His great experience allowed him to diagnose the problem even before going up to the roof. Then, he confirmed what he was previously thinking. He was also present while the work was being conducted. As a tenured board member this has been by far the best experience I have encountered with any vendor. I highly recommend them!!

My roof was in dire need of repairs. It was a complicated job with several issues. I contacted a couple of roofers and was either straight up turned down or simply ghosted in one case. Tropico Roofing and Construction was a life saver. They took on the job, no problem, and found solutions to all of the issues we had. It was never, I dunno and always, Yeah, we do that, or I know somebody who can help us with that. They were on time, easy to get a hold of, patient, and solution oriented. Getting a new roof is stressful, but they took care of everything, making the experience as stress-free as possible and at a very competitive price. Highly, highly recommended.
