    From start to finish, the company was a pleasure to deal with. I called early in the morning. The receptionist was very nice and polite and was able to get me scheduled for that day. Their service tech Jack came out and gave me multiple options of what we could do to address the problem. He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional with his work as well as cleaning up the area. Even after he finished the initial job, he went back to do it again, so it ran more efficiently would highly recommend them again. I was a little bit concerned about the price, however, after seeing the work and dedication they put into it Was well worth the invest.

    I had a clog in my bathroom sink that I initially tried to fix myself by removing some pipes and snaking the line—a method Ive had success with in the past. Unfortunately, this time it didn’t work, so I decided to call in the professionals.From my first call to schedule the appointment to the moment the technician, Jack, left, the entire experience was seamless. The staff was polite, courteous, and professional throughout.Jack arrived within an hour of my call, which was impressively fast. After assessing the issue, he provided a quote. While the price was higher than I had hoped, the speed, professionalism, and courtesy made it worth it in my book.Jack resolved the problem efficiently, and my sink is now back in working order.I would definitely recommend their services!

    My wife informed me that water was backing up from the washing machine drain. I tried to use a drain snake, but nothing happened. So, I searched online for someone who could help. I found Mr. Rooter and called the number. They were prompt to answer. I explained my situation and was told theres an associate in the area. I was told that he would be here within the hour. Twenty minutes later, he was here. His name was Jesse. He asked some questions. In my opinion, he did an excellent job. Showed video of the areas of his work and some work for another day. I would recommend this company to anyone else who is in need of help.

    Came out within 2 hours of our needs & took care of them. The tech was done in 30 minutes. Great job! Christmas Eve, this happened. It was just a little pricey, but I was happy to have then fixed our issue. PSA, Never but an American Choice Home Warranty. They never stand by their contract.

    What an amazing experience I’ve had on multiple occasions with Mr. Rooter!!! Their professional and willingness to help is exceptional. My main point of contact has been Matt and I must say he is one of a kind - always available and responsive and so knowledgeable.     Called several 24 hour plumbers for an emergency in the early hours of the morning. Mr. Rooter was the only one who said someone could come out in an hour. Justin was the first responder who was very professional Matt was sent out to pump out three feet of water from the crawl space. He was polite and very helpful explaining everything. Charlie came to fix the problem once the basement was pumped out. It was a dirty, cold job and he still was polite and smiling and knowledgeable. He rushed to get the replacement parts so we wouldn’t be out of water all night. He explained everything that was done. Overall very pleased with Mr. Rooter. They made a nightmare more manageable!

    I called Mr. Rooter and unlike many of their competitors, they kept their promise to arrive the same day. Matt Smith arrive when we were told. A very nice young man, he evaluated things quickly and began work once we approved moving forward. Matt worked probably 2 or 3 hours and informed us that while had had gotten through some clogging areas there was another he was unable to break through. It was determined that hed have to go to the basement and cut into the drain line to clear this stubborn clog. He arrived back the next day on time and went to work. I was admittedly nervous to have that pipe cut but Matt handled it with expertise and had the problem resolved in 2 or so hours. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and especially Matt Smith. He remained professional at all times, cleaned everything up wore protective gear the entire time. Great guy.

    I cant say enough great things about Marvin and Jessie! They were here within an hour to assess my clogged sink. What they found was a once in a lifetime problem! They worked tirelessly to replace all my piping and found hidden problems that I know would have been missed by anyone else. They saved me from an even worse outcome.     Kitchen sink backed up on a Saturday night after Thanksgiving. Mr Rooter was the first plumbing outfit that could come out to my home on Sunday morning. Sean was excellent it took four try’s with the auger to get the drain cleared but he finally succeeded. He was professional patient and if I have any plumbing needs I will ask for him again.     We called about a clogged line that was causing us to get water in our basement. Jessie came here within a few hours and fixed it for us. He showed us how bad our pipes were getting with a camera and came back and installed Perma lining A few weeks later. Him and his crew were great. They also fixed a cracked pipe, repaired a gas line that had a small leak in it, and installed a sink in our basement. All of our issues were solved in a very timely manner. The whole team was extremely polite and professional. we really appreciate the hard work and will definitely be using Mr. Rooter in the future, with any issues we have.     Came out same day to repair what we thought was a small leak and a clog in our sewer drain line. It turned out to be completely destroyed and disconnected and partially filled with dirt. Matt Gerber stayed late and worked through an actual thunderstorm to make sure the repair was completed before the sun set (I’m not embellishing in the least). Amazing customer service, proper diagnostic procedures, and patience.

    NoThis is the second time dealing with Mr. Rooter, the first time was a very large job containing leaks. They repaired and took care of all the clean-up.     Had a problem with a toilet that would chronically get clogged. This particular day our wax seal went and we had a small flood. Joe V. Was our technician and he came out within an hour to assess the problem. He determined that an old lead bend was causing a restriction and contributing to our clogging issue. Additionally, the low flow toilet we had was not pushing enough pressure to keep things moving. Joe recommended the appropriate repairs and a new higher pressure toilet. He worked hard in a tight space and got everything reconfigured and working much better. Thanks Joe!

    Jesse James Cochran was the field tech that responded. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and patient. We had a sewage line back up and he spent hours at my house clearing it. He also showed me camera pictures of the clog as well as his professional opinion of how to repair the old cast iron pipe. I have dealt with my contractors in my life and I must say I found Jesse to genuinely care about my issue and was willing to spend time to locate the clog.     Jesse Cochran of Mr. Rooter recommended and installed a perma-liner in an 8 foot portion of our 60-year old iron sewer pipe. The pipe’s interior had extreme scaling, and snagged tissue products on the way out. After reaming the pipe, Jesse and his team expertly installed the perma-liner, and now everything flows smoothly past the iron section toward the remaining PVC pipe with no clogs.

    These guys were awesome. We had a leak in our main water supply to the house that we discovered at 6pm on a Friday night. The dispatcher was great and assured us someone would be out to us within and hour. TJ was the tech that came out and he was the best! We were so relieved to know we didnt have to worry about a flood happening overnight and were so grateful for his hard work!     I called them first thing in the morning The person was very friendly and understood what I was trying to get done. She knows the business. She was great. Found two people that could be at my place within an hour. It may have been a little longer than that, but you have to figure that it also had to around an hour drive just to get to me. When they arrived, I told them the problem. What I did to try to correct it and they gave me their plan of action. They explained what they were going to do. How the equipment worked and the pros and cons of their actions on the sewer line. These guys were outstanding with the knowledge and professionalism that they showed. Just a couple of good guys who knew what they were doing. Gave me choices for future work that I may need to have done. Highly recommend.

    The plumber, Andrew, has come to help us with plumbing twice and was professional, polite and explained things that needed to be done in an easy to understand way each time. The cost was reasonable and did not depend on the day of the week or time of day. Excellent and quick service! We got it taken care of the same day we called and within a few hours of our initial call!

    We had a water pipe burst. Our water heater was under water. We needed hot water. Called Mr. Rooter and got an immediate response. A team was at our house and replaced our ruined water heater quickly and efficiently. The team was very knowledgeable about what is needed to submit to the insurance company. Would highly recommend this company.

    We had a leakage from our water heater which flooded our basement. The technician from Mr. Rooter arrived on time and helped fix the issue. He helped replace the water heater and hauled away the old appliance. Overall I am happy with the promptness and professionalism of the technician and Mr. Rooter as a company in general.
