    I contacted Jacot plumbing through a referral because another plumbing company sent a contractor to my house to clear a blockage. The other contractor told me that it wouldn’t clear and to get someone who could put a camera in my line to see what’s going on. Well I contacted Jacot plumbing. They scheduled me for the next day. The specialist, Justin evaluated the situation and then cleared the line. Great job Justin. I appreciate the knowledge, experience and honesty. Thank you

    Plumbing problem was addressed and was draining. I will use shower tomorrow to be certain. Professional and courteous Jacot representative. He took time to polish a drain cover that I asked him to either clean or replace. It looks great. No complaints. I did think I had the first apt of the day and ended up getting service at noon. Tomorrow he will go to my HBeach condo to service. I will pay for that visit. Patty White

    Alex arrived at the arranged time, reviewed the situation with us and offered an estimate with options. We made a choice, and he effected the repairs, cleaned up after himself and invited us to check that everything was working as we wanted before collecting the payment - which was the estimated amount. Were very happy with Alex and Jacot!

    I am the Pastor of a small ministry in Garden Grove and our water heater gave up the ghost. This happened on Friday and Monday I called Jacot Plumbing and spoke to Veronica. I told her what the issue was and I asked her if they have any kind of donation program or if they had a used but still working water heater that they could donate to our ministry? She told me that from time to time they do have used units that are still in working condition and she would check with her boss and see if anything was available. Well a few days later she messaged me back and let me know she found a new one that for one reason or another couldn’t be sold but was new and it was ours if we wanted it. I can’t say enough good things about Jacot Plumbing. Veronica is terrific and so is her boss James. They went over and above to help us when most companies would simply say no or hang up.     I have used Jacot for years, for both small and large problems. I was referred to them by a family friend, who also happens to be a Real Estate Agent and praised them highly for their diligence and dedication. Ive had them repair my water main (very large repair/task), snake clogged drains, install clean outs (another larger job) and a few days ago, clear the clogged kitchen drains. Theyre professionals, courteous, personable and always there when you need them. A reliable plumbing service is one of those must haves for any property owner and Jacot is the company to rely on.

    Jacot Plumbing was sent out by my insurance company to assess a plumbing issue. Charles was great and respectful of the current COVID-19 situation by wearing a mask, etc. He was thorough in his inspection and reached out to my insurance company immediately after leaving my home. He even asked me how I was doing on supplies as he said they carry stuff in the truck should their customers need anything! I was good on everything except TP... so he was kind enough to give me a couple of rolls!!!Great service, timely, professional and caring!! Would recommend them and use them again in the future.

    We are very pleased with Jacot Plumbing! Matt was on time, answered my questions, and worked on installing sink faucet and handles on two of our bathroom sinks, and installed handheld shower heads on two of our showers. When there was a slight issue with a sink, Matt knew exactly what to do and it was fixed as soon as the part was available.

    I have used Jacot Plumbing for a couple of years now. They repaired a toilet drainpipe and installed a new toilet. Two bathroom faucets. Kitchen sink faucet. Bathroom manifold and shower set. Installed new Water heater and water heater flush. I’ve had several different Jacot plumbers at my house and they are all nice, informative, arrive on time, clean up and complete a superb job.

    Have used Jacot plumbing service 3 times since we moved to Garden Grove. Each time I asked them to come out to check out a problem, they always gave me a fast answer and always showed up on time.     Jacot Plumbing is not the cheapest, yet not the most expensive either. But they do have the integrity to stand behind their work. I had a slab leak once, Jacot came out and fixed it. Two years later, my tenant called me stating there is no hot water for the washer. Turned out Jacot had accidentally disconnected the pipeline while rerouting the pipes. Jacot took care of that, 2 years later, without charging me a dime.

    Jesse came to check the leakage and thoroughly checked everything. He then called the steam guy (leakage was from steam equipment) to find out what is the reason and how can it be fixed. He was at my place for over an hour and performed all necessary actions. Also asked me to call him if there is any issue again. So glad and satisfied with the service.
