    From the very first call I was very comfortable. When Chris came by to give me an estimate he actually had product samples so the customer could see and feel the difference between all of the different options. I was very happy with the final product. The scheduling dates were a bit of a concern but I already knew that I wanted to have F.F. install my fence. When the crew arrived we walked the project and verified where each corner was located even though it was already staked out. The crew left the area in good clean condition each day. I like to support the family businesses before the commercialized ones. I wish they would have put some advertisement on the fence because I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fence. And maybe even a t-shirt!! The dogs greatly appreciate and job well done!!

    We had our 40 year old pool fence replaced and also a new split rail fence on the property line. The crew did a great job and Justin from the sales team was very helpful with both projects. There have been a couple of minor repairs and Steve has been terrific with those. I would definitely recommend Frederick Fence for quality at a reasonable price.

    Frederick Fence installed my fence back in 2021 and just last week after the strong winds 3 of the post were leaning. My fence was out of warranty, but they sent someone out and then did the repairs as warranty. I am so very grateful and pleased with their quick response and for covering this!!

    My experience with this company has been great. They kept me up to date and started the job when all the supplies were ready. Two nice men came early in the morning and by late afternoon they had completed the job, looks fabulous Im so happy with it. I checked 2 other companies whos price was much, much higher. They do offer good prices, compared to others.

    Perry that came out for the Measurement was very nice and professional. will Update review after installation*Update* Update was couple months ago, it was good and quick, really enjoyed that they placed the fill they removed where i wanted as i had a large indentation from a Pond Removal that they filled. will definitely recommend in future. only downside is that I dont care fort the gate latch, but it latches and stays latched, so just a minor, not enough to remove a star or recommendation as its a personal preference

We just began dog sitting for our sons dog, and she discovered a space between our split rail fence and our neighbors split rail fence, and she got out. From the initial estimate from Paul, to working with Matt for planning, to the installer Gesus (he was a gem and took more time than he needed to for answering questions and making sure everything was perfect).     I recently had Frederick Fence install 300 feet of 8 foot high white vinyl privacy fence.They met me for design and measurements and then had the fence fabricated. It was then installed 3 weeks later and they did a fantastic job. Within days of installation, the fellow that mows my lawn bumped the fence, breaking 2 vertical boards. I sent a picture to Frederick Fence and they replaced the 2 damaged

    Frederick Fence just replaced my old split rail fence with a brand new fence on time and on budget. What I noticed in the whole process was that Frederick Fence was a real professional fence company versus the two other estimates that I received from companies who stated they built fences but who offered no suggestions given my tricky landscape issues which required some rock drilling. In addition, I also discovered that all split rail fence material is not the same and that Frederick Fence uses quality material from West Virginia versus Big Box brand stuff from who knows where. So I was very happy with the Frederick Fence and I will be recommending them to my friends & neighbors.

His suggestions based in years of experience were spot-on and perfect, making for an attractive fence.Installation crew went over every detail before starting.     We received 11 estimates and met with several different companies before choosing Frederick fence. Our decision was based not only on price, which was reasonable but not our best offer, but on the knowledge of the sales person, the flexibility of the team to do exactly what we wanted, and the quick follow ups and responsiveness to questions. we came time for installation, we couldnt have been more pleased. The team showed up on time, did exactly what we wanted them to do, and provided us with an absolutely gorgeous, solid, strong fence. We would absolutely use them again!     Paul from Fence Co. installed a beautiful metal fence and swinging gate at our home a few years back. When the concrete surrounding the gate started to deteriorate two years later (likely from flooding), they sent him back out at no charge to fix the issue for us! Great customer service.     I started to search the fence companies several months ago. After I compared the price, the material quality, and warranty provided, I decided to go with Frederick Fence. I am so glad I choose this company to do my fence. The sales representative, Perry, is very nice, professional, and provide a lot of information on the fence to us. Unlike the other fence companies who may hire the contractors to install the fence, Frederick Fence actually send their own employees to install the fence. Mike Sweeney and Tim Demmons did a fantastic job. They paid attention on every detail of the job even though that day was very hot. I chose Aluminum fence, but at the corner, I used the solid wood. It is amazing to see Mike and Tim to make the wood panel on site so it fits perfectly in the corner. Their customer service is also very nice. Whenever you call during their working hours, there is always a person to answer your call and try to solve the issues for you. I am very satisfied with the job done by Frederick Fence.

    I contacted Frederick Fence Co. prior to purchasing a new home and scheduled an estimate for a split rail fence installation for my dogs to be contained. The salesman, Paul, arrived on time, listened in depth to my ideas and explained the process thoroughly. Paul stated he would work on an estimate and send it to me. The next day, Paul sent the estimate which was very reasonable in price. Paul did not pressure me at all as some salesman tend to do. I emphasized my intentions of having a fence put in within a few days, but unfortunately they were 3 weeks out. I agreed to accept the contract offer and explained that we had to walk the dogs on leashes until the fence was done and that I was very concerned for my pregnant wife who is 34 weeks who would have to let the large, not trained dogs out on a leash while I was working. A few days after, I received a call from the office and they stated the had an opening they could start the next day. I was so relieved. As promised, the next morning I met the foreman named John who was fantastic. John was knowledgeable and kept me informed during the process. 2 days later and 2 weeks prior to their original completion estimate, the work was complete and it looks amazing. Called Frederick fence and they came out quickly, gave me a quote the same day, and were cheaper than the other company. They told me 5-6 weeks.     Frederick Fence Co did an outstanding job installing our black aluminum fence. Perry, our salesman, was fantastic and did a great job helping us select the best product for the job and working with us to ensure our vision came to life. The guys that did the installation were amazing. Our home is a new build so the ground was very soft and the grass was just starting to come in. They were so conscientious and didnt want to tear up the yard. They chose to hand dig each of the post holes rather than use the larger piece of equipment. We really appreciated that and showed their dedication to customer service. The price for the fence was very reasonable and fair and it looks great! It is a family owned company and their commitment to their work and community shines through. I highly recommend them for your next fence project. We wont use anyone else.

    They gave me a cheaper price compared to other companies and came twice to my house to measure the yard because we tweaked the position of the fence.     I have used Frederick fence company 3 times for residential fences. The wood fences turned out beautifully and I am very happy with the aluminum pool fence we just had installed. They make sure the pool fences are up to code, and the latching gates are great. We had to have part of it installed in concrete and everything turned out even better than I pictured. Another reason why I keep using Frederick fence is the easy financing options they have. It makes purchasing a fence much more feasible. I recommend the quality of product and installation. The sales team is also very helpful and responsive.

    Many thanks to Frederick Fence for a job well done. We checked with 3 or 4 different (well known and reviewed) local companies for estimates on a split rail fence to enclose our 1.6 acre yard. Neil F. was the one to come out to do our estimate. Price was competitive but what impressed us the most was his immediate interest to see the yard plot diagram and address any potential permitting issues. He was completely on top of that part. In fact, they (Frederick Fence) were the only ones who seemed interested in discussing it at all. The other popular company in our area told us that they would rather we dealt with the permitting issues, but they would do it if we really wanted them to... Really? Another one admitted that was an important aspect only after I brought it up at a later date. It turns out that there were some important issues (flood plain, WSSC lines, and HOA specific rules) and I am really glad Neil was there and did his due diligence to make sure it was all done properly. He took extra time to explain everything- highly professional and personable as well. The job was completed approximately when we were told it would be (maybe a bit earlier actually). The workmanship appears solid. The install crew were pleasant and the foreman Eddie was thoughtful and careful about the execution of the project. I highly recommend Frederick Fence based on this experience and would use them again.

    Earlier this month our fence was installed. We can not say one bad thing about the whole process.     What can I say? I have never done business with a company that places a higher priority on customer service. While I always expect and demand high quality for my hard-earned money, my wife is in an entirely different league. In short she expects perfection. When our fence was first installed I submit there were a few issues. Because the fence bordered public land and neighbors lots it all had to be dug by hand (no post-digger). A tough job in July. They came back and fixed things but my wife was not happy with several details. I already paid in full. I almost expected them to part ways with us and say they met industry standards (which I think they did). Instead the owner became personally involved and kept sending people back until every post, every angle, and every ornament met my wifes uncompromising standards. I swear they re-built the fence post by post, length by length. I am nothing short of eternally grateful to Frederick Fence (In particular the owner Erin) for expending the resources to fully satisfy my wife and give us such a beautiful product. The least I could do is give them this review which I was not asked to do nor do. All they wanted was for my wife to be happy with the job which they achieved. I also want to give a shout out to our sales rep, Luther, who stopped by our house on several occasions and on his own time to inspect the work and to make sure we were being taking care of. I had mentioned to the gentleman when he arrived about a bunny that was digging under my fence and eating my flowers, so he even buried a board under the fence panel he just installed to help prevent it from happening anymore.     We chose FF largely because of the experience I had with Mike on our first meeting. He was personable, honest, informative and ridiculously patient as he trudged through the bushes surrounding our yard, tracking down our property markers. They were even willing to match a competitors quote.But it has been four weeks since I signed the contract, and they cashed my deposit check, and still no fence. I keep getting told the weather is a factor, but there is a rather small chance of rain next week and last email I received stated they would call when they could get me on the schedule, probably in another week.I would think a deposit would get you on the schedule, but apparently not. I would be leary of going with this company if you want the fence with any haste. Ill update this with what happens next, but thinking of switching to the competitor.***Post Install UpdateSo the next business day after the above review I get a call that there was a cancellation and they can start on my fence the next day. I jumped at the chance, and am so glad I did. It did take a full four days to install, even with four guys doing posts on day one and only two guys the next three days, which was over their estimate. But the it is exactly what I asked for, Fence Co totally delivered.Being stick built was a must as the 350 of fence encloses a baseball diamond shape with a slope in the back. It perfectly matches the grade though, and the three gates look better than I thought. The latches actually lock after a fashion with a spring with is a huge bonus for keeping the kids contained.Conclusion: Im moving my two stars to five. The matched a lower competitors cost, they have a warranty, due to the cancellation they were actually only one week late, and the craftsmanship was great. The only small thing I would mention that was never told to me up front is that they dont remove the leftover dirt from the posts, so you should plan on having a spot for them to dump that. They will dump it where you tell them, they just wont haul it off.

    Most important was they responded to my actual situation rather than trying to plug & chug using what they have readily available. I wanted 8 fencing to keep out deer. Other companies said I would have to argue myself with the county permits office, which uses a standard height of 4 and requires set backs for anything taller. Frederick Fence has a full time permits person. Also, the county regs only bother with an appeals process for front yards. Therefore, we worked out a 7 fence for the sides and back that I consider adequate, especially since deer can jump high or wide, but not both. At no charge, Frederick Fence closed off an alley created by my setback. They were flexible enough to rededesign our layout when my wife decided she didnt like our 1st plan! My black aluminum front facing side fences & black chain link rear fences look attractive. durable & very professional, with extra tension wires for the chain link. They increase the curb appeal of the house. Other companies just proposed 6 fencing and left it to me to get a different permit, if I wanted something taller.

    Our fence still looks great after a few years. I really wish they wouldnt put their decal on their finished fences. I promptly removed it before the glue dried. I dont support free advertisement and they should probably ask before putting it on the fence you just bought.

    Frederick Fence Company installed a fence around our entire backyard approximately 2 years ago. We are very happy with the fence, customer service and installation.Then this spring, a very large tree from our neighbor’s yard fell on our property and damaged our fence.I called the Frederick Fence Company and the customer service was extremely helpful and had representative promptly come out to access the damage and within a couple of weeks they replaced/repaired what was damaged.I highly recommend Frederick Fence Company.
