5 stars for Mark from Johnson and Wood. Our 1942 built property in Flint MI needed some TLC with two AC units. We have been using Johnson and Wood since purchasing the property in 2018. Always pleasant, courteous and great service. They take care of our two boilers for heat also.

Great Service, price, response time, and quality workmanship!The Company Rep responded quickly and was out the next day to assess my needs for a new hydronic boiler. Id done my homework and know these systems generally. The Rep was Very knowledgeable and discussed our options to fit our budget and needs. He properly sized my unit by the manufacturers recommendations and promptly got the quote to me. He was honest and answered questions the same. They had the new unit and parts installed within days after we accepted the quote. Bobby and Luke arrived on time & had my entire system installed, plumbing & venting in less than 8hrs. They thoroughly explained the operation & answered my many questions. Johnson & Wood Mechanical is a great all around Company. Ill make sure to call them annually for a Safety Inspection and any Service, if necessary.

These folks are the best! We had an urgent need (based on a health emergency) to make repairs to our whole-house humidifier. Not as bad as having zero heat, as most repair cos. are dealing with this time of year, but urgent none the less. We had a hard time finding anyplace open on a Saturday, so we left messages at a few places. Tony called us back right away, and assured us that he would have an HVAC tech at our house by midday. James drove 40+ miles to reach us by 12:30, even stopping to buy supplies to match our unit’s brand, then quickly & efficiently diagnosed and repaired the existing unit, sparing us a replacement cost. The whole time he was very pleasant, courteous and took time to explain what he was doing and how to avoid future problems. All in all, a great service experience! We’ll definitely be recommending this firm and placing on top of our list when HVAC repairs are needed.

I first used this company for some work at my home and I now have them as the Hvac, electrician and plumbing contractors for the large assisted living community I work for. They respond so quickly and get the job done in a very timely manner. Its also so nice to see how kind they are to our senior residents.

Fantasic job! The service mans name was James. Must say he was on time and was a person who if you were alone made you feel very comfortable. Did a great job as he told me what he had to do and gave me the options of either doing or not doing (with out any pressure) a little preventative work. First time user of this company and will spread the word and will be using again. ThanksWell low and behold we needed pipes thawed out. I called Johnson & Wood. A very nice gentleman named Rickey Smith Jr answered my call. Showed up and in no time up and running (water that is).This is the second time I have used this company--Awesome!!! So happy to have this company here for our needs that seem to take us by surprize.August 2019---time to check heat tape and furnace. Who do we call?? Simple Johnson and Wood. The young man from before , James, came to do the job. And do the job he did. We are so satisfied with this company and you got to know it is the employees that make it so wonderful. Again ---1 to 10---- a 10 ++++.
