Danny is a straight to the point get the job done no frills contractor. He has the tools and equipment needed to do siding, roofing, painting, just about anything that everyone else may not want to do.Quite often people will quote low on the price, but when they show up with their pick up truck, their collection of tools is less than that of The average homeowner.This isn’t the case with Danny. If he says he’s going to get it done he’ll get it done and there won’t be any if and or buts.If you need phone repairs you call me. If your need a home repaired you call Danny!

Danny and his team are absolutely exceptional! The open communication, honesty, and great bedside manner make it easy to build a rapport with Danny. Danny and his team are fastidious with each task. We recently used DAV Construction for a new roof, carpet, and drywall installation and the work couldn’t be any more perfect. I have dealt with many people in his business and can easily state Danny and his team are the BEST! Will use this company for future projects or problems that arise. DAV Construction is my number one recommendation to anyone needing work on their house.

I’m thrilled with the work that Danny and team have provided. He is truly amazing, and I wish I had found him sooner. I went through a really tough time with a previous installer and he made it happen for me at a reasonable price. I highly recommend DAV Construction; you won’t be disappointed.

Wheres the 6 Star Button? After working with several contractors over the years Ive found it near impossible to find a contractor with three important attributes. I found DAV Construction to be: 1) Competent at the work they do; 2) Reliable, in that theyll be at your house when they say theyll be there (or text or e-mail beforehand to let you know of any emergent changes to their schedule); and 3) Reasonably priced.Besides the Big 3 above, before Danny and his team start any new work due to issues discovered in the middle of their assigned tasks they confer with the homeowner and let him or her decide how to proceed. Finally, and most importantly, if they do something incorrectly, they own up to that fact, tell you about it, fix it, without any more questions needing to be asked and without any additional cost.Work performed: 1. Walkable deck replacement; 2. Deck columns, wall, lattice, soffit, and overhead ramada replacement. 3. Siding removal and restoration (repaired/replaced damaged sheathing, vapor barrier), flashed the walls and siding correctly, and coordinated gutter installation to ensure the same damage does not occur again). 4. Trimmed, caulked, and painted all modified areas so everything looks brand new. Nobodys perfect, but based upon my experience with DAV Construction, I know these are the guys Id hire if I need that kind of work done again.

I cannot express how pleased and satisfied we are with the deck. The craftsmanship is impeccable which is hard to find these days. Danny is meticulous and listens to what you have to say and cares about his customers and their happiness. The work is beautiful and durable...no short cuts. I will definitely have him back to do additional work. I highly recommend DAV Construction!
