    Had this company come out for emergency sewer service. They promptly fixed our sewer line clog and scoped our pipe system. We then used their hydro-jetting service to clean out the lines better. Tim and Paul did a great job and we will highly recommend this company to others.

    Family Rooter opened my sewer then took camer footage so I see so many roots in my main line I needed extensive rooted my main line ..     My sewer line collapsed causing a backup in my finished basement. Family Rooter responded quickly and started my major project right away. They kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire project, were always on time, courteous and professional. They worked 12 hour days on a Saturday and Sunday to get me back in service. Their prices were very reasonable too. I was in a bad spot, that they could have taken advantage of, but they actually cared about me and my family, and gave us as much of a discount as they could to help us out. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Matt and Family Rooter. They are now my go to plumbers, and I highly recommend them to anyone else.

    Excellent service today by James. Called Saturday evening and was able to get scheduled for Sunday morning for a lint trap that came off the washer drain hose, lodging into the pipes in the crawl space, causing the shower and kitchen sink to backup. Though our initial appointment got moved to later in the day due to an emergency call he had, I was called ahead of time and given a new time window. He was here when he said he would be. In less than 30 minutes of being here and in the crawlspace, he came out with the lint trap! Very happy with how quick and efficient he was. I will definitely use their services again if needed.     Weve been using Family Rooter for years. 5 days ago we had called them for what we thought would be a simple rooting job. To our miss knowledge our main sewer line was crushed. Tims whole crew worked hard for 5 days straight to dig 10 ft deep by hand in sand to replace the old clay tile piping with new PVC safely. Bobby, Mark and John are 3 of the hardest working guys I have met. Thanks to them our restaurant, The Vine - Martini & Wine Bar, is now able to be open for business again.

    They arrived on time to clear our sink drain that we’ve been having issues with for some time now. Apparently the clogged pipe was closer to the main line. They pulled out their 75 ft snake and got to work. Thankfully they were able clear it out without requiring additional work and at the end they provided recommendations on how to keep it clear. Now I know who to call next time I need a plumber.

    Very affordable given the extent of our pipe issue. Tim was very helpful working with our insurance and Bill and the guys did back breaking work down under our crawl space all the way out to our front yard. They were great answering all our questions and explaining the problem, and did quality work. We would %100 recommend them to anybody.

    Tim G from Family Rooter is so awesome! He came out and diagnosed the issue with my backed up piping in no time. Quick and easy with him showing me on the camera what the issue was and not trying to upsell me on work I didnt need done. AND he charges way less of what a big company wanted. I would definitely recommend using Family Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

    With our new (older) house and previous house, over the last 5 years we have used this plumbing company for numerous plumbing upgrades: new sinks / faucets installed, sump pump discharge buried and extended beyond the house, toilet repairs, water tank install and many other jobs. We have been very happy with the quality of work, quick response, competitive pricing and how well they explain what the problems are and how they are going to fix it. Highly recommend!

    Excellent service! This was our first time using Family Rooter and we can certainly say that we will be a repeat customers. We thought that our bathroom sink only needed to be rodded, but it turned out that our pipes were filled with a greasy black gunk that was falling out in chunks. Tim and his crew cleaned the lines completely and installed a new vanity in the meantime. Now our bathroom looks great and our poor drains are functioning properly after years of neglect. Family Rooter was clean, quick and professional with excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend them.

    I had a major sewer issue and I called Family Rooter. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem and went right to work, all the while considering my budget-yes, they actually care about you. This company has gone way beyond what was expected! My sewer issue was much worse than believed, BUT these guys worked with me every step of the way. They came in, worked all day and into the evening and then did it again the next day. I dont think Ive ever had a better experience with ANY company EVER. Robert, Tim, Ivan, and Daniel were polite, caring, and very respectful. They really did treat me like family and they will always be the people I call when I need help with plumbing. If you need help and you dont call Family Rooter, then you are making a big mistake. Thanks to the whole crew at Family Rooter! You are heros!

    Family plumber came out on a weekend to do a quick fix and then came back on Monday to do the entire repair. They were able to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot three issues and get it all fixed in a few hours. They were very responsive and flexible in coming out at the last minute on the weekend and left my space clean when they were done.

    Tim & his crew did a great job clearing our sink drain. After coming out he not only fixed the issue, but also fixed the bigger problem so the backup is unlikely to happen in the future. Tim was reasonably priced and came out quickly to fix the problem. I would recommend him in the future.

    Tim and his crew did a great job cleaning our kitchen sink drain. After trying to use a hand rooter once, and the problem coming back again 5 months later, I was ready to call someone. Tims wife, and Tim spent a lot of time talking to me on the phone before hand to understand what I did and what they be able to do that I couldnt with the tools I had. It came down to hydro flushing the line because of all the grease I was getting when I did it myself. Not only did they do a great job with that, they also replaced a section of pipe that wasnt pitched correctly and had a clear out pipe that was facing the wrong way. This will greatly help the issue from also occurring again. Tim was reasonably priced and came out to fix the problem quickly. I would recommend him in the future.

    Needed an ejector pump put in cuz our downstairs bathroom in our new home did not have proper plumbing work done - sump pump was used as plumbing for downstairs bathroom. The guys came in less than 24 hrs, assessed situation in the morning, assisted us with coupons and discounts we qualified for and were overall very awesome and informative. Work was done quickly. They went to another job in a nearby suburb and came back right after. VERY THANKFUL for your help today!

    Tim came out on a Sunday for an emergency sewer backup and stayed for a long time to make sure everything was taken care of. It was right after a big storm and I know he was busy, but he did a complete job and his charge was very reasonable.
