Here is why they earned my business and hard earned money. The called me back within 24 hours, unlike other plumbers in Fremont who took over 5 days to get back to me. I was sent a quote by that afternoon. Matt, was fair and professional and took time to explain the best and most cost effective options. I know for my family, every dollar counts. I cannot say enough about this company and everyone I spoke/dealt with. I had a sewer backup in my basement and my water heater stopped working when it got wet. Cody came out and identified parts needed for repair knowing I had a huge expense coming up. I decided to replace the water heater and they gave me a very reasonable price. Cody came the very next day toinstall it and I had hot water that I sorely needed for cleanup of the mess. Everyone was accommodating and reassuring, which you usually dont think of as part of good service. I was surely under a lot of stress. Jetters has won a customer for ALL my plumbing needs. Thank you guys, you were my knights in shining armor.

I highly recommend Jetters. We had a pin hole leak in our main water line and they were over within 20 minutes. They were extremely professional and responsive to our needs. They provided great service and quality work. It has now become a no brainers on who to call for our plumbing needs in our future.

We were installing a new water softener and ran into some problems. Needless to say, we did not want to be without water until the next week, being only Tuesday, so I placed a call to Jetters. They were very cordial and professional on the phone and were at the house within 30 minutes after the call. They fixed all our errors in very short order. I had a broken water heater. I called early on Monday and a technician, Allen, was out that afternoon. After verifying the issue and explaining it to me the decision was made to replace the water heater. He was very tentative to keeping my house as clean as possible. The new water heater was installed very well. He ensured I was familiar with the operation and warrantee. The old water heater was removed and the entire area was cleaner than when he came. I HIGHLY recommend Jetters plumbing.

Jetters recently helped us when our hot water heater failed and flooded our basement. They came out the same day and replaced the water heater. Then got us in touch with a company to do the clean up. This is not the first time we have used Jetters. They have also replaced shutoff valves and installed new shower handles for us. We will definitely use them again.

I called late in the evening with Hopes that someone would contact first thing in the morning. Darren called me befor 8am and Allen was here by 830. He was kind and informative. Fixed the problem and explained to me what the problem was. Luckily it was a very easy fix. He was in and out by 9. With 6 of us in the house it was a blessing that they responded so quickly. Jetters totally remodeled the plumbing of two bathrooms, and the lab at our business in Blair. Clayton gave us a reasonable, and easy to understand design and estimate. Because of the new larger plumbing footprint, a recirculating system would have been required for hot water. Instead, he suggested replacing the old water heater in a new central location, saving hundreds of dollars and giving better access. They also put an old basement bathroom back in service to make the downtime workable.Dave and Matt did great work and did it efficiently. They coordinating with our business work team, and other contractors in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the cost and results, and highly recommend them!Jim and Lisa Grabenbauer
