I am so pleased to share my experience with Florida Structural Group. From start to finish the whole team was extremely nice and got the job done in a efficient matter. Dustin, the project manager, was on top of every situation, resolved any issues, and got the job done on time. Chris, the on-site foreman, was a pleasure to work with and communicated with myself and my team on a daily basis. Florida Structural Group (FSG) and its people are simply outstanding in every way imaginable. Brian, Chris, Josh, Jenni and a dozen employees, simply handled the project, problems and design changes effortlessly. They treated my wife and I 100% professionally with a personal touch that I honestly never expected when we contracted with them. We feel, at the end of this project, as if we have friends in the construction business!!!! Our project included 200+ feet of seawall, dock repairs, full sod and irrigation replacement and some electrical repairs as well as a new replacement boat lift. FSG was on top of every item without flaw. Our seawall is flanked by beautiful mangroves and the team made sure they were protected at all times.This company stands by its work because they provide the best quality and service. The team was responsive and helped guide our decisions to a final result beyond our expectations. We love Florida even more than we did before!!! Go FSG!

Great group to work with. They removed and installed new seawall collapsed after Hurricane Ian. They were able to remove, relocate, and reinstall existing elevator lift.Project Manager (Scott) was great with communication and thorough with walk through. Office staff/team was great too. Timely with follow-up, and set expectations on timing and project plan appropriately. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled to just make sure my observations get known as in a post COVID world great service and exceptional work seem to be the exception and not the norm. I was visiting a good friend and had the pleasure to watch and interact with a group of skilled workers who were putting in a new dock. I don’t personally own a dock but if I did I would absolutely hire the Florida Structural Group to do any work I needed. They were professional and worked with a confidence and knowledge that you would want. It’s great to see that hard work and pride isn’t gone in the world.

To whom it may concern,Our community faced the complexities of a failed seawall construction project. The problems were serious and no viable options were at hand.After an extensive search we hired Florida Structural Group as our new contractor.They turned our construction disaster into a complete success. Brian Peachey was personally involved for the entire project. Their work was excellent, exceeding all permitting requirements and our communities very high expectations.I must emphasize that Florida Structural inherited an over-budget, failed project with no apparent solution. Under their guidance the construction ended six weeks ahead of schedule and over one-half million dollars lower than our previous budget. Inspectors reported the quality of the work as excellent.Without reservation we offer our highest recommendation . Simply stated they are the best at what they do! Brian and Josh both have a wealth of knowledge from engineering to concrete restoration, materials and process. Your men came right over. They met with the company on the job. Prepared a plan & jumped right in & started the repairs as the other company continued to work behind them. This showed us that your company had alot of respect & integrity for the other companies on the job. The men from your Company were professional & did a great job. Chris was able to repair a Crack that ran down the outside wall. The painters who came behind him said it was the best job they had seen for that size Crack. It covered over beautifully. We have just completed our Seawall Project and I want to strongly recommend Florida Structural Group (FSG) and share with you a bit of our experience with them.FSG placed a bid with us as did several other contractors. The bid also included work to be done for flooding remediation in our parking lot and needed to comply with seawall and parking lot designs provided to us by two engineering companies that we had hired.We chose FSG because the bid was extremely reasonable and our interactions with Brian Peachey (President of FSG) and Josh Michalski (Project Lead) were very positive but also gave our Board the sense that this team would get the job done and that we would be treated as partners. We were also extremely comfortable that we would not be inundated by change orders because FSG, when questioned, stated that they were quite comfortable with their bid and didn’t expect change. We were also told that the project could start in November 2021 which was perfect for us.So, we were off to a very good start but being someone who has been involved with big projects, I was well aware that the project execution was going to be key.We were then introduced to our project manager, Christopher Coheley. I cannot say enough positive things to properly represent Chris. With Chris it isn’t just business. He actually cares and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our success. He made us feel comfortable right away. He communicated consistently and provided pictures when I could not be onsite and also took the time to explain all nuances. His strong integrity, experience, know-how and desire for a great outcome, make Chris a real difference maker. We could not have asked for a better project manager!So, how did the project turn out? For one, it completed ahead of schedule. I wonder how often that happens in construction jobs. It finished correctly, with quality and according to specification. The 3rd parties involved, were managed properly to ensure timing and success. Thank you to FSG, specifically Chris Price, Chris and Ray the electrician. We recently moved to a neighborhood where FSG is in charge of updating the seawall and we had no idea where to start. The previous owners didn’t leave any info so we blindly called FSG because we saw their trucks in the neighborhood. We had basic questions about how to get electrical reconnected and the next day these 3 guys showed up and couldn’t have been more helpful. They walked us through the process and even remembered the house from being there previously and were able to answer some additional questions that we had. We got our issue resolved quickly and are so thankful for their help. We’ve done a lot of work on our house and have had issues with different contractors, but I would recommend FSG for any job! Terra Mar Condominium Association engaged Florida Structural Group to repair our 40 year old gulf front building in May of 2021. The building is constructed out of concrete, has eleven floors and 70 units. Repairs were required to address water penetration issues stemming from cracks in the stucco on the vertical face of the building and the exterior concrete walkways on each floor. Following the repairs the building was repainted and the enclosures on the lanias were re-screened.The project manager, Eric Wrightson, was onsite every day and was a pleasure to work with. Both Eric and the company were responsive to various challenges that are inevitable with projects of this scope and there was never an issue with the resolution to each.The project was completed on budget and I would strongly encourage those who are considering commercial repair work to engage Florida Strucutural Group.Chris Lissner, President, Terra Mar Board of Directors

This is an experience of Bob Sheridan. Age 88Where do you find the story of unselfishly helping a traveler in need? Most would answer by quoting the story of the Good Samaritan in Scripture.I found a a modern Good Samaritan story in another place. It was on a busy afternoon at 4:45 PM on I 75 traveling north just south of Bonita Beach Road when Chris and Patrick of the Florida Structural Group rescued me and my 86 year old friend when we were disabled by a flat tire with everyone (including a police car) passing us stranded by the side of the road.These two men backed up; surveyed the situation and changed our tire so that we could get away from a very dangerous situation.Thats a Good Samaritan story - 2022 version.Thank you Chris and Patrick for your kindness and competence in a tough situation.

FSG has been a fabulous company. We contracted with them to build our dock on Sanibel Island before Hurricane Ian. The dock was in permitting and they had not started the dock when Ian hit. FSG offered to allow us to use a barge to get out to our property. They said we were part of the family and if we needed anything to let them know.The dock was constructed the following spring. The project manager was attentive to all our questions and kept us updated on the progress. The dock, 540+ feet long, Eco-pilings and composite decking is sturdy and beautiful. They checked our seawall for any cracks and made repairs. I would like to reiterate that the project managers are amazingly attentive to making sure the customer is satisfied with their work.Our neighbors, I believe, saw our dock and are now using FSG to rebuild their dock which is twice the length of ours. Traveling around Sanibel Island reveals that FSG is also busy in many locations, working to restore the island.I would recommend FSG to any Floridian that needs their skills.
