I recently had a clogged kitchen sink and reached out for professional help. The technician arrived promptly, was courteous, and quickly identified the cause of the blockage. He used specialized tools to clear the clog efficiently. The sink is now draining perfectly, and they even gave me warranty. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service—quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Cole Plumbing and Heating and Air Company, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Mark, in particular, and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, the team was upfront and transparent about the work that needed to be done, which was greatly appreciated.Communication was clear and consistent, ensuring that I was informed every step of the way. They were punctual and adhered to the schedule, (had a new furnace and AC installed from the time. I was not able to be at home during the time of the install was a bit nervous, however trusted them and prayed that everything would just go smooth while I was out of the house. I left my house at 9:30 and when I arrive back at home by 4:30 they had already completed the jobs and left prior to my arrival. When I walked in the house, it was spotless, it was hard to believe that technicians were walking in and out of the house, taking out equipment, bringing new equipment in without a trace of debris whatsoever. It was spotless! They truly made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I am grateful for their professionalism and the quality of service they provided. Mark even gave me his personal contact to reach out to him if I had any questions and when I did reach out to him, he was so quick to answer, and if he couldn’t answer right away, he called me back right away or text me back and let me know he would call me. He was very communicative and more than appreciate him extending out his personal contact. Very excited about our new units that were installed! Thank you Mark and the whole team of technicians who worked so amazingly on this for us at 1880 and for making this such a positive experience!

I would to thank Rodrigo for providing excellent service. We had a garbage disposal and faucet issues. He also fixed our Halo system. We normally receive excellent service from Cole Services. So I would say that his service was A++. Thank you Rodrigo! Your hard work and thoroughness are very well appreciated.We had another excellent visit by Rodrigo today to replace our water heater. This time we had multiple options and his Mgr Oscar came by to provide additional details and work out our pricing options. I am very happy and feel really lucky that these 2 service proffessionals are available to help out. We ended up going with a higher end option as a result and we feel great about it. Seriously, what a great team, thank you again Oscar and Rodrigo!!!

I recently had an outstanding experience with “Plumbing Cole services”, and I cant recommend them highly enough! From the moment I called for service, their team was incredibly responsive and professional. I want to give a special shoutout to Jaime Oliva, the technician who was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also took the time to explain the issues with my system and the best options for repair. His friendly demeanor made the whole process much more comfortable, and it was clear he genuinely cared about providing excellent service. Jose Casteneda came to our house to fix clogged drains on two sinks. We thought it was the pipes and when looked more closely he realized the drain stoppers were broken. He replaced them with a newer pop-type and the drains are now working fine. He didnt have to snake our plumbing and saved us a lot of grief and money. Jose was very thorough and super friendly and as a result we signed up for a membership with Cole for the future.

Fast reliable service but a bit expensive and they seem to place you under a bit of pressure on the options that are offered. They were great in setting up payment on credit card through bank at no interest for 18mo. I think the service and presentation for what I thought would be a routine service call on HACV system presented by “Mike” could have been a lot better. Hard to keep him on track and seemed very expensive replacing the entire system and the credit card was not again presented. Work was excellent, fast, and I believe competent. Beware of upscale and in saying so, I didn’t get other bids. Leave enough time for them to arrive, but they do work until they finish. Again presentation of costs with options and pricing needs some presentation and improvement

I had just received news of a death in our family and was visibly upset, but I also really need the kitchen drain cleared. They were unbelievably kind and tried to lift my spirits and distract me for a moment. They showed such empathy and kindness and I am so grateful they were assigned to our call this morning! They made a very difficult and awkward situation bearable and reminded me of the kindness there is in the world. Life is not always easy, sometimes you have a clogged drain that needs attention, except life continues to trudge forward despite whatever else we have going on. Daniel and Drazen are good people. We had an issue with our plumbing backing up. We were pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service we received by Drazen. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked swiftly and efficiently.We have home warranty and they are giving the run around. It shouldnt take 24 - 48 hours to get emergency help with your plumbing when you are paying monthly for the service. Ryan from Cole was promptly at our house to clear a clogged drain. Further inspection showed we needed some sewer relining and repiping work. The sewer line work was rapidly done in less than 2 days using very high tech methods. While it was expensive we believe it is good for many years. They are also replacing our 2 toilets as part of their services. One more to do on Monday. We hope they will send Ryan again.

Cole Services performed routine maintenance on my furnace on 22 February 2024. My scheduled time window was 8-10AM and I was contacted at about 9AM and notified the service tech would be there within 20 minutes. Charles arrived within that time span, donned his shoe covers, and commenced with the check-out of my furnace. He reported no significant issues but suggested/recommended a couple of items be considered. The first was replacement of the voltage absorption system for the blower fan and the second was installation of a surge protector for the system. He explained that the measured capacitance of the blower fan run capacitor was slightly below spec (18.9uF vs 19uF), which seemed like a very minor discrepancy to me. I elected not to have this replacement performed at this time and instead to monitor the trend of this parameter on future service calls. He indicated that the surge protector installation could be advantageous if my local power was subject to frequent interruptions/outages. I indicated that this was not the case and chose not to have this work performed either. Charles did not subject me to any pressure to decide otherwise. Charles completed his work and departed around 11AM. I was very pleased with the service and my interactions with Charles.

The first company we called came out spend 3 days and did nothing, the problem with a kitchen drain was too complicated for them . So we called Cole’s instead. Christian was polite, & respectful. Talk to me about what I could do with the drain that needed to be unplugged. Gave me a couple alternatives. We used a snake to grind through the grout that a previous contractor put down the drain. It wasnt easy. Difficult and time consuming but it worked. We discussedputting in new plumbing in the near future because the grout that was attached to the sides of the drain pipe would eventually break off and clog the drain up again. It would be a matter of when that would happen. Right now I can take more than a 3 minuteshower. Fabulous!! Thanks Christian for your great effort to resolve a difficult problem. It will be fully repaired in the very near future. He is sending me an estimate for that work to be done. This may be the longest review Ive ever written. Ill start with the excellent staff. Laura and Dave are the dispatchers who kept things rolling smoothly. Nick arrived on time and laid out tarps on the floor and put on paper booties. The first visit was a $77 drain clean out from kitchen sink clog. Nick snaked the line 60 ft. Turned on faucet and no luck, still backing up. The supervisor, Ever , was called out to run a camera line the whole way through and at 80ft. he found the blockage and showed me. The cast iron plumbing was original (70 yrs. old) and Ever gave me the honest options with up front pricing. Fast forward... I chose to repipe the drains and sewer lines with PVC. The job took 5 days with 8 hour shifts. The heros were Angel and Mauricio with Angel taking pictures of before and after. Angel laid out the old cast iron pipes next to the new PVC. WOW!! Plumbing problems gone forever thanks to Coles plumbing. Any plumbing problems you have, call Coles. On time, clean, no cost until the job is done and thrive on customer satisfaction.
