    Epps Custom Heating and Air is fantastic!They quickly diagnosed that my control board was fried in just 15 minutes, while the last company incorrectly said it was the entire unit that needed to be replaced. Bobby really knew his stuff, and after they ordered the control board, my system was up and running again. They saved me thousands of dollars with their expertise and efficiency. Highly recommend their service!

    Ive been working with Bill since moving to the suburbs in 2006 and hes always come through with timely and professional service!Bill handles all our HVAC needs at both our rental property and primary residence. Last winter when the furnace failed at our rental property he had a new unit installed and heat running within 24 hours. Our tenants always complement Bills work and professionalism.A couple weeks ago during a heatwave the AC went out at our house. Bill came through as always and provided a temporary fix to get our AC working the same day we called. Bill determined we needed to replace our 20 year old HVAC system and did an excellent job of explaining all options and selecting the optimal solution.Bill provided us with a project price and stuck to his original proposal in spite of incurring additional costs during the project.We were out of town when Bill and his team did the installation. Epps is the only contractor I would trust to do work at our house while we are away. When we came back everything was complete and the area where they worked was spotless!The end result was amazing as can be seen in the attached pictures. Our new HVAC system is running perfectly throughout our house!We would strongly recommend Epps Custom Heating and Air for any HVAC needs!

    Bill really came through for us and we couldnt be happier. We installed one of those split units in a new room we built onto our house and needless to say it didnt go as expected. I was thankful we could get Bill to our house to help us out. He got it all fixed up and finished installing it and got it all charged and now we are good to go. Bill really came through for us and I am absolutely thankful for all his help.

    GREAT experience with Epps Heating & Cooling. Bill was a great guy to do business with and Bill and Bob do great work! I couldnt be happier with the fantastic service and quality that I received from Epps! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for any sort of HVAC work. Bill even threw in some extra work to make the installation connect to my existing system, beyond what was originally quoted (NO EXTRA CHARGE). He definitely walked into a mess of a system and left us feeling like we got the best of the best and tip-top service, when they were done! Their prices are also VERY fair, compared to the multiple other quotes that we received. Will absolutely take all future HVAC needs right to Epps! Thanks!!!

    Steve from Cary, IL: Water heater went out. Help was immediately on the way. Intalled quickly and very professionally. They made sure the heater was cleaned and very careful that no scratches appeared on the heater. They explained the process fully and were very careful that surrounding area was not damaged in the process. They are very trustworthy and I would use them again when necessary.     We have been working with Bill since 1999 when he installed our Rheem HVAC system. He and Bobby recently installed a new high efficiency Rheem furnace, water heater, and AC along an Aprilaire humidifier and Sensi thermostat. Bill is an expert HVAC professional, and explains everything he does as he works. He takes pride in his work and service, and is always available when we have needed his expertise. We know he is the best in solving all installation issues and making sure all the systems work perfectly. He is someone you can trust, and I highly recommend him and Bobby.

    I have been a customer of Epps Custom Heating & Air for 20 years. Over the years, he has replaced my furnace, a/c unit, and hot water heater. Every year he comes out to inspect and clean the appliances. Most recently, my hot water heater broke. He went above and beyond to work with Rheem to have the appliance replaced that was under warranty. Bill and Bobby were able to replace the water heater, with no issues. Bill is very experienced and knows the ins and outs of the appliances. I highly recommend Bill and I will be calling him up next year for the annual service to the appliances. Thanks, Bill!

    Over the years, Bill Epp has done plenty of work at my home. From cleaning and maintaining my boiler, to installing a new hot water heater as the previous one had failed. Most recently, I had no hot water. I called immediately and he was on site quickly to assess the problem as the water heater was only a year old. After his assessment, it was found to be a faulty part from the manufacturer of the heater. He had the part on hand and fixed it within 30 minutes.Bill offers fair and honest pricing that cant be beat by other technicians in the area.Epps Custom Heating & Air Inc. is a great service company to rely on and Bill will always discuss the issue with his customer before doing any work. I love that he is transparent and the customer will always know the scope of the work.

    I was told by my neighbor that Epps did a great job at her house, so I called them, I was skeptical at first, but man was I wrong they did a wonderful job and the AC unit works so efficiently its amazing. And its all Bills thoughtfull set up of the unit and he really knows what hes doing, he really takes care of the customer.

    So we were terrified we had a major issue with our air conditioning system, got epps number from a friend and contacted the owner Bill. Super polite right off the bat. They came out pretty quick and as it turns out it wasnt a major issue afterall and he was up front about it and made the repair and it worked right away just like he said.     Bill Epp and his crew are my heroes! Its one thing to say someone goes above and beyond the call of duty but what Bill did is off the charts. No heat this morning. Called Bill. A family member was scheduled for a medical procedure mid-morning. Bill ended up clearing his schedule and fixed my problem so a little old lady could have heat before meeting his family doctor. This is only typical of the service Ive received over the years from Epps Heating. Thank you, Bill, for your consideration, professionalism, and knowledge!

    I have been working with Bill Epp and his company for 10+ years. Bill is very knowledgeable and experienced and I wouldnt trust anyone else to handle our HVAC system. Bill and Bobby have fixed and maintained the furnace, installed all new air conditioning and a new hot water tank. I trust them to do such great work they just recently installed a whole home water filtration system and reverse osmosis, which has been a game changer. Truly one of the best companies we have worked with!

    Id like to take this opportunity to thank Bill Epps CUSTOM Heating & Cooling for his outstanding service provided over 15 years. I had a loud HVAC system and Bill was 2 out of 11 vendors that actually diagnosed the real problem and wasnt just trying to sell a new system. The poor design of the new home HVAC system was starving return(air) to my furnace causing 40% reduction in efficiency and loud noise throughout the vents/house. Bill redesigned/added new return drop, additional return ducts (CUSTOM) to resolve the problem. Due to his honesty and professionalism, but not limited to fair pricing as well I called Bill back to install a new Rheem Prestige 2 Stage Variable Speed+Modulating furnace including a modulating thermostat, and new Rheem Prestige 2 Stage 16Seer AC unit, a new Automatic Aprilaire Humidifier, and whole house Aprilaire MERV16 filtration system. I was so pleased with his installation, I added a UV system for killing germs and viruses. So you say is that all? NO, I needed some additional custom supply(4 air vents) duct work and another 8return which he installed this year. In Summary; AWESOME RESULTS!!!! Im a happy customer and continue to have Bill Epp service and maintain my HVAC system on an annual basis! Thank you, JohnM
