WOW! We let Unico Air Conditioning know about our problem (one that other AC companies couldnt help with) and it seemed like they were at our home within hours. We were seeing leaking in our interior AC unit and it was resulting in a stain on our lower level ceiling. I thought it was a ceiling leak as it was only happening in extreme rain. Oscar immediately was able to assess and fix the problem (a refrigerant leak.) It was the easiest process ever.You never know what to expect sometimes, especially since I had contacted other companies, but Unico was amazing. The technicians were extremely kind, gracious and professional. You can tell they are not only good at their job - but good people. I will definitely be using them for all my AC needs in the future. If youre in the Vero Beach/Fort Pierce area - definitely give them a call first.

Oscar replaced and relocated an old AC system that my client had. When I saw what an incredible job he did for my client, I decided to call him for an AC issue I was having. Unico answered the call for help immediately. Our AC went out and they were there first thing in the morning. They were able to put a bandaid on it so we could be comfortable. We needed a new unit. This helped while waiting for the new unit the over the next 2 days. We knew the unit was old and on its last legs. We were already expecting to replace it a little later in the year. Well plans changed and Oscar came out with a new unit 2 days later. He was there when he said he would be. He is very respectfull, and professional. They did a great job on the install. They took all trash with them and you never knew they were there, except for the shiny new unit blowing ice cold air!I now have them here to perform annual maintenance. Once again Oscar was on time and got right to work. He is very thorough and pays attention to detail. He treats your home like it is a castle. Units looks great, cleaned, lubed, and drains cleaned. Ready for another year of service.Unico is a very professional, responsible, respectful company that should be around for many more years to come. They respond quickly. They have good prices and products. They stand behind the job they do and the equipment they install. They are my AC company as long as I live in Florida.

What started off as a simple cleaning appointment, turned into an installation of a brand new AC system. Oscar and Jacob did a fantastic job. When Oscar took off the panel to my air handler, he showed me that there was an electrical fire. I did not hesitate to okay a brand new AC system once he showed me that. He was very quick to grab a brand new AC system from the shop and return to install the air handler and Jacob installed the AC unit outside. I only do reviews if something genuinely exceeds my expectations or falls drastically short of them.UNICO – specifically JR, and his crew, went above and beyond during a replacement of my old ac system. I am a very particular person and am never thrilled to have any sort of service/repairs done, but JR, Juan and Jacob definitely restored my faith.Before they were even able to start, JR took the time to rescue my kitty, who was frightened (not by them) and ended up stuck behind my washer/dryer…LOL.It is easy to say they were professional, but what that really means is a job that was well-planned, well-managed and well-executed. They kept the area clean, were very respectful of my personal belongings, and took care when moving/replacing furniture. It was obvious that I was a tad anxious…lol, but they were so kind and accommodating during the entire install.Regarding the specific system that was installed, it is too early to make specific claims as to its’ efficiency or dependability. HOWEVER, several neighbors have had the exact same ac units installed and are extremely satisfied with their systems!Being “Family-Owned” is one thing, but when a business is also “Family-OPERATED” and involved in the day-to-day operations, you know you are getting the best representation and workmanship possible.
