    BOLD is a great company to work with. Great with our small remodel job but also with complete home builds. Not only is it beautiful, but it feels solid. Doors fit well and are often solid. Floors don’t shake or squeak. Many homes in upper price ranges built by others can’t say that.     I have had a few projects done by BOLD company ranging from an exterior door replacement to building a deck. All experiences have been fantastic. The work was done with high quality, in a timely manner by courteous crew members at a fair price.I have also been in several home built by BOLD ranging from 20+ year old to new construction and the quality and detail is to notch.I would, and have, 100% recommend them to my friends.

    Our home was originally built by BOLD, so we contacted them for a room addition on basement and first floor, removing and rebuilding part of deck, replacing some lights and front door. They were great at designing the project which is seamless in increasing our family room and building a work room underneath the family room. They were great with our questions, courteous in all interactions, and walked us through step by step. I highly recommend them and the quality of their work! Could not be happier with the results!

    The BOLD Company designed and built an addition to our home in Erlanger. We added a family room, a full BR and an upstairs laundry area. The remarkable part was how well they managed the job in spite of extremely difficult access to the back yard. It was a scary prospect for us but the people at BOLD are experts. They communicated with us each step of the way. They made the process go smoothly with minimal interruption to our normal schedule. Their crews were professional and friendly. The finished product is beautiful! Quality work all the way! We highly recommend them!

    BOLD is very easy to work with. They are very upfront in regard to which services they can provide and do their very best to meet the clients’ ideas and needs. BOLD uses the Co-construct software to log the progress of the client’s project. This program offers the builder’s comments and the program documents the client’s approval and comments/changes for each phase of the project. No work is performed until all parties are in agreement. We are repeat customers. BOLD built our house and we are now working with them to finish another portion of our basement.

    BOLD built my house about 35 years ago. I have been very pleased with the solid workmanship, value for the money, and quality of the home they built. I have had repairs and renovations completed by them over the years as needs arose including finishing my basement into a beautiful family room and adding a storage building at the back of the house. Most recently, in December 2021 they replaced both my front and back doors and replaced my back steps including painting inside and outside of the doors and mounting hardware. James managed the project. The workers were all polite, friendly, hard working and very professional in their manner and in the work they performed. They arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of the day keeping the area clean and safe.I would definitely recommend them for any building or renovation work you may have. They are top of the line! I have always been proud of the home they built for me and the renovations I have chosen to add over the years with their assistance! Trust your work to BOLD! You wont be disappointed!

    They did some remodeling work on our house, and their carpenter did a good job hanging the cabinets. Alignments on those can be tricky, and we had some odd bowing in our walls, but he managed to make them meet up well. Good to hire for a kitchen remodel, recommended.If you meet their carpenter, Bobby (larger man, bushy beard), say hello for me, and that you heard his favorite food is Skyline.
