I used BLT for all the replacements needed after the flood in 2019. They replaced my furnace, AC, and Hot water heater, and installed the thermostat. The service men were all great. They went above and beyond to help during that time. They explained all new products thoroughly and I know I could call with any question in the future and get the right advice.

The process of working with a home warranty can be quite a hassle. Luke at BLT was absolutely phenomenal! He helped speed up the process with the warranty company when we had no heat in our home during a winter storm. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and updated us along the way. His customer service was amazing. The technicians that replaced our furnace were also top-notch. They left our house looking immaculate after they removed our old furnace, modified our ducts/gas/electrical and installed a new furnace. We cannot thank them enough. We will be referring all of our family and friends to BLT!

I had an AC unit that went out and I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Luke at BLT. My AC unit was replaced, and now I can run the AC 3 degrees warmer and it still feels cooler. This new unit saves me money every month that I use it. Great staff that comes to your home!

They were assigned to us by our Home Warranty company for an AC Unit problem. We could not be ANY happier!!Chris was prompt in showing up and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. He had our blower motor replaced within an hour and explained WHY we were having problems. He didnt try to do more than was needed and made sure the rest of the system was working correctly.

BLT Plumbing did an amazing job. They were able to have a technician come out the next day I called.They sent Jeff and Jeremy to come replace a broken pipe. The pipe wasn’t in the most convenient spot but there were no complaints.They were both very professional. When they had to get more materials for the job they kindly let me know before leaving, they even said they didn’t need me at the house so I could carry on with my day.It only took them 2 hours and that’s with the driving time to get materials ( I live 20 min outside of Fremont). I was very impressed; with the efficiency and quality of their work, especially since I had another company come out for the same problem and it was a disaster. They took 6 hours for the same exact fix and charged twice the price.I am so glad I found BLT plumbing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

BLT is an outstanding company. I used them 4 years ago to fix my outdated HVAC system. The repairs they made lasted way longer then anyone would have ever guessed and were still holding to the day I put in the new system. I kept this in mind when looking for someone to install my new HVAC and tankless water heater recently. Their attention to detail and communication with the customer is second to none. Everyone was very professional and always on time willing to take that extra step to make you happy. I highly suggest that you look at them for your HVAC and plumbing needs because they are the best that I have used to date.
