An outdoor outlet got fried due to rain. As a result, my GFCI outlet in that circuit tripped and wouldn’t reset. That same circuit also controls my water heater and freezer. I called Frisco Electric and they were able to come out within just a few hours to replace the damaged outlet and make sure everything else worked fine again. Great customer service, great communication and great electricians.

Kevin and his partner did a wonderful job installing 2 extremely heavy chandeliers (200+ lbs) from 20ft ceilings, as well as a ceiling fan and third light. He also moved an outlet for us. Quality of work was exceptional and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend.Had Kevin and Mack out again to install another high ceiling fan and some additional lighting. As with the first time, extremely professional and did a great job. This company rocks! Ive been needing an electrician to come fix an outlet this week and was having trouble with other companies charging extremely high fees just to show up or being difficult to schedule with. Frisco Electric was able to make an appointment for me the same day I called. The technician, Taylen, was able to come earlier than originally planned which was great! He was very kind and professional and was able to get our outlet fixed perfectly in a very short period of time. They do an outstanding job regardless of the size or scope of the project and warranty the craftsmanship and quality of their work.This most recent project was adding two Craftsmade wet rated fans to my pergola including assembling and hanging the actual fans. Kevin and Keitron did an amazing job concealing the EMT conduit as much as possible.

They were able to combine two breakers into one slot so that we didn’t have to get a sub-panel.Unfortunately, one of the breakers on the dual-breaker did not work. We didn’t know this at the time, but the Neat thermostat warned us of no power. They came out the next day to replace it!

February 2023: Cole was dispatched and was swift with his troubleshooting. Within a few minutes, he identified the problem, communicated the options for fixing, kept me informed of the pricing and progress, and cleaned up his area after he was finished. This is why I choose frisco electric day in and day out!July 2021: Curren and Jordan totally changed the exterior of our home. They installed an entry way light on an exterior ceiling that was well over 20 feet. They installed security lighting as well as uplighting on a large tree. Throughout the project they kept me informed on how things were progressing, if anything was going to be extra, and confirmed with me that everything was working prior to starting the next project.Curren actually made 2 trips and he was very thorough and honest both times. From the estimate process to confirming the day before/day of the arrival times, I was extremely happy with my experience. Thanks to Vanessa as well.I cannot recommend these guys enough. Ask for Curren or Jordan and leave electrical to the experts.

My experience with Frisco Electric was great from the first phone call to the finished job. Vanessa took my call, addressed all my needs, made an appointment for a free estimate on the work. William was the electrician. He was here a couple days later, spent time, answered all my questions & was very knowledgeable. I approved the estimate & had an appointment within a week or so. The day of installation, William was right on time, knew exactly what to do & completed the work & cleaned up. Im very happy with the result & will use Frisco Electric in the future as well as recommend them to my neighbors.

I called this morning needed help with a doorbell transformer and honestly had no idea what anything was called or what the problem was. Vanessa was so sweet and knew exactly what I was trying to convey to her. She said the next appointment would be tomorrow and I asked her if there was anything available today by chance. She said no problem and squeezed us in later in the day. Turns out the guy who came out was the owner of the company. He was excellent. Hands down, great service. He knew exactly what to do. Had Taylen out initially to install a ceiling fan in a bedroom with a tall ceiling. He called and asked if he could come earlier than his appointment which I was happy to agree to. I also added a install of a closet light. He took care of everything and was thorough and checked in with me with progress checks which I appreciated. He took his time and got my ceiling fan properly installed without a bunch of wobbling, even on a longer extension pole. Closet light is great - so much brighter. Many thanks!

We were having an issue with partial power outage in two of three bedrooms, plus a bathroom, where none of the lights/fans were working and some outlets worked but others didnt. After we tried everything we could think of on our own, we reached out to Frisco Electric for help. Vanessa was wonderful in making additional suggestions that we could also try on our end, before paying to have a tech come out. After exhausting those options too, we called back and Vanessa was able to get us in remarkably quick, on the Friday before Christmas Eve. Kevin came out to look at our issue, arriving right on time when we were expecting him. He was able to very quickly identify what the issue was stemming from, make the fix, and also helped me understand what had happened so that if it happens in another part of the house in the future, Ill know what to do on my own to fix it. A+ service all around. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Any mess he made he cleaned up and my home was as it was before he arrived. We had 2 other companies come out to try and fix our issues. We didnt have power to any outside outlets. Cole did an excellent job detecting our electrical issue and replaced a GFI.We also needed an outdoor ceiling fan replaced. There was a problem with that power too. Cole and then Vince, the master electrician came out. They spent so much time searching for the issue. Although it was determined that there must be a problem in the walls, they came up with a work around, and did not charge us for the unsuccessful detection.I really appreciated that they did not try to charge us since the problem was not resolved.Vanessa, the office manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful.They are a great company to work with.Roxanne and Doug Hicks

His team that assisted him, Scott, Cole, and Zane are very hard working young men who also did a fabulous job. I scheduled to have a 180 lb very large chandelier hung with Vanessa, she was very, friendly, prompt and easy to schedule with. Kevin & Zane arrived at my home on time and was very polite, professional, and respectful of my space. Kevin was very knowledgeable at wiring together my complicated multi light chandelier. The chandelier was hung promptly as Zane helped trouble shoot the wiring and lifting into place the massive piece. Great local company. I had a transfer switch installed on my breaker box and a 30 amp plug receptor on the outside of my house. The installed was super quick and Kevin and Thomas were great to work with. Kevin went over had the switch worked and how to install the cord on the outside. The install charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. Actually, Ive already recommended them to one of my friends.

I had a great experience overall with Mr. Hanna (one of their electricians). I had a misbehaving GFCI issue that randomly tripped. Not only was he willing to replace the GFCI, but he went above and beyond in checking each outlet for weatherproofing and re-weatherproofed them carefully where they weren’t properly installed. January 6, 2017 was the first day of 2017 we in the McKinney area experienced snow flurries. My sister and brother-in-law had just left for a wedding out of town when it was noticed their heater in their home was not working due to no power. It was after 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon when I called Frisco Electric and was told their schedule was full, although she would check with the owner (Vince) if anything could be done. Vince called me back within 30 minutes, let me know he finished his previous job early, and he was on his way. Once he arrived, he quickly and efficiently determined the problem and made the necessary repairs before they arrived home that evening to a warm house. Many thanks to Vince, Frisco Electric in a job well done at a fair and reasonable cost. I will definitely use their service in the future and recommend them to those looking for an honest electrician.

#### January 26, ‘22 : New job this day:Thanks to William for his excellent recommendation for using a two-way switch in a different location to turn on an oil Painting light !!!!Previously on this very large “Oil” ,we had to use an attached flip switch on an extension cord that was plugged into an outlet ‘below’ the painting. It was very distracting to have this unattractive cord hanging below the expensive painting. He put a recessed outlet behind the canvasout of sight, and connected it to a two-way switch on a hallway behind the wall!!! Brilliant!William also put a programmable timer switch on the inside, to control an outside wall Sconce! Due to the built-in light meter going kaput !!!.Thanks again Vanessa for working out a time that fit my schedule.
