    We are extremely pleased with the Arrow team’s coordination, execution and management of our solar project for our Galena Territory home.Ground mount solar panels and foundation were completed in 3 days ending August 28, 2023. Utility connection trench and power cable connection street side were completed the following week. Jo Carroll Energy activated solar generation by the 21st of September - monitoring system performance continuously.Based on performance of the Arrow system at our home to date, we expect to save 60 to 70 % of our electric bill annually, before the State subsidy and Federal tax credit are taken into account.Thanks, Arrow!

    Professional sales, installation and post-installation service. Technicians were excellent and customized both locations and size of equipment to suit my needs. Panels are barely noticeable (see picture), which was a big deal to my wife. We placed a solid array on our oversized garage rather than have a patchwork of panels on our roof, due to rooftop vents and such. Looks super clean and much easier to clean or service, should the need arise. Top notch from the first interaction. I used Arrow Solar via a neighbor’s referral and would not hesitate to recommend them to any home, or business, owner. Very impressed!

    These guys are first class all the way. Greg has been the absolute best person to work with from the moment he mapped our property with his drone till today when he called to see how things are going. The installation crew is totally dedicated to their work and were a joy to talk to. To know that we are producing our own energy makes me feel very good. It’s totally worth it. No brainer

    It has been almost two years since I had my solar array installed by Arrow and I could not be happier. Jeff West communicated with me every step of the way and Arrow handled everything from the permitting, County inspection and requirements from the energy provider. Arrow was half the cost of some national solar companies that have now closed business due to poor business practices. If you are considering going solar, do not hesitate to take advantage of the remaining state and federal rebates. Call Arrow, it will be one of the best decisions you will make.

    Arrow Solar was wonderful to work with. They called with all updates on the project and answered all of our questions. The crew was very friendly and took time to explain what they were doing. They continue to check in with us now that our system is up and running. We highly recommend Arrow Solar.

    Arrow Solar did a great job designing and installing our solar array. Explained the process and details really well. Answered all our questions. Price did not exceed the estimate. After one year, there has been no issues. Power production has exceeded our power consumption as planned. Arrow continues great communication and support to this day.

    The group at Arrow Solar are wonderful to work with. My husband & I are completely clueless about Solar energy. They were so wonderful on explaining everything to us and how it all works. Never had any problems at all when we were hooked up and producing our own energy. We had questions on different things and they were always there to answer them. Arrow Solar is the way to go.

    I am thrilled with the solar panels installed by Arrow Solar. My solar panels were activated the end of December 2022 & I havent paid for electricity beginning with my March 2023 bill! Scott was amazing walking us thru the estimate & panel array process. I would definitely recommend Arrow Solar if you are thinking of installing solar panels.

    Arrow Solar was a great experience for us, from our 1st phone with Greg to inquire about solar,,, to the follow up check ins after the system was installed , they are professionals who definitely know the solar business. We knew very little about solar when we first called them and every step of the process was patiently explained to us, from pre installation to final payment , and especially the rebates and tax advantages… even after the project was done, they check in to see if everything is OK , or if we have questions….. truly a pleasure to work with and I have recommended them without hesitation

    I normally dont write recommendations for products, companies or services...it seems kind of pointless, subjective and/or potentially harmful...However....we recently had a solar energy generation facility installed on our property by Arrow Solar. We had looked at doing it before, but it always seemed too expensive and frankly, kind of ugly.But after extensive Arrow hand-holding, the final price seemed too good to be true (it was true, tho. Approxiomately a four year payback ) and they worked with us to locate it in a corner of the property that minimized its disruption to the landscape view. (By the way, I dont think its ugly anymore)...The construction phase was quick and by mid-September it was installed and operating.We did have one problem, tho, which was the internet-monitoring function which was critical to getting the Illinois subsidy. (a big part of the four year payback calculation)...Once the flaws in the monitoring function were revealed, to their credit, Arrow technicians spent a lot of time in our barn trying to fix it (at no additional cost, I might add)....within a month or two the monitoring seems to be working properly and (I should add) my household internet worked 50 times better than it did before their tinkering.So I have only good things to say about Arrow. I would unironically recommend them.My experience with them has been excellent

    We made the right decision to go with Arrow Solar on our third solar installation. You werent in business yet when we put in system 1 and 2. It would have been easy to continue with our existing vendor, nothing against them, but you came recommended so we gave you a call.Arrow not only provided a first class installation of our new ground array, the team was professional, concise and took care of all aspects of the process. Everything came in as promised with no worries on our end. The occasional check-ins to see if we are satisfied is an added bonus.I would recommend you to anyone.Thanks to the Arrow team for a job well done.Mike and Jana Johns

    Though I had often thought of going solar, life kept getting in the way of any real exploration. Thankfully, Arrow Solar encouraged me to have my property evaluated and within hours of that initial visit I went from casual interest to total commitment. The team got me excited for the future and couldn’t have made it simpler to understand the placement, components, timing, installation and aftercare upfront and along the way.     Jeff was awesome! Our vineyard and winery knew him from another business channel and when he can to us about solar(and the savings of course) we listened. He was extremely patient with all of our questions, put together a fantastic presentation, and we were signed up in no time. All delivery dates were met and we have been saving on our electric bill just as they predicted. We highly recommend Arrow Solar for your business or home.

    We decided to do a ground array and we are very happy. I am a woodworking hobbyists that drains power, electric bills have gone from $220plus to $41. Working with Arrow took all of the regulatory and documation out of our hands short of explanations and signatures. Explanations were clearly understandable and provided with any question. We took a stretch to do what we did and are very pleased.

    I had several local and national solar installers provide bids for a home solar system and none of the other companies were as professionally done as the bid by Arrow. Greg Hart was the only solar professional who even came to the house and he spent a considerable time going over the whole process. There was never was any sales pressure, he only dealt with fact based on known data. Arrows pricing was even lower than the other bids and the whole process was handled by Arrow in a timely and efficient way. I would highly recommend Arrow Solar for your solar needs.

    I honestly can’t say enough good things about Arrow Solar. They have been there every step of the way answering any questions I have. I took a deep dive into researching for months; meeting with multiple companies to ensure I found the best company to work with for my solar needs and I couldn’t be happier I chose Arrow. I had a million and one questions and they answered each of them, never getting discouraged or frustrated at my onslot of questions. I felt pretty knowledgeable on solar before going with Arrow- but the amount of information I learned from talking with Greg and Ryan was incredible. This company really knows its stuff and they are working for YOU! Whatever you could possibly want or need they will have it for you. Working with Ryan, Greg, and Jen has been great- it was all very easy and a seamless process. The team works very well together and you will NOT regret going with Arrow.

    Arrow customer service is excellent. I worked with Jeff and he never applied sales pressure and always answered my questions in a timely and friendly manner. He came to my home several times during the process and promptly made me aware of schedule changes. Arrow also had the lowest price of the 3 bids I received from local solar installers. I appreciate their methods of construction and installation- I feel like this setup will last a lifetime. The project took longer than expected, but I understand the tremendous demand for solar at this time. Can fully recommend.
