Chris couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. No sales pressure tactics. I chose to have Chris replace my limping along 17 year old Tankless water heater. He installed my new Tankless water heater the same day. It looks and works great. Looking forward to lots of hot water.

Its always a drag to try to take a shower and find that you have no hot water. Its worse when you go into the garage and find that its been low-key flooded by a burst water heater. I called Water Heaters Only at ~8 the next morning and they were on-site by ~10am. By 1pm I had a new water heater, all up to code with a pan and expansion chamber.Chris, the technician, explained all the options to me and helped me to understand the differences of getting a tankless vs tanked option, as well as explaining the permitting process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.Great service and definitely my first choice if I need a replacement water heater in the future!

Our hot water heater had been giving us problems for months and then stopping working. I called Water Heaters Only and they had a technician come out to us the next day. Chris is the GOAT!!! He was extremely professional, personable, and efficient installing our new Navien tankless water heater. Our old tankless water heater would take 2-3 minutes to get hot water to the upstairs bathrooms but the new Navien with the recirculating pump is getting water to those same bathrooms in 10-15 seconds. I would recommend Water Heaters Only and Chris to anyone who needs a new hot water heater. 5 stars!!!

I highly recommend using Water Heaters Only, if you are in need of a new water heater or repair. This company is extremely professional from the first phone call with Eric who scheduled the appointment and gave me an idea of the costs. Their repairman Matt was extremely helpful and explained every step of what he was doing. He was professional, helpful and right on time. After he saw what was needed, he prepared the estimate and was back in about 30 minutes with all the equipment necessary to install the water heater correctly. Getting ready to enjoy a hot shower!!

We came home one evening to discover that our old (1977) hot water heater had finally failed, and was flooding the garage floor and was seeping into the dining room under the wall behind it. We saw a sign on the water heater, mailed to us by Water Heaters Only on how to turn off the leaking water, which we did, but the valve still leaked.We called Water Heaters Only, and they sent out BRANDON NELSON to help assess the problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He removed the faulty water heater and quickly replaced the leaky valve. He said it was the oldest water heater he had ever seen! He returned soon to bring us a new Bradford Abbot, all American made water heater. He even helped reconnect the timer that was hooked up to our old one (that we think extended it’s life and saved some energy), and came out a third time to check it. Brandon did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU AGAIN, BRANDON!PS We went away to a friends Worldmark timeshare and were happy to see that same Bradford Abbott American brand water heaters were installed in ALL their condo units!

Called Water Heaters Only on a Sunday morning. Water heater leaking all over garage floor. Within 1 hours time a repairman was at my door ready to go.Repairman Matt Hoffman did a wonderfull job replacing the water heater and placing new pipes and security straps. These repairmen carry all needed parts in their service vans. The repair and replace price was more than reasonable and included taking away the old water heater and copper piping.
