    These guys are the best in the business, hands down. Reliable, honest, and super affordable. Had Action electric/plumbing come out on a fumble and charge me $200 to do nothing but sit in my driveway on the phone. Stanleys had their guy at my house same day for $65 for the same amount of time! The owner was going to rebuild my water heater core because they no longer had parts for my outdated system. I ended up buying a new water heater and replacing it myself but I have to give it up to these great folks for going above and beyond. Did have them replace my furnace motor a few years back and it turned out great. Quality service all around.

    Our furnace wasn’t working properly. Mike B. cleaned it and got it running but had to return when it acted up again. He was able to diagnose the problem and fully explained it. Once the part came in, he installed it. He pointed out the cracks that were on the old part and made sure everything worked on the new before leaving.     I have been using Staleys exclusively for all things plumbing & heating for going on 10 years. New hot water heater; new furnace/AC; plumbing repairs/replacement; annual maintenance; all of it.Their customer service is exceptional as is the work they do. I dont even try to get estimates from anyone else or call anyone else. No reason to. Theyre price has always been less; they accommodate my schedule (even last minute/emergency requests) and their crew are professional & personable.It says a lot that I see the same faces again and again. Tom D. and Mike P. were here just this week and remembered being here before (and I remembered them). Tom worked really hard around the challenges of a 100-year house and was great to talk to. Mike did a rush job I needed done with a days notice. He left everything looking & working better. They just did some plumbing work at my moms house & next week will install a new AC/Furnace (Kirk was great working with us on this when the AC quite working last week).Ive found it challenging to find reliable, quality service - especially post Covid. Makes me only appreciate Staleys that much more.

    Came to give us a quote on a new AC unit next day. Was able to install the new we decided on the very next day after that. We had a concern with banging when the unit turned off after installation, they came out same day that I called them to fix the problem with the existing duct work causing the banging. The owner called to followup after the install and problem fix to ensure we were happy with our service. Competitive pricing with surrounding companies. Would recommend them.     My husband and I finally made the decision to replace our HVAC system.Staleys was one of four businesses we had come and give us an estimate. Staleys were very competitive with their pricing. Given their positive reviews, and years of service, we decided to go with them.Boy are we glad we did! The two men that came and did the install worked non stop from the moment they arrived. June 17 & 18th were two of the hottest days of the summer so far. Heat indexes in the 100s! They were able to install the air conditioner on the first day so that we did not have to go without air on those high heat days!They also showed us the different components of our systems that needed our attention from time to time like the filters for the furnace and the humidifier. Gave us the tour of how to set up our thermostat and where and who to call if we had questions.They were on time both days, communicated what we needed to know very well, did an awesome job, and cleaned up after themselves.Call Staleys for reasonable pricing and excellent service when you need and HVAC system. You will be very happy with your purchase!

    Thank you! Staley’s has done an amazing job for us recently! During the past several weeks, we had had issues with no heat. I’d like to applaud the following Staley employees for doing an exemplary job.Travis-He came immediately to our home because we did not have heat and replaced our heat blower. He was well trained and did a great job.Tom-he replaced our gas valve because it went out. At this time, we decided to purchase a new furnace and he willing “fixed” our furnace so we would have heat until the new could be installed.Josh-he came to measure and answered several questions, helping us to make the best choice for our new furnace. He also made several phone calls and emails during off hours to help us decide on our new furnace. He treated us with upmost respect and sincere care.Chuck and Nick-they removed and replaced our old furnace. They were very competent and personable. Our furnace was removed, and a new one installed, and they cleaned up the area perfectly! They answered all questions, and willingly explained how our new two stage furnace works.We highly recommend Staley’s and appreciate their quick and trustworthy service.

    Our heat went out yesterday while both my wife and I were at work. By the time we got home it was after hours. We called Staley’s and within minutes we were connected with someone who took down our information and a few moments after that, had the heating specialist, Tom reach out. Tom, who was walking in the house to have dinner, told me he would wolf his food down and be right over. We expected he would show up within an hour. He came within 30 minutes. Tom was able to take care of our problem quickly and easily, and even provided a few tidbits of information to help prolong the life of our furnace, which we appreciated greatly. If anyone is looking for a company to call for heating, cooling, or plumbing issues I would highly recommend Staley’s Anytime day or night. If he is available I would recommend asking for Tom though I’m sure any of their staff are highly knowledgeable and courteous.

    Recently my furnace stopped working overnight, and after a quick diagnosis, I realized I needed a professional. Staleys answered the phone with a live person (imagine that) and responded immediately to my concerns within 2 hours. The tech arrived (Florian) and was completely professional, respected my home by wearing boot covers, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem and resolve it. He even took the time to contact the manufacturer to confirm the blower motor he replaced was registered and under the factory warranty. Fantastic service, fair and reasonable pricing, and even pointed out the humidifier filter requiring replacement, and took care of that as well. I would 100% recommended Staleys!!

    I’ve had Staley’s out before to preform preventative maintenance on our boiler and have been very pleased. I recently called to out for a leaking zone valve. I was prepared and expecting $1000. Repair bill because I knew that part was expensive and it would probably take a couple hours to fix. This company and employees are as honest as they come!! Turns out they only needed to replace an internal valve to the leaking zone and it was done in lesson than an hour. My bill was under $250. I can’t speak enough for the integrity and honesty of this company!

    My most recent experience w/Staleys was excellent as all the other visits. My house builder told me that the loud noises and banging my heater was making were normal however, he never actually looked for the noises or addressed my concerns. Florian & John came out from Staleys, took their time and found that the duct work had been improperly installed between floors. It was loose, some of the vent runs were not attached properly and leaked heat/AC into the sub floor. They did their best to tighten up the vent so it would not move around so much and that reduced the noise we were hearing by about 80%. I really appreciate that they listened to the complaint, took the time to investigate and made marked improvements to the issue. I intend to have them repair the rest of the vents once I have arranged to create access to the main vent run. Thanks Staleys, I plan on using you for all my future needs.

    Staley’s has a great reputation in our community so I didn’t hesitate to give them a call when my water heater went out. even though they were fully booked, they made time to come see me within a day or two. The service man charged me very generously for only a half hour and my bill was very inexpensive. I am so grateful for Staley’s!

    Staleys has installed several HVAC systems for me and theyve all been great. Ive only had a very few times when I needed repairs. I did call them this morning with a fairly minor and intermittent furnace issue. Being the time of year that it is, theyre pretty busy, handling a lot of no heat situations and they said that it could be a day or so before they could be out. I was OK with that because the furnace was still working and keeping the house at the right temperature. So I was surprised to receive a phone call from Tom this afternoon. He came out shortly after and thoroughly checked out the furnace. He found a few minor issues, but because we couldnt recreate the problem, we werent 100% sure it was fixed. He explained everything very well and said theres a 30-day guarantee on the service. If its not fixed, itll certainly recur within that time frame. Not sure I could ask for anything more. I cant recommend Staleys enough. They run a good honest business and are Number One on my list.

    I called atleast 20 other places around me, every single one told me I needed a new furnace. Staleys came the night before Thanksgiving and told me my parts were under warranty! ( I just purchased the house that year so I was unaware) they stayed until about 7pm that night working changed the parts and charged me $250. They easily saved me 3,000. They will be my first call everytime. I had a pregnant fiance at home with no heat on Thanksgiving, I couldnt thank them enough!

    7/2019 - Once again Staleys came to my rescue. My unit is older (17 years) and finally started having issues last year. The capacitor went out last July and Patrick fixed it quickly and reasonably. This year the Condenser/fan motor seized the first day I turned it on. Tom came out the day after the holiday, in 95 degree weather, and tried to resuscitate it. It was a no-go. Unfortunately, the part had to be ordered but at least it came in quickly. Patrick just finished installing it an hour ago and my house is already cool again. The repairs were reasonable and the service was awesome. These guys have been out busting their butts in the heat and humidity (and mosquitos). Thank you! I wont hesitate to call you again and to recommend you to others. You get six stars from me.7/2018 - My central air went out Saturday in miserably hot July weather. I went through the list of local companies and saw that Staleys had excellent reviews so I called them first, not expecting to get someone out until next week to fix it (between their hours, my work schedule, etc.). They were quite busy and told me they could come out tomorrow. They ended up calling me this afternoon to see if today still worked. Half an hour after Patrick arrived I had AC again! Patrick was pleasant, did the job quickly and efficiently, and the bill was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them and wont hesitate to call them again myself.

The company has provided premier service in everything regarding HVAC.We had a new A/C unit installed this summer and its wonderful, however, the servicemen soiled our carpet and also forgot to cap off a gas line for us. Our salesman returned and promised,to finish the job and get our carpet clean. Weve heard nothing since. Im disappointed and angry. Called Staleys and asked if it was possible to send someone out so we didnt have to go all weekend with only one toilet. Within 15 minutes Don from Staleys arrived and got the toilet clear.     I have been a customer since 1983 and have been very satisfied. Staleys makes an appointment and is there on time. The workers are professional, knowledgeable, and work quickly. I like the twice per year maintenance contract to get the air conditioning ready in the spring and the furnace ready in the winter. I have had two furnaces, two water heaters, and an air conditioner installed and they have been dependable and installed professionally.

    Noticed my water heater was leaking at 5 pm on a Wednesday so I called Staley’s, they were at my house in 15 minutes. Unfortunately had to replace the unit so scheduled it for the next morning. Kevin and Matt arrived on time, explained what they were doing and got to work. A couple hours later they were done and I had hot water again. Extremely happy with the job they did, how they showed me the settings on the new water heater, and how thorough they were cleaning up. Very professional company!

    My Mom scheduled a replacement/installation-review of the old furnace in the duplex apartment that my Dad created 30 years ago in his house that my Mom now lives in since he passed away in 2021. The furnace was made in 1987 and was basically worn out after 36-yrs and cycling and excessively shutting off due to overheating due to a semi/mostly clogged-up heat exchanger diagnosed by Goyette.Blake came out and confirmed the situation and recommended a new replacement Lennox furnace with complete removal of the old 1987 Carrier/Tempstar single-stage furnace and replacement in full with a new 96%-efficiency Lennox furnace with a condensate pump to help guarantee the lifetime-20-yr heat-exchanger in the new Lennox furnace. This is most important to me as a repair engineer in my own career in the electronics/electrical realm and of course to my Mom as she needs to feel safe and of course comfortable sleeping at night :)Thanks Blake,DG :)

    When was the last time you took a cold shower? For two days straight?! My 10-year-old Bradford White water heater goes out. Absolutely no other indicator that this heater is on its last leg except for not keeping the pilot light lit and the status light giving no signal. The installing contractor visits but does not have a matching replacement part for the job and their supplier is closed for the holidays. Cold showers for another four days? No thank you! Oh, and with dinner guests arriving in 6-hours what are we to do? Serve such festive fare on disposable plates with disposable flatware? Cancel the party? I call Staley to see if they just might be able to squeeze us in and if they might just happen to have the replacement parts to match the heater. “Yes! and Yes!” When Mike shows up it takes him 45 minutes to diagnose the issue and replace the part. The heater is up and running! (Yay Mike!) Water gets to temp just before guests arrive! The price for this hot-water savior to rescue us from paper plates and another cold shower? A surefire deal! Not a nickel more than expected! Thank you Mike! Thank you Staley! Ahhh . . . hot water . . .

    Our tenants at our rental property told us they were having issues with the Nest thermostat. When I called Staley’s, the women answering the phone was super helpful & gave me some suggestions on calling Nest customer service to try and save me a service call.     Friendly, fast and honest. Chris was my serviceman. Very nice. After hours call and he was here in 30 minutes. Had a leaking toilet. Also discovered my drain was backed up. He could have probably just sealed it back up and not said anything. Told me what was going on and who I needed to call to fix the drain. Very happy, will definitely use you guys again.

    Thank you so much!! Staleys was the only Lennox dealer to call me back last August. Lennox gave me Lennox Dealers referrals, called them all Staleys was the only one willing to do warranty work on my 2 year old air conditioner. They were so awesome since I had other Lennox repairman charge me for refrigerate replacements and repair labor twice for over $600. On the third visit they diagnosed a coil replacement and wanted me to pay for the warranted part and labor up front and Lennox would reimburse me ($1400 plus $800 labor). When I called Lennox they said they dont reimburse customers for warranted parts the Lennox dealer should call it in for approval. Everyone I talked to at Staleys was so helpful and my installers were so professional and nice. Thank you!!!!!

A serviceman Tom came out and thoroughly cleaned and inspected the furnace. Was very cordial with myself as well as engaged with my children that were overly anxious to show anyone their new christmas toys. Tom also explained to us some suggestions on how to keep the furnace running smoothly as we really had not preformed maintenance in many years.     My Mom lived in Flushing for about 30 yrs. She always swore by Staley for getting work done. I watched them put in a new furnace for her several yrs back. Since I moved to Owosso 3 yrs ago, they have been out 3 times for me.     We woke up on a Sunday morning to a house that was 45-50°F inside with outdoor temps pushing 25-30°F. I go downstairs and see the furnace isn’t running. After checking a couple of small and easy things it might be, we needed a HVAC Tech.We called Staley’s and their answering service picked up for emergency services. Within about 15-20 minutes, the Tech called and said he could be onsite in roughly 30 minutes or so. Tom came out and within minutes he had identified the issue. The igniter had failed. It was a simple and inexpensive part.We did have to pay a premium for Sunday service calls, but having heat was a necessity and the cost was worth it.Tom was honest, quick, and thorough. This is the way to run a business.We will be having them install a new hot water heater for us soon also.
