I had my windows replaced 4 maybe 5 years ago with Shoals exteriors they have been trouble free and so nice having them a few days ago my cleaning lady open and closed one incorrectly I didnt know what happened I call Shoals exteriors, An hour later a very nice gentleman shows up and repairs it very quickly and Im still a happy camper! Great job
