I called earlier today, the guy said he might make it here Friday to look at our heater. Then he said maybe tomorrow.And then he called and said he could make it today, which thank goodness, because I have two small kids. It was an easy fix, here and gone within the hour.I will definitely be calling again. Good pricing, excellent service.

Kozik has always been wonderful and today was no different! They came right away and had the new hot water tank in immediately. They are not always wonderful at what they do but they are super nice as well!!

They installed a new water heater, very professional and left no messThey had to move a stackable washer and dryer in a small,cramped utility room in order to remove old water heater. Did everything as if it was their own and total bill came in under estimate

As has happened in the past, we called with an emergency and Koziks replied within the hour. The service technician was wonderful. She showed me how to do the routine maintenance that I could do myself, like changing filters. She was efficient, expert at her work, and had my cold house heating up again nicely in no time. We always call Koziks and will continue to do so. Their expertise, courtesy, and professionalism is much appreciated.
