Had them come to my house check out my air conditioner for someone else said it was okay they found a problem and fixed it right they are the best team to call to get anything fixed

Can’t say enough how impressed I was with their service. Adam in the office was super nice and super efficient. He was able to get me in same day but unfortunately there was a big water leak in town, but Adam called me and explained the delay and assured me that it would still get repaired that day. When it was determined that the tech would be a longer wait because of the severity of the water leak, Adam called me again to inform me what was going on and to just keep me up to date. Once the tech, Doug showed up he was thorough in examining the unit and pin point the problem. Within 30 minutes it was fixed and back up and running. He explained to me what the problem was and told me what he was doing to fix it. These guys were awesome and really helped ease my anxiety about the repair and repair costs because I’m a huge pessimist. I highly recommend this company.

This is a great company with excellent repairmen. I have had to have them out for two different things, one electrical and another time for furnace repair (the coldest day of the year!), both times the guys did a quick, complete repair, I have total confidence in their work. I will be contacting them soon to discuss a new furnace. Thanks for having such great repairmen!

Ron came out to check out our heating system before winter. Very nice man, got right to work checked out the system and kept me informed. I have had no problems with Garriott and Campbell and feel I have received very good service

Our furnace busted early morning on a Sunday, and Dave was out to our house within the hour. He fixed us right up, and I appreciated his efficiency and explanations of the issue. Would definitely recommend them!!

I wished I would have rated Garrett and Campbell moths ago when I used them at my office. They replaced and fixed the lights in the lobby. EXCELLENT SERVICE THEN!! NOW LETS GO TO MY Services this week !! We had no hot water to wash our hands (our tank less 1/2 gallon water heater broke.) G&C came up with a better system (that cost less than the original system) put it in and its PERFECT!!So, I was having a person dilemma at home, I purchased a water softener for my house, and discovered that we needed to hire someone to come install it! G&C to the rescue AGAIN !!! I wish that I give could more than 5 Stars !! Michele at the office is just FANTASTIC!! Bobby the technician (plumber/worker B) was FANTASTIC!! I really hope that I wont need there services in the future, BUT IF I DO I will definitely be calling G &C AGAIN! Thank you guys you are AWESOME!!!!!

Wonderful service our Ac went out 7 o’clock and since We had a 4 month they had someone come ASAP. When the gentleman got here figure out the problem within 5min. And had repaired our unit and cleaned it and everything back to normal within an hour. So I highly recommend them any day.

Just a little disappointed that my appointment was running too far behind to align. More than that, I am confident that the people at G & C are good, capable and sincere people who will always aim to please their customers. They WILL get another chance to proof me right.
