    Jessie was a great help to me today! I had plumbing issues at my rental home. I had another company work on this very same problem 2 months ago so needless to say I was not happy to find the same problem.     Jesse Anderson, a Service Technician, was great. I wasn’t sure where my leak was coming from or the extent of the leak. Jesse could have told me anything and I wouldn’t have known the difference. He explained that it was a very minor issue and repaired it quickly and very inexpensively. I am grateful and can’t recommend Latta and Jesse highly enough.

    Latta stepped up to the plate on a Friday when I needed a quick repair on a clogged drain. I had not been able to wash dishes or shower in four days and it was beginning to look like I was going to have to wait all weekend before someone could come out. Scott from Latta went the extra mile and pulled some strings to get my drain unclogged in about five minutes! Fast work, inexpensive, courteous and helpful! This guy did not go in trying to add things onto our bill like some companies will do. He did what we asked and did not try pressuring us into anything we did not ask for. Highly recommend Latta as they did such a good job on my parents bathroom.

    We had a stopped up toilet so we called Latta Plumbing! They got Brian out to our house the same day and he fixed it no problem! The price was reasonable and they were great to deal with.     I have used Latta Plumbing Service in the past, and they provide top notch service for anyone seeking plumbing needs in the Birmingham area. My technician in particular was named Austin. He was kind, fair, and completed the service in a timely manner. My water heater is performing better than it ever has, and I will continue to use Latta Plumbing for any problems in the future. Highly recommend!

    We had a pipe burst in our building and Latta Plumbing got here in less than an hour to start the repair. Had us back up and running within a day which we didnt expect. The technician was dressed nice, drove a company truck and seemed very knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys

    Our septic tank apparently backed up and it quickly caused a problem. My landlord told me to call Latta Plumbing and Terry responded very quickly and got to the bottom of our problem. In no time, our toilets were flushing and the problem was down the drain. Terry was very professional and very informative and seemed very empathetic to our situation. He made a very stressful situation less stressful by his expertise. So thankful Terry and Latta Plumbing were there!

    I recently bought 5yr old house, as soon as we moved in we noticed the kitchen sink was draining very slowly. We tried some drain cleaner to no avail, we had rotorooter out, they snaked the drain, still no good. We called Latta Plumbing, they came snaked the drain, still no help. They came back out the next day with an inspection camera and spotted what they thought was a rubber ball in the line. The techs were very persistent in trying to solve our problem. After they spotted the ball , they said they would be back the next day, they were going to consult with their boss about how to proceed as my new house sits on a slab. Needless to say I was becoming concerned about the problem. The guys came back the next day and gave me a best case/worst case price. Long story short the original manufacturer of the house had left a hydro testing check valve in the line that was supposed to be removed. They had to pull a few boards off the side of my house to get to it but they did and everything works great now. These guys were true professionals. Now dont get me wrong it was not cheap, when all was said and done they probably had 12-14 hrs into the job and my bill was a little over $800, could have been much worse. I even got a thank you note from them a few days later thanking us for using their service. I would definitely recommend these guys!

    No hot water. No fun. After making 18 phone calls and still not able to find a plumber, I called Latta Plumbing. I spoke with Michelle who was a sweetheart. I have a place in Winston Co. on Smith lake and there is nobody to service for plumbing. Rex said he would help me out and sent Chris to service my hot water tank. He spent the time and we thought we had it. But still no hot water. Well let me tell you. I only needed to call Michelle back and Chris came back out the very next morning (Saturday) at no additional charge and this time we had hot water. Did it cost. Of course it did. Latta Plumbing is in business to make money. Am I happy I have hot water. Priceless. I will call Latta in the future for any plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

    My wife and I had a garbage disposal unit in our sink that was backing up into our master bathtub. I saw a Latta plumbing truck close to our loft downtown and decided to give them a call. Lamar came out, gave a free estimate, and was able to fix the drainage problem in under an hour. He was very professional, friendly, and cleaned up after he was done. I was very satisfied and will definitely be calling them again if I ever need additional services. The price was very fair for the work that needed to be done. Thanks again!

I received the publication which led me to call them based on some issues I had with sewer smells coming up in the house. Benji and Danny were extremely knowledgeable on all of the issues I presented them. They were on time, performed quality work and were very professional. The equipment Latta supplied them with allowed them to thoroughly examine the situation which I imagine most plumbers dont have access to. I will be calling them again should I ever have a need!

    Brian Brown and Nick (sorry I didnt get a last name) were the service guys who came to check out the leak issue I was having. I had no idea where the leak was coming from (afraid it was under the house slab) but they were able to locate the leak and fix it within a couple of hours. They were very polite and if they had to move anything around they tried their best to put everything back in place. I would recommend Latta Plumbing and the guys who helped me out to anyone. Very professional.
