We called Thomas Heating and Cooling about an issue we were having with our AC. They came out immediately and very quickly diagnosed the problem. We also asked about the possibility of installing a mini-split system in the master bedroom and were given a ballpark quote. It took several days for the system to arrive and when the Thomas crew came for the installation, they were extremely polite and pleasant, hard working men. They fixed the original issue with our whole house AC and installed the mini-split in the master bedroom quickly and efficiently. We were both very pleased with their work, their demeanor and their courtesy. We hope we never have HVAC issues again, but if we do, it will be Thomas Heating and Cooling we call.
