We had a vision for a remodel, we were going to gut 3 rooms, kitchen, dinning and family room. We went out and requested quotes from 4 contractors, after receiving and meeting our contractors, and expressing our vision ,Benmarc construction (Marc) , took the time to understand our vision and was more than willing to help achieve our goals of this remodel project.When you start these kind of projects, you always wonder if you have done all your homework and picked the right contractor to achieve your vision. Marc was all about helping us with this remodel.As we moved forward, we did do some modifications from the original quote, Marc understood and always was willing to get us to the finish line, even with a few changes. With a few setbacksWe have finally finished our dream kitchen, dinning room, and family room. We are so happy with the end result that Marc achieved for us. I plan on having them back to gut my large living room and hallway sometime this summer. Marc and his team do amazing work to meet your expectations. Marc is a very caring person, and wants you to be completely satisfied with his work. Do not hesitate to call Marc for a quote on your project. The true test, will you have them back in the future for other projects, and my answer is, without a doubt , YES.

Marc did a great job and was easy to work with. Needed to have some repair work completed for the sale of my mother in laws house. He was responsive in getting an estimate and was very quick in getting it done. Very satisfied with the workmanship!

He was very reasonable on his prices and he does quality work .when he said he was going to be there he was very professional they cleaned up after them self when they left for the day and when they were done. i will be use his service again

Marc and his nephew were kind to my elderly aunt. Marc responded in a timely manner and kept communicating updates during the job. That is so uncommon in this day and age. He only did the repairs that were needed as this was my request and I felt confident in his honesty. The work was done well and I would recommend this company to everyone!!!

I was very impressed with the entire process while working with BenMarc LLC. The detailed estimate provided information by phase of the project. The project was tuck pointing the stone walls in my basement. I was thrilled to find someone with experience that could do the job. The BenMarc team updated me everyday on status of project. On walk through a few items were discussed which they took care of on the spot. What service! I am very happy with the end result. Would recommend them for this type of project. Hope to work with them again on other projects.

Marc and his team repaired and refininshed over 1500 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring and didnt miss any details including closets and under radiators. Marc also rebuilt an entire failing staircase beautifully! These projects were in a 1922 neglected home and I couldnt be happier with the results. My experience was not only plesant, but I commend him on his prompt and clear communication and flexible scheduling with my needs. I would hire Marc again and would recommend him for any project commensurate with his skills.

Appreciated the timely communications throughout the process and the project. We had two older decks to repair, renovate and refinish. Work schedule was agreed to and we reached and signed the agreement on a fair price for the decks scope of work I had presented in writing for a Quotation.Note, daily clean-up by the crew was excellent and those who helped on the project were thoughtful and respectful.
