    I had a new laundry sink put in yesterday by Lambasio. I got the appointment quickly. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant. Heath was the plumber and he did a great job. He had a great personality and smiled. If you need some plumbing work done, I would advise you to call Lambasio.

    Came home from work on a Friday dealing with 90 degree temps all day, and NO AC! Called Lambasio and a service tech arrived in less than an hour. He had the unit fixed, and cooling in 30 minutes. Very much appreciated the quick response.

    I have had the pleasure of seeing Lambasio Plumbings work for over 14 years. From commercial large jobs to satisfactory work at my own home, they always provide quality service with a professional attitude. This doesnt include their timely execution no matter the job. I called them this morning at 7:30 am and by 10 am my washing machine drain was unclogged. They also took the time to check my main drainage to the city sewage, because they have cleaned roots out of there in the past. After 1 hour my dilemma was fixed. Best $96 Ive ever spent. Best plumbing company in Galesburg

    What a blessing your company was! Just hours away from leaving to travel 5+ hours to another state so my brother could have major cancer surgery, I discovered his water heater had been leaking to the point it had rotted the floor and was beyond the point of repair. He has done business with your company for years and assured me you were the experts to call.After explaining the situation, a tech was dispatched to access the situation. It was quickly determined that a new water heater was needed and the subfloor needed to be replaced. After a quick call to the office, another truck arrived with the flooring materials and a new water heater. The tech made quick work of replacing the floor and the water heater.Within hours, the job was complete and we were able to leave town as planned. Surgery was a success and recovery is underway. While it will still be many weeks before he can return to Galesburg and enjoy the new water heater, we know that a major home catastrophe was averted thanks to Lambasio.Thank you so much for helping make a stressful time, much less stressful!Gratefully,Cheryl F.

    Gas hot water heater replaced, job done quickly. Less than 2 hours and a new unit was installed and everything was clean and orderly. Price with installation was not much more than I was expecting too pay just for the water heater. Very satisfied.

    Had an issue at the house with a floor drain. Visitors had clogged something up. Called my normal three places in town. Two of them returned my call within 2 1/2 hours. Lambasio answered the call immediately, scheduled me and they showed up before the time promised. Heath was their poop pipe guy that day and was personable, professional and clean. I was expecting a higher priced bill that day but was happy and surprised. Will use again if needed.

    Lambasio’s has serviced our water heater, central air & both old and new furnace for a long time. We are treated like family & when there was an issue the owner himself contacted me to discuss. I appreciate this and it gives me peace of mind that they are a phone call away.

    The gentleman from Lambasio was knowledgeable about tandem furnaces with air-conditioning. We did have a bit of a mix-up earlier in the week and they were to come back Monday but they had a cancelation and the scheduling lady thought of us and Wham! He was here and it is working.

    Im writing on behalf of my Mother who lives in Oneida, IL who is a repeat customer.Sunday night, she was pleasantly surprised when she opened her basement door and found that it was flooded. This morning, she called Lambasios and the lady who answered their phone was very pleasant and told Mother that she would call her when the serviceman got close to her house. Sure enough, about an hour or so later he was pulling into her driveway. He explained that all the drains were plugged up and within a few hours he cleaned out the drains.Mother was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them!

    Lambasio did some work on our Oak Run home when pipes froze after the recent -15 temps. Theyre team had a few mistakes and missteps over several service calls BUT I greatly value the integrity of the owners, who gave us a thorough (and very sincere) explanation of every step of the process, then apologized in writing, then adjusted our bill to reflect a very fair pro-active resolution. For my mind, Lambasio is a truly customer-first provider - and that seems rare these days!

    Normally when I call Lambasio it is in an emergency situation. They are always helpful in sending someone out right away who can take care of the problem. They also clean up any mess they make while working which is greatly appreciated.

    Once again Lambasio gets the job done. They came out and fixed a hose bib leak that wouldve taken me forever to find. They had to access it through a finished wall in our basement with little damage to the wall. I wouldve had the whole wall torn out, probably, to find the leak.     Called just before 5pm w an emergency. I had a plumber at my house within 30 mins. Fixed my leak and suggested long term fixes for all my shut off valves due to age. But since he was working overtime he suggested I call to schedule during regular hours.

    The young man that worked on our furnace was on time, polite, thorough and knowledgable. It became apparent our previous repairman was trying to sell us a new furnace as Lambasio found a rigging done up to make our unit fail. I highly recommend them!
