He was on time, very professional, cleaned his work area up and was just an all around great guy to work with. Alloway has been a real pleasure to work with and would recommend then to anyone who needs some electrical work done.

We had some work done when we had our mobile home moved, and they went above and beyond in taking care of all of our needs, including several visits and they did everything possible to resolve all of our concerns! I can tell that this is the kind of company that truly cares about their clients and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are happy! They have a new customer for life!

These folks are my new electricians. Called this AM for removing and replacing 2 light fixtures. One was a bit more work, so needed a professional. 2 gentlemen showed up about 5 hours after calling. Very professional and diligent. Highly recommended. I have used these folks for years at my business office, so knew their reputation.

Their technicians are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their office staff is supportive and responsive. Alloway will be our go-to company for all future electrical work, they are fantastic!

Power went out at 7am for my neighborhood on a Sunday, Idaho Power took forever to get it back up (4pm) but at 3pm apparently a branch from my neighbor took out my masthead and power-line to the grid. Idaho Power disconnected me and left me a door hanger.I called Alloway at 7pm when I found out, and it was too late to get anyone there but theyd call me the next day to schedule. I should mention this was in December and it was about 22 degrees outside. The next morning without a call Alloway Electricians were on site getting everything back up and running at 8am sharp. The bill was perfectly reasonable as well.Good service, fast, and appropriate escalations for emergency work. $80/hr for emergency work not $100+ like another guy states.

Cold-called them from a Google search. They scheduled an appointment within 48 hrs. of my (non-emergency) call. Their tech, Asher, came over at the time agreed and started troubleshooting a difficult problem (Id waited a year and a half to call someone about -after an initial rough round of Angies list electricians- and I knew the problem wasnt easy.) Bottom line is he was knowledgeable, friendly and went WAY above my expectations for a single call, non-emergency, troubleshooting visit. Theyll now always be my first call...well done, Asher and Alloway Electric.

When youure looking for lamps, lighting fixtures, and bulbs, there are millions of possibilities to choose from. So it all comes down to the advice you get from the stores staff. The people who work here actually know what theyre talking about and are actually happy to take the time to help you get what you need. Theyre friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. And lets not forget the value of shopping locally at locally owned stores. These people are our neighbors. Lets show them the same respect and consideration wed hope to get when someone local needs what we have to offer.

I dont write too many reviews but I have to give Alloway Electric a shout-out after my experience working with them. I had a couple bathroom outlets that for YEARS had been randomly tripping, always at the most inconvenient times, and after replacing almost every outlet on the circuit it was still happening so I finally caved and called Alloway. I was terrified we had a wiring problem in our house and thought it was going to end up costing hundreds to have someone come out and re-wire the entire circuit.However, after describing the problem to the electrician on the phone, he diagnosed the issue and provided an incredibly simple fix that ended up solving the problem entirely. I WISH Id known to call them 5 years ago!! Problem solved, cost: $0. Thanks Alloway!

I have used Alloway Electric for years. They are the best at what they do. We just had some work done at our home and are having more work done next week. When I called to schedule the second visit, I was told that I was accidentally overcharged for labor and to make things right, the follow up work will be free of charge. WOW! I had no idea I was overcharged, so they are very honest and are going above and beyond to make things right. I am so completely impressed by this company!

I was sitting at a stoplight yesterday and an older lady was stalled-out in the intersection. One of your guys was stopped behind her and mustve realized she was having a battery issue. I saw him bringing a small piece of cable back to help her on her way. I am very impressed to see such a kind gesture. What incredible people your company has! He deserves a raise! GODBLESS!!
