I put in a request with Randles Rainbow and within 5-10 minutes he had called me back about the job I needed done. He then came out that same day to look at it (outdoor ceiling panels needed repair). He quoted me a great rate and said theyd be out the next morning to get the job done. They did exactly that and we could not be more happy with the results. Having someone that responsive and follow up to do what they said they will do has made us a fan and a return customer should the need arise in the future.

Absolutely fabulous. Our living room was the focus of this project. Randles team took it from drab to FAB! He did such a great job on my flip homes, I hired him to work on two of my homes I live in. I’ve also referred him to my friends and family. I can call him anytime and he answers my calls. His workers are professional and very timely. He’s work is top notch. He’s a great hire! I will continue to use him.

We used Randles for a first project, which was hanging some heavy items fairly high in our foyer. I had a 2nd project, which was repairing a loose section of a fire pit. They indicated no problem. They arrived and did some prep work, taking some of the grout they removed so they could match it as closely as possible when they made the repair. On their return date I could not be there to see what they were doing. They did what I could have done, which is why I contracted it out. They made no attempt to match the grout. They trashed out patio kitchen with splashed grout all over the facings of our metal cabinetry (ice maker, refrigerator and sink doors) and all over the counter tops. And they just left it. After several attempts to get it fixed the contractor said he didnt feel well. Nice plan B. I thought these guys could be the go to for small projects. I would never use them again.Update, long overdue. So, long story short, Randles Rainbow came through in the end. He said he would make it right and he certainly did that. Probably a lesson learned on repairing fire pits. But, he did make it right and it a pretty good guy to deal with.We have used him on a few other things and would certainly consider Randles Rainbow again. Someone else could have walked away but they didnt. Gladly changing my review.
