Joe is an all around awesome guy to do your repairs and installations! He came in the middle of the evening to look at my water pump and encouraged me to wait it out until morning to get a replacement pump that was best for my home. (It was absolutely worth the wait) He came bright and early the very next morning and installed it within 2 hours. He was a pleasure to have around and will definitely be calling him for future use!

Call them FIRST!!!! I have had a plumbing issue for the last 72 hours. One Company came out said the issue was fixed. The original plumbing issue became a plumbing emergency. After dealing with six different plumbing companies ACS Rooter and Peter fixed everything on a Saturday morning. I should have called them first!!!! HIGHLY Recommend

Toby was very responsive, and provided constructive suggestions for improving the installation of migrating from old gate valves to copper ball valves. While his pricing was not the least expensive, it was competitive and based on his punctuality, responsiveness and pricing we selected his company. The quality of his work was excellent and complimented by our maintenance men as a first class job. I was impressed at the time he took to ensure no leaks and that all was in good working order prior to leaving our complex. We were so impressed with the quality of his work, we are looking to him for a series of smaller plumbing jobs within the individual units. We would recommend Rooter One to anyone in need of a Plumber, large or small job!

They basically had to replace the lines under our manufactured home as it was all antiquated grey pipe that needed to be upgraded to PVC. As always, these guys are the best. We used them with our (now-closed) restaurant, we use them when we need them at the house... all around good people and good at what they do. Today is one of Those Days, where I needed to call more than one repair pro for more than one surprise issue, and this part of it, at least, was easy on me and Danny did a fantastic job once again (he came out the last time for a different issue). Whenever I call this company theyve been down-to-earth while maintaining professionalism, and it feels like Im doing business with a neighbor rather than with a faceless corporation.If they do have any bad reviews, keep in mind that that people only like to review when theyre upset that they had to spend any money, but thats absolutely not the case here - these are good pros and you should definitely consider using them for your plumbing concerns.Edit 09/29/2020: (the above review was posted in 2018). I called them back out today, and Duane helped us with a shower drain clog that we couldnt solve ourselves, and the installation of a kitchen sink. He did the fantastic job that I always have with Rooter One employees, and the entire process was again painless.

I will start by telling you, the women on he phone were professionals with a flavor of care.By that afternoon Danny and his worker (his name I dont recall, but I should, he was a delight) arrived February 17 at my home. Danny explained in simple English what could be going on underground and the possible costs, before he started digging.I felt a financial jab but every toilet needs to flush properly to make any day a better one.Your men did a fabulous and painless job at my home. The yard disruption was at the minimum. Their conduct was refreshing and their manners were first notch. Not to forget they did a professional job. A Saturday evening on on a long Holiday Weekend and my Hot Water tank at a rental property I own blows out,. Floods two floors below me and I have a seasonal tenant arriving the next day for a 2 month stay. I start calling advertised 24 hour plumbers and either get voice mail saying call you back Tuesday or Sorry cant help you, its New Years. I call Rooter One and Paul calls me back within 15 minutes, says no problem, I will have a guy out there 1st thing in the morning, 7:30 this morning, Danny T is there measuring, returns 45 minutes later with the water heater, installs it, explains what went wrong with the old one and in 3 hours, we have hot water.I never write reviews, however the outstanding and expedient service that I received today deserved it. Every interaction was positive, professional, and on top of that I thought the price was very fair being a Sunday morning on a Holiday weekend. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Woke up to a not so pleasant experience a little after 5 in the morning. Called Rooter One and Royce arrived within a reasonable timeframe (within an hour and a half!) and was very professional to deal with. Ultimately, it wasn’t the lines in the house that were the issue but rather an issue with the grinder that the city maintains. He let us know what to do next. We will definitely use their services again in the future based on Royce’s punctuality, professionalism and honesty.

We used another company last year (and yes last year, you should not have to have your septic pumped out that soon) and they did not do the services that we paid them to do. Our septic tank was full and obviously they never pumped out the solids. This was very upsetting to us knowing that we paid good money to have a service done that was never fulfilled. Royce was honest and provided us with photos from beginning to end. It was disgusting knowing we got ripped off by a reputable company (I thought). We will be using this company from now on. Septic tank was backing up into the house. Called yesterday and they said they would send someone out tomorrow. Paul arrived and was on time and very friendly and knowledable. He located the tank lid, cut the grass and found the problem. He called the pumping truck, and Dennis arrived to help. They pumped the tank, cleaned the tank and sucked out the lines. PROBLEM FIXED. RooterOne is not cheap but they were prompt, complete and fixed the problem. When you have a septic tank backup into the house, you want it fixed immediately and they did just that. Paul and Dennis were great!

I called Rooter One and the answering service was quick and professional. In 4 minutes the plumber Danny Travel had called me back and said he would be on his way. I was in desperate need of a septic tank pump out. I did my research on local septic tank/plumbing services and found Rooter One with great reviews. I called early in the morning and spoke with the On-Call Tech who professionally and politely assured me they would be able to pump out my septic tank the same morning. Within an hour and a half the pump truck showed up. The two technicians were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional and fast. I too highly recommend ACS Rooter One and if I find myself in the need of future plumbing issues Ill be calling them first.

This is the first time I used Rooter One. The service technician Danny T was very friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly - honest. I can tell you from using several other companies in the past, finding an honest septic system company is hard to come by. Many of the companies will attempt to sell you services you do not need and/or push for a new drain field. If you use this company, request Danny T to come out and you will most likely end up being happy with the services quoted and/or provided. We would definitely use them again.

Tanner and Jared were top notch technicians. I manage healthcare facilities and hot water is a must for everyday usage. When we had a water heater go down these guys communicated tremendously and kept me informed with what we need to do next. They would even go to my clinics and manually put hot water in the heater so they could run each day. They stayed on top of these until completion and my clinic was extremely satisfied with their work. I only use this company and will continue for all of my commercial and personal business.

6 a.m. this morning I found out my toilets wouldnt flush on a commercial property with 8 stores. Called router one Dennis came out at 8:45 pumped and cleaned the tank found the clog and the broken pipe. Dennis called for backup Dino showed up they dug up the pipe together repaired it even fix the septic tank with hydraulic cement and were done by 2 p.m. awesome. Not only was the work done in a timely manner it was educational as well.

Steve was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He worked diligently all day to get job complete. A routine pumping of the septic tank revealed a line collapse to the drainfield that needed replacement. A filter was added between the septic tank and drainfield to aid in routine cleaning.
