Atlas is legit. They were chosen by the sellers of the house we bought to replace a 60-year-old septic system, and we werent disappointed. When the date finally came, the team arrived ready to go and made quick work of it, getting us plugged into the new tank on day one before setting up the drainage field and all the other critical elements. Every member of the installation crew was kind and took the time to answer all my questions, so Atlas will definitely be the choice for periodic pumping down the line.My one note of criticism for Atlas is that more help is needed to answer phones, provide updates, and keep customers informed during the wait for service. Weather delays, supply chain issues, and all sorts of other things understandably push dates back. However, keeping your clients informed at regular intervals goes a long way. I wouldve had fewer moments of impatience had I understood where we were in line and had Atlas been proactive with updates. That being said, Chelsea was a delight to deal with, and I am happy with the service I received, which is why Im giving five stars here.

Atlas Septic has the best Customer Service we have ever experienced in a septic pumping company. Chelsea is just wonderful! And their prices are very reasonable. They service three of our septic systems.When we needed an emergency pump and they came the same day! Their service techs are extremely professional, very knowledgable and do a wonderful job. I highly recommend Atlas. Their work is outstanding.Totally Reliable and Conscientious-- The Best !!!

My family and I are particularly wary of businesses in New Jersey. The same went for Atlas Septic and we were incredibly surprised at their amazing responsiveness during a busy time and how professional and informative they were. Anthony showed up to help with some septic issues and not only did the work, but was incredibly informative of how we should be treating our septic system to increase the life and performance of the system. Atlas Septic is amazing!! Their work is extremely thorough and they helped me every step of the way as I recently had my system replaced. Chelsea is great! She answered all of my calls in a prompt manner and never got frustrated with my crazy amount of questions. She made sure I was always in the loop and always kept me informed. Atlas Septic did the impossible for us. We have a very challenging home on a steep hill driveway and several other septic companies either said the septic can’t be done or quoted outrageous prices. We are selling the home and it (of course) failed septic inspection. Atlas came with their team and figured out how it could be done at a reasonable price. They were there right after the permitting was finished and completed the job in 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone, they’re incredible - reasonably priced, efficient, and the nicest people. Great experience!

Dealing with a full tank pump first thing in the morning is never fun, Atlas Septic promised they would have someone onsite first thing in the AM and Bobby from Atlas was there early. I can’t thank him enough for his service, he was awesome. Based on this experience I will be switching from the company that I have been using for years and will only use Atlas Septic moving forward. Atlas Septic was great! Gary, the repairman, was very knowledgeable. He took is time and also educated me on how the system works. He also came back after he finished the job to reinforce what he fixed to make it better than before the float alarm broke. He is the type of employee the company should be proud to employ. The cost was reasonable and I know Ill be using Atlas for service when I need them in the future!

Very professional company. Our septic backed up and was flooding the basement. Called atlas and they had somebody come out right away to assess the situation and start making repairs. They even helped me prepare a letter to submit to the insurance company to have my basement fixed through homeowners. Highly recommend.

Bobby did an outstanding job cleaning our tank out - literally the best weve seen living two decades in Holmdel. Highly Recommend !

Called 1-22-2012 @ 8AM . service techs Bobby & Andrius arrived @ 11AM to respond to my call for septic alarm over night. I helped by digging up access to lift pmp & D box. They went direct to troubleshoot issues. cleared my problem. extremely professional. recommended all upgrades for reliability. Will be making an appointment soon as weather permits to move forward with their upgrades to keep my system reliable for years to come. I have used them for pmp out services for the last 5 yrs.

I live in Colts Neck and of course the night before Christmas we had an overflow in my house. I called a few companies that never answered but Atlas Septic was the only company that would come out and do an emergency repair. The service was great and now I use them all the time. I have been using Atlas for years, but on the night before Easter water was backing up in my house after showering. I called Atlas and spoke to Gary and guided my husband on what to do. Even so much to come at 9pm to my house to help guide my husband what to do. Fast forward, problem resolved. I recommend them 💯 percent. I always thought highly of Atlas, but this was over the top amazing.

I had a main drain problem that a highly recommended plumber could not fix. I called Atlas and they came out the same day to diagnose and fix a drain problem and empty our septic. Three hours later, our house is back in business. Fast and excellent service. I will definitely call them again.

Anthony and Pete arrived on time. Removed top layer dirt and septic tank cover quickly, pumped out full tank within 20 minutes, rinsed and cleaned tank walls with garden hose water, and finally put cover and dirt back quickly. Very professional job. Atlas Septic Inc. also gave me the best quote with $25 off coupon on their website. I am a very satisfied customer and will use them again in 3 years. Highly recommended for their septic tank pumping service.

This company, Atlas Septic is one of the most professional companies I have ever had do work on my house. The owner Bob was very nice and the work that him and his team did exceed my expectations. I had not a single problem with this company. Reading the other reviews makes me angry because I never saw a flaw in their communication. They were always respectful, honest, easy going, and each employee took pride in their work. I would recommend Atlas Septic to anyone who needs new septic systems or pumping. They also have a pumping discount on their website. If I were you I’d take full advantage of the service! They were great!
