Leandro and his team performed high quality work on an interior and exterior painting project in our home and were extremely professional on both occasions. For the first project, they sanded and painted doors, trim, and walls and a bar in our basement and they stained our stairs. They worked late and came on a Saturday in order to finish the job within the planned time frame. In May, we had them come and paint our home’s exterior. We evaluated multiple companies for the exterior job and their quote was competitive and the final cost matched what was quoted on both occasions. Communication with Leandro was great and he ensured that we were pleased with the final product!

I hired Costa Painting to paint the interior of my 40 year old condo. Leandro came over to review the job and gave me a fair price. His team moved and covered up furniture and took down window treatments. They showed up every day on time in the morning, worked all day and made sure everything was neat at the end the day. When the project was completed, Leandro came to inspect the job and had a few spots touched up by my request. All furniture and window treatments were returned to their original places with care. Costa Painting did an amazing job painting the interior of our house. Everybody was very friendly, skilled, professional, punctual, tidy and trustworthy. Not only did they painted the house, but they also did what they called “light carpentry” and “prep. work”, which was basically a full renovation project: The walls and ceiling were in very bad shape and had to be removed, rebuilt, insulated, plastered, and finally painted (attached pictures of beginning, middle and end of the project). Would definitely hire them again and recommend to friends.

They painted 3 rooms and our downstairs vestibule up into the stairway and into the upstairs landing after removing wall paper. They worked hard to cut the lines and they finished in a very reasonable amount of time. Leandro did a fantastic job of communicating all important details and issues, and was very clear about contracting and billing. If you need your house painted, contact Costa Painting, you will be pleased with the results. We have a traditional 4BR colonial that took a week to prep, repair and paint. The Costa crew showed up on time and worked almost non-stop to get the work done. They were neat, polite, and very professional. I had a lot of rot that needed to be replaced and they fixed it up, good as new. I was surprised at how well they scraped and sanded the siding. They even patched the woodpecker holes up near the roof peak. Ive had a number of houses painted over the years. Leandro and his crew were, by far, the best Ive ever used. Can I give them 6 stars ??

Recently had our house painted by the Costa Team. From the first walk through for the estimate to the final walk-through after completion the whole process was very well done. The team showed up each day, got right to work and finished the job in the projected time frame. They cleaned the gutters and provided light carpentry as well. This was a real selling point for us so that we didnt need to first find a carpenter before the painting even began. We would use this company again.

Leandro was very accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. This was our second job with Costa Painting. The first job was interior painting; this one was exterior: the trim on our Victorian house, decks, and replacing some damaged lattice around the porches. Leandro kept us informed every step of the way and gave us good options and recommendations for the stain color for the deck. Their finished work product was excellent. From start to finish, we were extremely pleased with Leandro, his team and the work they completed for us. We received a response from Leandro within 24 hours of our initial inquiry. The site visit was performed the following day and we had our detailed quote for exterior painting, repair/replacement of damaged and rotted wood and deck maintenance a few days later. The excessive rain made scheduling a real challenge, but Leandros crew worked on Saturdays and well into the late afternoon hours on weekdays to complete the job. Our crew was always on time, courteous and very hard working. We enjoyed their music! Our project manager, Joaquin, responded to texts and requests quickly and resolved every issue without hesitation. A small extra job was completed at no additional charge. Joaquin and his team were awesome. Shoutout to Emersen too. He provided a fair quote based on what was visibly possible. His team was punctual and even worked Saturdays and Sunday sometimes to make up for rainy days. I had my whole house painted. There were rotted trims to be replaced, and cedar siding too in certain areas that he replaced as they progressed through the job. They were very accommodating with all the repairs and added cost also was fair. They were flexible and gave me sufficient time to choose the exterior color. Sometimes what you sample, is different when it actually goes on the walls. I was able to change the shade a bit at no added cost. Their workmanship is good and so far everything has been holding up great. Very hardworking team and my house looks great. I would definitely recommend them, and consider hiring for some interior work next.

Costa Painting did an amazing job updating the look of our home. Leandro and team were professional and easy to work with from day one. They took the time to walk through the process, explained what would be done and what to look for when getting estimates. The team worked long hours ensuring each day was progressive and made sure to pack up and keep the work areas tidy after each shift. We have a 6000 sq ft home and it took them just 6 days to power wash the house, replace rotted wood and broken window casings, 2 coats of paint on the house, doors and all trims. We hired Costa Painting to repair and paint the exterior of our home. We quoted the job in December, and painting was completed in May. Their price was competitive, and was the best price to include both repair and two coats of paint.The repairs are high quality while also being price sensitive -- in highly visible locations whole boards were replaced, while in other areas we chose to replace just the rotted ends of boards.The painting job included power washing, spot priming, caulking, and two coats of opaque stain. Stain was delivered with a sprayer then rolled in.The crew arrived when they said they would, worked quickly, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves each day. Washing started on Monday and the whole job was finished by the end of the week.They were responsive to change requests, providing a reasonable quote for some work that I had forgotten to request initially.I would hire Costa Painting again.

We are extremely pleased with the full exterior house painting and significant carpentry work that Costa painting did for us, and I recommend them highly.> VALUE PRICE: I got 8 quotes that ranged from under 10k to 19k. Costa Painting was the lowest quote, even after adding in the additional chimney carpentry work they discovered once they were up there (we had 2 other companies warn that there was a good chance there would be additional chimney work discovered in the process). That was the only additional charge.> HARD WORKERS DID THOROUGH JOB: Our paint job was way overdue with the south side of the house in very poor condition. I was impressed by how the workers meticulously scraped to prepare for painting. Almost every time I looked out, the carpenters or painters were working hard.> RESPONSIVENESS: Leandro contacted me to say that during power washing an external light was broken, and they replaced it free of charge. Honestly we hadnt used that light the whole time weve been in the house so we wouldnt have noticed its absence. Also, after the workers finished up we realized that one carpentry item was overlooked; Leandro responded to my text within an hour, and the work was done the next day.> QUICK SCHEDULING: We got lucky since there was a cancellation right after we signed the contract, so the work started before we even had time to get the initial deposit to them. The work was completed within 10 days.> STRAIGHTFORWARDNESS: Leandro told me up front that certain plants would get trampled because of where the ladders would be placed. I think we lost a poppy, a fern, and half of a peony, but Im glad they were up front about it (and I could have dug them up to preserve them).
