Pessote Construction rebuilt our deck and it is beautiful. The original deck, built over our garage with rubber membrane roof, was falling apart and water was leaking into our garage. The crew from Pessote installed a real, framed roof with drainage and built the new deck on top. The decking is a trex-like material and the side are wood in a shadow-box pattern. On the yard-side, they added a low rail with wire so we have air flow and a view. We are so happy with it. All the people on the crew were wonderful and nice. I would work with them again for sure.

Exceptional Renovation Experience with Pessote Construction Inc.We recently had the pleasure of working with Pessote Construction Inc. for the renovation of our house after a fire. From the outset, their commitment to excellence was evident. The attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness displayed by Roselmo and the office staff were outstanding, making the entire process smoother and more pleasant than we could have anticipated.The team, led by the incredible Jonatas as project manager, was on-site from early mornings to evenings, diligently working through many holidays to ensure our home was restored not just to its former glory but beyond our expectations. Jonatas, in particular, stood out for his approachable, humorous, and practical manner. His extensive knowledge and professionalism infused the whole project.Throughout the eight-month project, we experienced no issues. Even when navigating the complexities of insurance procedures, Pessote Construction showed remarkable patience and flexibility, assisting us at every turn and simplifying what could have been a daunting part of the process.Everyone on the team contributed to a professional vibe that made a significant difference in our experience. The finished result is a testament to their hard work and dedication. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Pessote Construction. We contracted them to rebuild our home after a house fire and could not be happier with the overall process and outcome.Roselmo was clear, patient, and transparent throughout the project evaluation. He provided a quote which included all the costs he was certain of, and the variable costs. His projections perfectly matched the final bill.Once we signed the contract, Jonatas managed the overall project execution. Like Roselmo he was kind, patient, and honest. His teams worked 6 days per week from 7:30am-6:30pm, and there was very rarely ever a day without workers on site. Most helpfully, he provided us advance notice of upcoming decisions we would need to make with enough time for us to give them proper consideration (paint colors, fixtures, closet locations, etc.).Once we moved back into our home, they executed the punch list of final items within days of us notifying them.It is without reservation that I recommend Pessote Construction, and have asked that Roselmo pass along my contact information to anyone looking for a reference call.

We loved Roselmo, john and their team! they made a promise to us and they delivered, above and beyond our expectation! We were moving into our new home and wanted some changes, they took our vision and put it into reality! We will use them again for any and all of our needs! I recommend them to all of my collogues!

ROSELMO IS ONE OF THE MOST TALENTED BUILDERS I HAVE MET. HIS WORK IOS SUPERB FROM STAR TO FINISH.I HAVE DELT WITH HIM ON SMALL JOBS AS WELL AS MAJOR CONSTRUCTION, AND IT IS AMAZING HOW MUCH ATTENTION THEY HAVE!ABSOLUTELY THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS

Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, courteous, accommodating, and respectful. They show up on time, work hard, do high quality work, and leave our home clean when they leave. They are also highly responsive, even after work hours. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
