We recently completed a basement renovation with RR Improvement and would absolutely hire their team again if we have other home improvement projects. Roberto was very attentive and helpful in organizing the teams to realize our design vision. We have new walls, new flooring, a gutted bathroom, updated lighting, patched ceilings, and more. The teams worked with us to troubleshoot problems and they always made sure to make things right. Some of the MVPs were Danilo, the plastering team, and Julio for countertops. We basically doubled the usable space of our house and are so grateful to have partnered with RR Improvement to do so.

We had an amazing experience working with Roberto for our kitchen remodel. From start to finish he was a great communicator and was able to help us figure out all the little details that go in to a remodel like this. I feel that he went above and beyond, and was able to accommodate changes we made along the way. We just completed our kitchen remodel and can’t recommend RR Improvement highly enough. Everyone at RR Improvement is extremely easy to work with and the quality of their work and craftsmanship was top notch. Additionally, Roberto and his team kept the construction area so neat and clean, we were able to continue living in our house with two young kids from demo through completion. We encountered several issues with our kitchen design (unrelated to Roberto or his team) and Roberto and Rodrigo were creative and flexible with proposed solutions to make the kitchen come together - they saved us so much time and many headaches. RR Improvements will be our first call next time we are thinking about a home renovation project!

Roberto and his team did an outstanding job with our basement renovation. From the clear breakdown of cost per trade and materials at the onset of the project to the attention to detail of the finish work at the end, the team did a great job executing. There is always a presence of the GC on site giving the homeowner updates and coordinating the work. They were timely and kept a very clean job site with consideration for our needs and schedule. Overall I would recommend R&R to anyone looking to have great quality work done on their home.

We hired RR Improvements for our basement refinish and remodel. Roberto was always responsive and quick to solve any of our concerns throughout the project. Our project involved adding a full bath and refinishing a basement space including adding an enclosed room. All the workers were kind and conscientious. All the work turned out well finished and aesthetically pleasing. We would definitely use RR Improvements again. Pictures don’t do the space justice, but I added some to this review.

They have exceeded our expectations, and one key item that stood out for us is that they showed up to work with a smile on their faces, which showed us they love the work that they do. If you are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, extremely responsive general contractor, then look no further. We hired RR Improvement to help us piece multiple rooms in our home back together after a dishwasher leak. It required work repairing part of our ceiling and wall in the finished basement, tile and dry wall in part of the mudroom, and a complete kitchen replacement. Roberto, Rodrigo and their entire team treated our home like it was theirs throughout the entire process. Their workmanship is impeccable and the end result is gorgeous. Can I give them 10 stars? Whatever your project, this is the team you want to turn your vision into reality.

We hired Roberto and his team to redo our bathroom. Throughout the entire process Roberto and his team were extremely communicative, professional and easy to work with. Our bathroom was a unique space due to our house being built in 1870 and his team tackled it with ease, thinking through all details to make it a beautiful and useful space. Would recommend RR Improvement for any home project!

Roberto did a great job on a simple but complex project. We added four windows to our Gambrel roof. From the first visit to the last work day, he anticipated the challenges and made it work. The job was disruptive to the house, but he did it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

R&R did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our basement, and working with both of the owners and their crew was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had with a builder / contractor. It’s a rarity these days that you get the same level of attention throughout the entirety of the project, not just during the sales process. With R&R, it’s the same excellent service start to finish.The communication was great - they triple checked everything and we never felt pressured to make quick decisions. They broke things down into a clear timeline and helped us feel really confident at every step. They were also incredibly considerate of the fact that we had two small children, and went above and beyond to keep the working area as clean and dust-free as possible.Their pricing was very competitive, and I’d say the value for your money is truly hard to beat, having completed many projects over the years. The fit and finish is just excellent for the cost, and they stand behind the work. Roberto still checks in with me regularly and asks how things look, and things like that are already making us consider doing more work with them.If you have a project on the horizon, definitely give R&R a call. You won’t find a better partner to work with!

We hired Roberto on several occasions over the last 12 months. He has completed several jobs inside and outside the house, and the teams work is impeccable. We have worked with many contractors over the years and these folks are the best. They get things done and are very crafty and have great recommendations. We had them do work on two bathrooms. In one, they took out and replaced the tile floor in a stand-up shower, replaced the vanity and mirror, and the lighting. In the second, they replaced the vanity and sink and put in a new medicine cabinet/mirror. They also painted both, and the rooms turned out fantastic. They added a railing to the steps heading off our house to the patio, added an outdoor light, and completely redid the railing on the porch on another side of the house - saving us substantial money with their recommendations. They installed new high-hat lighting in three bedrooms, and the fixtures look like they were always there. Finally, they took part in the siding on one side of the house to address a troublesome issue that was always causing dirt stains to appear (we thought it was rotten underneath, but to their surprise, there was a mouse nest). Roberto has done other minor projects, like recently replacing all of the mounting screws in our kitchen drawers for the sliders that had started to malfunction.

RR improvement recently finished a very large remodel for us. We tackled our main bathroom, redid our kitchen and also converted a garage to a family room. I couldn’t recommend Roberto and Rodrigo more. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication and above all attention to detail was impeccable even with all my last minute ideas and change requests. My house is completely transformed and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again! Do not hesitate to give them a call if you’re looking for a true partner to bring your ideas to life, I know I will definitely work with them again in the future!

We worked with RR Improvement on two projects simultaneously for our antique farmhouse in Metro West Boston. A refresh of our living room, as well as a complete custom build-out for our mudroom entryway. RR were meticulous in their planning and delivered exactly as we had scoped out to them, on time. The quote process was straight-forward, and the project came in right on budget/what was quoted to us. I would happily recommend Roberto and his team, and we will absolutely be looking to RR Improvement for additional remodel/renovation needs for our home going forward.

Roberto & Rodrigo (R&R) did a fantastic job on my back porch.They are a reliable team, easy to communicate with, and flexible. The agreement called for the five days work to start the following week. I find it rejuvenating that they started and finished as promised. Each day they turned up early and did an honest full day’s job.They are easy to talk with and possessed a great sense of humor. They are flexible and accommodating, minor changes were accepted without quibbles. On cleanup, they willingly cleared all my junk I’ve accumulated under the porch. Mr. Rodrigo even used a rake to clear all the old decayed leaves.And of course, they are very professional: the finished job is in excellent shape!Highly recommended, great people to work with.

I am the victim of an incompetent remodeling company which incorrectly tiled the floor, incorrectly leveled the cabinets before counter top installation, incorrectly painted the walls -- the whole thing had to be redone correctly. Roberto and his crew did an outstanding job. They removed the counter top without breaking it which was a serious and cost saving endeavor. Every detail that I mentioned was taken care of and without me checking. The quality was very good. The price was amazing. The responsiveness to phone and emails was very good. I highly recommend RRImprovement and will be calling upon their services again soon.

As a property manager, I have spent 30 years working with contractors. The R&R team are the ones I chose to remodel my own property. The structure was old and had many carpentry challenges and problems and they solved every problem. The carpentry work was flawless. They also installed an entire new floor, doors, attic pull downs and all the tough challenges I could not get qualified people to do. What a nice change of pace to work with a contractor who is kind, responsive, competent, and trustworthy. We had a significant amount of wood rot on the exterior of our house and we hired RR Improvement to remove all of the trim on the entire house, and to replace it with PVC. When I contacted Roberto he responded quickly, and when he showed up to give me a quote it was immediately clear that he was an expert and that he cared about the work being done correctly. His crew were professional, kind, and most importantly, they did an impeccable job just as I was promised. Roberto kept in touch with me throughout the project and answered all of my questions quickly, thoroughly, and kindly. He also went above and beyond to ensure that the end product was exactly as I wanted it. We are thrilled with how the work turned out and are already planning to use RR Improvement again for a bathroom renovation. Highly recommend working with RR Improvement.
