the work area nicely! Colby and his crew were phenomenal!

Replaced my builder grade sink when my garbage disposal died a sad, stinky death. I didnt want a new disposal, and I kind of didnt want a double sink anymore, and Magnolia Plumbing was able to replace the whole thing! :D So now I have a lovely, big ol single drain sink. Required taking out my undermount/old sink, redoing the pipes/drain, and putting in the new sink.My new sink also required a special order, because the size of my granite opening is apparently ~weird~, but that was still doable. The initial visit/estimate, communication, invoicing/payment, and eventual installation/follow-up was professional, clear, and everything turned out great. I bought my own faucet and they installed that too. Would definitely recommend these guys! Great work.

We are pleased with the service we received from Dylan and the others who helped him. We appreciate very much that they were able to get our new grinder pump installed and to help make the repairs to a leaky toilet in our house.However, there are two things which we are not happy about. We were told that the price of the work would be $3900 to get the work done, which is a real financial burden for us. Dylan told us that the $99 service call would not be charged to us if we had your company do the work for us that needed to be done. When I looked at the receipt that was sent to us, I saw the $99 fee charged to us. I feel that that should be refunded to us since we acted in good faith according to what we had been told.Our second gripe is that when I called this morning to ask if we could pay using a credit card I was told yes. But NOTHING was said about there being an additional credit card fee that would be assessed if we used a card. The additional $133 that we were charged because we used a credit card just added to the financial burden that we have had with needing to replace the pump. Once again, I feel that Magnolia Plumbing needs to refund that money to us since it was something we didnt know about and could have written a check to pay for the work that was done.I will be calling on Monday morning to discuss these two concerns. We deserve the benefit of the doubt since we were told one thing about the service call and it didnt happen, as well as not being told the whole story about the additional fee that would come if we used a credit card.

Beau was great! Had a leak from my washer shut off, he replaced both hot and cold with updated levers (even waited while BWWB came to shut off water due to a problem at the meter). Great company & great people. Will most definitely use them again!

I love Magnolia Plumbing!!!My problem was my water pressure was coming into my house at an extremely high rate. They fixed my old water regulator by replacing it.Magnolia Plumbing was on time and ready to work. By the way, the weather was extremely hot. They had to dig through rock to fix the problem.They did an excellent job. And cleaned up before they left.I feel my house is safe, becase they fixed the problem.Thank you Magnolia Plumbing, I will be calling you again for all my plumbing needs.

Could not recommend them more, the customer service over the phone was immaculate and the service agent that was sent out was one of the nicest most respectful men I have ever met! We needed a pressure test done on our gas line so we could get our heat turned on, of course it was the coldest day of the year that we needed it. They came out in under an hour and worked with the gas board employees to get our line tested and our heat turned on! Highly recommend giving them a call!!

10 outta 5 stars. My dads water heater busted and they came out asap. I called at 3:30pm, Bo got there around 5 and diagnosed the problem, gave us a reasonable quote and explained the details of the cost. His partner Colby brought out a new water heater, and they had everything repiped and replaced (new water heater and pressure regulater valve) by 8:30pm. They did really great work and they were really great people. Super friendly family guys. Small and local business. I cant recommend them enough.

Beau came over and evaluated the issue after dark in the pouring rain and Colby came out the next morning and fixed the problem - main was broken in two pieces! Try not turning any water in your house on for 12 hours sometime. Then you will know how much these guys were appreciated with their prompt service and drive to get us back to normal asap. Top notch company. Initially there was a scheduling issue and when notified, Magnolia rectified the problem right away. Received a text the day before to give me a time window an another when worker was on his way, and was even able to track his location. Cameron was very professional both times he came out and even had a much needed item on his truck that should have been part of the previous days installation ( another company). I highly recommend this company.

I had to call Magnolia Plumbing the day after New Year’s Day. I honestly didn’t think they would be open as most companies acknowledge the day after a holiday that falls on Sunday! To my surprise, not only did they answer the phone, but came out that morning due to the severity of my problem! I was so impressed with the staff starting with Sherry that answered the phone! She was both friendly and helpful! Bo and Colby did a lock and key job which required having to get a new pump downtown, and they did it ALL in one (1) day! Thank you Magnolia! You saved the day!! 😀
