    Called to get a diagnostic check on my tankless heater and had a scheduled appointment weekend appointment with Georgie. He was experienced, communicative and highly moral. He evaluated my existing 16 year old heater and said it was still working just fine - he could have easily pushed a new replacement but instead was 100% honest with me. A lost art these days, but I highly respected his approach. He quickly fixed three additional items where I wasnā€™t getting hot water correctly, all within an hour appointment. In a world where people worry about whoā€™s trying to take advantage of them, Georgie gave me confidence that good old fashioned morality and professionalism are still very much alive.     Extremely happy with Plumbing Care Inc. First experience with them was from a hot water heater that was covered by a recall - they were randomly assigned to me - now they will be my regular plumber. We worked with Max, who is excellent. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient answering all of my questions. He helped us with a leaky kitchen faucet and installed a new toilet, which didnt go as planned (not his fault) and he came back on a Sunday to finish the job. Office scheduler is also pleasant to work with.

    Our technician, Lupe, was very helpful and informative. It wasnt just the quality of work he put into our home, but the care he gave in providing that service and the top tier materials for our specific needs. This is not cookie cutter work. They respond quickly, worked well with our home warranty, communicated frequently and provided text message appointment information. We understand why Care is in their name, and will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

    We found our kitchen sink had been leaking and were told by our regular plumber it was our dishwasher and the sink was still okay to use. Not the case at all. This information lead to water all over the floor all night and damage to our flooring. We called Plumbing Care to see if they could send someone the same day and they did. Thankfully they were able to send out their plumber, Pablo Alejandro who did an incredible job assessing the problem and giving us a quote. Our water valves were all corroded but only one was leaking. He recommended replacing all three and so glad we did. Also, had him replace the faucet and the faucet in our half bath. We plan to use Plumbing Care again as we need to replace the faucets in our other bathrooms. The quote was very reasonable and found that we would have paid more with my regular plumber. Plumbing Care will now be our go to regular plumber!

    I arrived home to find my garage with water on the entire floor. I called the company and he had his technician Alvictor Bradford out in less than 30 minutes. We discussed the best option to replace the water heater. He returned shortly with a new water heater. In less than 4 hours from noticing the water, I had a new water heater. He explained how to perform annual maintenance on the water heater . Mr Bradford explained how to light the pilot and where the pressure, water and gas lines were located and how to shut any of them off, if neededI would use this company again and highly recommend anyone who needs a residential plumber

    I called in on Sunday morning when I realized our hot water tank was broken. I was a new customer to Plumbing Care so I assumed I would be waiting a day or 2 for an appointment. They said they could come immediately. 35 minutes later Zyaire showed up to my house. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. We agreed it wasnā€™t worth the cost to fix my older tank so I asked how long to get a new one ordered and installed. He said they had the one I wanted in stock. He went to pick it up and was back in 45 minutes installing my new water tank. 90 minutes later I was in business back up and running. Zyaire did a great job, communicated well throughout the day and was very friendly. You have earned a customer for life. Thanks for the great service!

    Max & Plumbing Care did an excellent job for us. For insurance purposes, we need to install a seismic gas valve shut-off device immediately.     My kitchen sink backed up and I called Plumbing Care, Inc. The technician, Andre came out withing the hour. He was friendly, quick and mindful of my home. He solved my back up, and cleaned up afterwards. Left everything better than how he found it! I would recommend Plumbing Care, Inc. in the future. I gave four stars only due to the price. They did give me a discount but Im living on a very fixed income. I know Plumbing is expensive. Ill be more careful what I put down a garbage disposal.

    We purchased our home a couple years back and recently found out (the hard way) that the water heater was never replaced...it was built back in 2007! Anyways, needless to say we needed to get this replaced ASAP. We had been without hot water for more than a week. Luckily we were able to get in contact with Dima and he scheduled to have his guy out to our house the next afternoon. The very next morning, we received a text message indicating the estimated time frame they would be arriving; not too long after we received a text message with the name and picture of their employee who would be arriving within 15 minutes. Great communication! Upon arrival, I met with the plumber, Zyaire. He was very professional, friendly, spoke clearly and intelligently, and went over everything that was going to take place. He answered all questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with everything and understood what would be taking place before he got to work. I let him do his work without any micromanaging and told him to just knock if he needed anything from me. In just a couple hours, he removed the old water heater, cut, replaced, routed the pipes and added boards where required to install the new water heater. He did exceptional work and provided superior customer service. Some may think they dont have the cheapest prices, but you get a great warranty on the appliance, warrant on the installation and excellent service. This is a win. We appreciate Plumbing Care and highly recommend them.

    Plumbing Care saved me from an emergency clogging situation on a weekend. They were the only ones to pick up the call immediately and scheduled the work for the same day.     I highly recommend!! I had installed my own garbage disposal and faucet but found that the lines that came with the new faucet didnā€™t match up to the water lines which were old and leaked and needed new fixtures. Dragan came over and added the fixtures, fixed the leaks and double checked my work as well! Very knowledgeable, willing to walk me through the process and give me the best options and fairest price possible in a VERY SHORT amount of time.     Please recognize Lupe for his 5 star service. Our tankless water heater began leaking and the warning light came on saying the water was over 125 degrees and posed a risk. We called Pluming Car. The service tech, Lupe, arrived the same day. Lupe quickly assessed the situation and determined it was a faulty heat exchanger. What came next is made for movies. Lupe worked with manufacturer calling and sending photos and explaining that the tank was still under warranty. The manufacturer made Lupe jump through several hoops. Lupe kept his cool and did it like a pro. Lupe kept us updated each morning as to the status. Lupe got us back with hot water within 3 days. My wife and I were completely satisfied working with Lupe and Plumbing Care. Certainly would recommend the company and Lupe.

    These guys are honest and reliable. They have done several jobs for me. In all cases they have shown honesty and integrity. I had a leak which was caused by someone elseā€™es workmanship flaws. They pin-pointed the problem right away and fixed it. Then they came to fix my 17 years old tankless heater repair. They told us the problems with our heater and the risks in repairing it. My wife did not want to take those risks, and wanted to consult with me first. So theyleft, did not charge us a penny, and e-mailed us an estimate of what it takes to repair the unit. Glad to see plumbers with utmost integrity, which is rare nowadays. Contractors do anything nowadays to screw you. Not this company! I will always use them until I die.

    Excellent service. Thought I had an issue with my tankless water heater but after they assessed the situation, they thought it could have been a faulty circulator. Presented some options to me and we ended up fixing the circulator issue. Have hot water much faster around the house now. Would use/call again for any plumbing related issues.

    Woke up Saturday morning to no hot water. Checked the water heater and the pilot light was out. I tried to relight it, but was unable to. I was worried that, because it was Labor Day weekend, I wouldnt be able to get a plumber out until Tuesday. I looked for a 24-hour plumber on Google and found Plumbing Care. Called at 8:15 am and in less than an hour Alvictor was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the problem, has control valve failure, replaced the faulty valve with a new one, and got the pilot light lit. And we had hot water flowing again an hour later. I couldnt be more satisfied.

    These guys are nothing short of amazing. I came home after a weekend away to a main line clog. It was after 5 on a Saturday night. The owner was kind enough to waive the after hours fee since I was just getting back. My technician, Alvictor Bradford, was right on time, knowledgeable, communicative and professional. 5 minutes after Alvictot arrived. A second technician joined. They were both called in case one was running late to ensure my issue was taken care of! The second technician put the camera down the pipe, a $325 value for free. Amazing professionalism and customer service! Highly recommend!!

    Highly responsive and price was very fair! Paint project exposed a small leak that was damaging the siding of our home. Ricardo showed up ahead of schedule, our painters exposed the pipe that we hidden from view. The pipe replaced and new spigot put in. Our painters then placed new siding and caulked to finish the painting preparation work. Ricardo worked quickly and we kept our project on track! Thank you Plumbing Care Inc!Just a side note.. we never heard back from another well known and established plumber in our area who we called first. From now on Plumbing Care Inc. will be called first!

    I called in a bit of a panic/emergency as I found a leak in the wall of my garage right around the fire suppression pipe, and quickly discovered the disconnect/shut off valve had failed.Pablo was dispatched within the hour and was able to help get the water shut off, isolate the leak rather quickly and help determine what needed to be done to fully repair the entire situation. He didnt have the parts on-hand (it was late in the day unfortunately for me), and though he tried his best, we did have to shut the water off for the night. The following morning though, he really hit the ground running! The entire leak/problem was solved, new shut off valves installed, and water service restored well before noon!I knew the cost was going to be a bit high, since the pipes were copper and we needed 2 full shut off valves replaced, but even with this the price for parts and labor was quite reasonable! I really appreciate the effort Pablo made, knowing that the odds were against him at the start without the proper parts, and with being transparent and honest with what was needed for the repairs. Very happy overall!

    Friday nite dinner clean-up just as the Labor Day weekend begins and of course the kitchen sink wont drain. A call to our regular plumber says wont be in until Tuesday. That wont work because were having company over on Sunday. A Google search of plumbers near me identifies Plumbing Care Inc. A call to them says a tech can be here on Sunday between 12 and 2 p.m. At 12:10pm on Sunday the tech calls and says see you in 20 minutes. The tech arrives, assesses the problem, gets the snake from his truck, snakes about 55 feet of line and just like that the drain is working perfectly again within about 30 minutes. Cost totally reasonable, especially for Labor Day weekend. And the tech totally professional. So the next time I need a plummer who am I gonna call? Why Plumbing Care, of course.

    My 10 year old Rinnai Tankless water heater was not firing up. Plumbing care was able to schedule an appointment 2 days after my call.Service tech arrived and based on the error code was immediately able to diagnose the need for a new burner. He quoted a fixed labor price for the job plus $150 for the out of warranty part which they had in stock.In the process of doing the repair he noticed that the $350 heat exchanger was also in need of replacement. The tech called the manufacturer and was able to get a replacement part under warranty.The total repair price originally quoted did not change even though the tech spent at least an hour on a video call with the manufacturer making a warranty case for a major part, and he had to leave and come back with the parts.which took several hours.The best part is they had the two major parts in inventory otherwise they would have had to order them from the manufacturer adding several additional days that the water heater would have been inoperable.They arrived on time, they gave an honest quote and stuck to it, and they successfully completed the repair the same day. I think this is all you can ask for. I would recommend Plumbing Care.

    I had a situation where PG&E had shut off my gas midday on a Friday due to an leak and the immediate response was amazing. My tech Alvictor showed up a bit early and was able to pinpoint the problem. He had to run and grab a few parts and by the time he got back, it was raining hard and hailing.     I highly recommend the Plumbing Care Inc. Team. Their courtesy, responsiveness, punctuality, knowledge and price competitiveness were exceptional. I called at 8:00 a.m. with a request for a water heater purchase and installation quote. I had a technician at my home within one hour providing me a quote. After calling other companies for competitive quotes I quickly determined that the Plumbing Care people wanted my business and were committed to completing the installation that same day. Would use again in the future.
