I noticed my furnace having trouble and it was late at night. Neil Thomas has a convenient Service Request form on their website. They called promptly the next morning and setup an appointment. The Technician showed up on time and was professional, friendly, and informative. He figured out the problem rather quickly and took care of the fix. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks Neil Thomas!!

This company has always gone out of their way to make sure our plumbing and heating needs are taken care of. We have reached out in less-than-ideal times and they were the first ones there to keep us warm during the winter and cool during the summer. I appreciate that the team goes above and beyond, offering to assist with small tasks that are not on their job scope. Highly recommend.

I met 2 MIT Techs ; Kevin and Hunter who came to my home to clean my furnace , motor . Disassembly , cleaning reassembly takes thoughtful, meticulous work . I was so impressed by their conscious awareness of my privacy , cleanliness , and their kind & considerate manner as they went about their work . They left my home in a clean , warm manner after testing thermostat for accuracy . I was impressed by their confidant smiles, answering my questions and concerns .They went above and beyond their call with help with my garden hose in this ever-changing weather pattern.I could not have asked for better technicians than Kevin and Hunter . Looking forward to seeing them in their future as HVAC TECHS. MY Best Regards to them both .

I literally recommend you guys to everyone.Neil Thomas has fixed our air conditioner when we first moved into our home, installed a new furnace when ours broke in the middle of January, repaired our air conditioner on the hottest day of 2023, repaired multiple leaks in our bathroom pipes and today one of their techs rescued my cat that found herself stuck in the air duct!always amazing and professional work, and reasonable pricing for hourly rates.

We had Neil Thomas Plumbing & Heating install a new A/C unit the end of May. It worked beautifully. Then about 6 weeks in it randomly stopped working. My husband called about the issue they said they couldnt come out until the next day. As that it was 90 degrees and Im impatient/pushy I called back and had them come out that afternoon. They absolutely did and fixed the issue with in seconds. It was nothing major and the tech fixed it quickly. I was grateful they came out as quickly as they did. Let me add the issue with the unit was nothing they did wrong. A bug crawled into one of the parts restricting air. He removed the pest and our air is working perfectly. I 100% recommend using Neil Thomas Plumbing & Heating. The staff are very nice and helpful. If they cant help you they find someone who can. They are a great business to work with.

Very friendly from on phone making appointment to service Tech that came out (earlier then scheduled) let me know what was wrong got part out (which how furnace is set up was pain) let me know cost went got new parts came back in timely manner. Got it put in and even showed me how to get the door to stay on. When was done explained some other services they have to do up keep on my older (at least 18yr old) furnace to help make last longer. Thanks so much for getting my heat back on in this busy crazy time of yr.
